Horrible
experience
with
Tanya
When
we
were
at
checkout
Tanya
started
scanning
my
stuff
and
I
hold
out
my
rewards
card
and
she
says
“whats
your
phone
number”
completely
ignoring
that
I
am
holding
out
the
rewards
program
card
that
she
could
easily
scan.
So
I
say
there’s
two
different
numbers
I
give
her
the
first
one
she
goes
“nothing
popped
up
what’s
ur
name?”
then
ask
for
my
address
that’s
when
I
realize
that
she’s
trying
to
resign
me
up
for
rewards.
I
say
I
have
another
number
can
we
just
do
that?
I
also
have
a
rewards
card.
Tanya
takes
the
card
BENDS
IT
IN
HALF
and
says
“Oh
we
got
new
registers
so
we
don’t
use
that
anymore”
so
I
ask
what
happens
to
all
the
points
then?
I’ve
spent
well
over
500$
here.
Tanya
says
it
should
be
transferred
over,
so
I
say
once
again
“Can
we
use
the
other
number
like
i’ve
asked?”
Tanya
does
a
very
loud
inhale
and
exhale
and
says
“Sure,
what
do
you
think
the
number
is?”
I
give
her
the
number
and
it
pops
up
then
she
rings
the
jeans
up
wrong,
both
are
on
sale
so
I
said
the
jeans
are
on
sale
she
says
“okay”
and
the
total
is
still
92$
so
I
look
at
my
boyfriend
and
he
says
the
jeans
are
32
dollars
and
the
other
ones
are
24
so
the
total
should
be
56
why
is
it
92?
Tanya
sighs
again
and
says
i’ll
change
it.
Tells
me
to
put
my
card
in
and
doesn’t
even
offer
to
use
my
points.
By
far
the
rudest
retail
person
i’ve
ever
met.
I’ll
be
shopping
online
from
now
on
so
not
only
can
I
use
my
points
but
so
I
also
don’t
get
over
charged.
