I'm 68 years old. Had lots of dental work over the years and always feared the dentist. From the time I walked in the door my tension began to subside. I filled out a form in the lobby and I added: I absolutely hate novacaine in the front of my mouth numbing my lips and up into my nose. But I was there to get a crown replaced....On my front tooth!! As they worked on my old root canal I saw the needle coming and tensed up. Immediately I was told this is just for your gum That's all. They had read my notes and removed my fear!!! No numbness in my lips or nose!!!! They applied a temporary crown that looked really good. When I went in for the permanent crown, it was such a perfect match that it looks exactly like my real tooth!! ( the 2 front teeth in the middle) Amazing. In my 2 visits I had nothing but a fantastic experience! Nicest people ever. Very happy people. Great atmosphere. First visit I brought a 4 year old with me and they put her choice of cartoon on a big screen TV in my exam room. She loved it there too! Don't look anywhere else for a dentist. Nixa Smiles makes ME smile!

The staff here really made me feel welcomed when I first came! The drs are highly skilled & competent, trust them with all my dental needs! Love the drs and staff. Dr Steve did amazing with me and my anxiety and my son as well! Dr. John did an amazing job taking care of my daughter after having her two front teeth knocked loose at school. Highly recommend!

The front desk attendants were really warm and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting. I have always hated going to the dentists' office, but the dentists were really nice and made me feel very calm. I actually enjoyed my visit.

My experience was excellent! I have a fear of dentists, so I was very nervous. But the Dr. Kelly and especially Mattie who was with me through the whole appointment was patient, kind, and understanding. Dr. Kelly was so personable and took the time to put me at ease. Highly recommend! I cannot imagine going to any other dental office! All staff is extremely friendly and caring! Dr. John is the absolute best! I've been to other offices in the area and they are not near as gentle as the hygienists here. Do yourself a favor and get switched to Nixa Smiles ASAP
