The staff makes sure the tastings are an entertaining experience, even for non-spirit drinkers like my wife. You can choose between a whiskey or gin flight. They take the time to tell you how each is made and offer lots of facts about the process. Each tasting ends with one of their signature gin and tonics. These are not your run-of-the-mill gin and tonics. They're made with their homemade tonic syrup and they're delicious. This spot is not to be missed.

Great hidden gem in New Haven. The gin and tonics are awesome. Nice little patio to have drinks. And good gift shop to purchase swag or spirits. Their tonic syrup is the boom. Highly recommend!

If you like whiskey, gin, and vodka this is your place. What a great place! Go in for a fun treat. The people that work here are fun. I had a great time and got to sample a lot of different things. If you are in the area go in and give it a try. Keith is awesome. This is another place where I wish I could give more stars. It is a matter of time before this place is going to explode with business. Make sure you try the special drinks!

The tasting experience was delightful and the gin and whiskey were great. Small space but with a big crowd it felt cozy. Perfect for a day trip from STL.

Indoors is closed, but the walk up tasting it so neat. Took our to go tasting boxes just a few steps away to one of the river front benches. We followed the tasting map and enjoyed the Gin, Whiskey and Vodka. The Apple Ambush was so yummy!
