Getting old seems to be a long and slow process, but this place is amazing. you will get 6 month of meternity leave as per the goverment rule, But unfortunatly you will not get the paternity leave in CTS. 1. If you do not want to work much or stretch yourself, this is a place for you. It is a relaxed kind of job for freshers like any government job 2. Basic amenities and infrastructure of any location are very good.

Worst place to work. Unfortunately I also got worst team to work with. If you are in Cognizant and you get your location as Kolkata... it’s better if you can switch location or just switch company. Coming to Kolkata was the worst decision ever. In my team, no one bothers about my progress they were happy in their own world. You need to remind again and again to your team members that this is official meeting of company and non Bengali speakers are also present. Hope you get good team there otherwise your life will be not less than a hell. Renting a flat or pg is really hard as all landlords and pg owners are waiting to steal your money. They will never return your fix deposit.

It is one of the best Company and which have great corporate culture and provides good learning opportunities to the employees. I got the best training experience as i joined as a fresher.

I went here for vaccine dose as a dependent to my brother who is an working associate. It was a good experience, social distancing were maintained at every point. The place was really hygienic. Vaccinators were given different room and space to rest and have something to eat and drink.

It's located in a great position, at saltlake sector v. Seems like, its not operational properly now.

One of the best companies to work in! This offixe is in SDF, salt lake sector 5 just opposite to the Nalban lake The vaccination programs organized were massively successful..staffs were very cooperative and polite, process was super smooth and protocols were strictly maintained. A special shoutout to the staffs responsible for sanitization, I have never seen such an efficient management! Example: after sitting on the chairs once you leave, they would immediately sanitize the chairs and the places you touched so as to make it ultrasafe for the others.. Hats off!!!

The building is located conveniently. All necessary things are available within walking distance: Restaurants and Pubs, Medicine Shops, Banks, Multiplex, Sweet Shops, Small Eateries etc. You also get a great view from the office. Although since its an old building, the amenities are not as good as the new corporate offices. Very small place to hangout in the office premises.

In the heart of sector v, kolkata. A huge facility for IT services. One can get any mode of communication to go there and return home. There are Pub, movie theatre, KFC, Bhojohori Manna, Restaurant, amusement park around.

Very employee friendly company... Some problem happened during top management change which is quite obvious also and they could have been treated their old employees a bit better during covid 19 pandemic, but apart from that don't see any major issues with the company... Every company has some saturation level.. So this has too reached the saturation mark... Here the employees are excellent..HR policies towards employees are also benefit them... What else an employee needed....their vaccination drive is really very awesome... All the employees should appreciate this drive.

A company with value and stand whether it's social, organizational, financial, etc. I have a very good feeling as it's giving me the opportunity to step on to my work life.

A good place to work where everyone is so friendly including the seniors. The work culture as well the activities are so engaging that you'll never find a reason to leave the place.

It's my office and the view from 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor here of the supposedly "Salt Lake" is breathtakingly beautiful.

It's saddening to hear a lot of negatives under the leadership of new CEO! Employees are ready to compare the current working environment vs. earlier environment under leadership of D'Souza. Gone are the days, so is the cut throat competition. People are happy after getting promotion. Others are leaving after getting better opportunity in newer COs or startups under the ousted leaders from Cognizant. Seems, it losts its edge and no more in the choice list for new bees. God save Cognizant.
