glad
I
brought
my
wifes
car
here
as
a
test
before
any
of
our
nice
cars.
Service
is
quick
but
not
impressive.
There
were
a
bunch
of
open
bays
but
for
whatever
reason
instead
of
using
a
real
bay
with
an
actual
hydraulic
lift
these
guys
decided
to
use
4
separate
floor
jacks
to
lift
a
vehicle
that
has
a
factory
adjustable
and
auto
leveling
air
ride
suspension.
Unbelievable
that
they
are
not
able
to
jack
a
car
up
properly!
Was
the
air
ride
suspension
system
locked
properly
prior
to
raising?
Of
course
not
and
they
admitted
they
had
no
idea
it
was
even
an
air
ride
suspension.
This
is
so
basic
and
even
covered
in
the
owners
manual
you
do
not
need
to
be
an
ase
certified
mechanic
to
properly
jack
a
car
up.
The
result,
well
just
look
at
the
photo,
they
gave
me
the
keys
and
expected
me
to
drive
off
like
that...I
mean
do
you
even
look
at
what
you
are
delivering
to
your
customer?
That's
embarrassing.
Then
they
send
the
tire
tech
in
to
try
and
run
the
terminal
to
check
me
out
and
after
swiping
THEIR
Discount
Tire
credit
card
5
or
6
times
someone
else
had
to
step
in
to
correct
the
terminal
and
process
payment.
These
guys
are
too
worried
about
upselling
tire
repair
and
replacement
certificates,
which
I
bought
for
$182
and
now
wish
I
had
not
because
I
lack
even
minimal
confidence
in
their
mechanical
and
technical
abilities.
They
seem
like
nice
enough
people
but
the
proof
is
in
the
pudding
and
there
is
some
serious
level
of
additional
training
and
education
needed.
