Today I went the Service Centre. My vivo v15 pro, which phone's age is 2 years over. I am facing battery problem with the phone. But the engineer said me that my phone's mother board damaged so the phone does not switch on. After hearing this i am very depressed. Then He told me that the phone's mother board replace cost is 14,000/-. So i came back home. Now I am Studying Engineering. So I open the phone's back panel & I replace the battery, Now My phone is super condition. The engineer is totally illetarate & also he is not a proper engineer. So guys pls be concuss from them.

Do not trust serampore vivo service center.... They are cheaters, dacoits. Last Thursday I visited there for my Z1x phone no tower problem... Instead looking upon my problem... They took the phone for few mins and finally told me that the mother board is damaged and phone is useless and they will give me a replacement of new phone with 3months warranty which I refused. Later I realized that it was not the mother board is damaged.. If the phone is damaged then how SMS are coming, alarm is ringing... So visited a local repair shop and the problem is solved by just updating the SIM card. So it's msg to everyone PLZ DONOT TRUST SERAMPORE VIVO SERVICE CENTER MAHESH

They don't know how to treat a customer, they providing wrong information and want to spend money from your pocket, these two girl polite but there is a guy who not only have black skin he also have black heart and 🗣️. Time wasted

Unprofessional service centre. No announcement or information on website and it's closed today. It's shows opening everyday. I harassed after reaching there. Next time I will confirm over the phone and then visit any shop/office/centre. In India, maximum are unprofessional. If the service centre owner or concerned person is reading, i request you to become a proper professional and give a notice of closing. Thanking you.

What kind of useless number , u guys are providing here on google maps, that it's not even connecting to the center. How is that even of any use. Misleading

He will fix what you let him fix and then he will ruin another one. Then change the battery or other parts, otherwise it will be damaged. Extreme bad exprience

This is the one and only vivo service centre located in Hooghly district. During the pandemic situation it's better to take an appointment via call and then visit the store according to the given appointment date and time. The behaviour of the staffs is humble and polite. They don't pick up any calls . And not gave us any reply or massage's what kind of behave is this to all customer's !

Vivo service center Stuffs are very polite and kind , you will not feel boring during waiting for your device or accessories after you give them . There is a Tv for your entertainment , water machine , coffee & tea machine . Overall great service i ever got in my life . If you facing any issues with your Device or accessories then you must have to visit here .

Very slow service... You have to wait minimum 1 hour to describe your problem and show you phone to reception after collecting the coupon. Very very slow and time killing service center.
