I love shopping here. Not matter what size I am I have always been able to find clothes I feel good in at a great price. The employees are also very helpful and give great customer service.

Horrible experience with Tanya When we were at checkout Tanya started scanning my stuff and I hold out my rewards card and she says “whats your phone number” completely ignoring that I am holding out the rewards program card that she could easily scan. So I say there’s two different numbers I give her the first one she goes “nothing popped up what’s ur name?” then ask for my address that’s when I realize that she’s trying to resign me up for rewards. I say I have another number can we just do that? I also have a rewards card. Tanya takes the card BENDS IT IN HALF and says “Oh we got new registers so we don’t use that anymore” so I ask what happens to all the points then? I’ve spent well over 500$ here. Tanya says it should be transferred over, so I say once again “Can we use the other number like i’ve asked?” Tanya does a very loud inhale and exhale and says “Sure, what do you think the number is?” I give her the number and it pops up then she rings the jeans up wrong, both are on sale so I said the jeans are on sale she says “okay” and the total is still 92$ so I look at my boyfriend and he says the jeans are 32 dollars and the other ones are 24 so the total should be 56 why is it 92? Tanya sighs again and says i’ll change it. Tells me to put my card in and doesn’t even offer to use my points. By far the rudest retail person i’ve ever met. I’ll be shopping online from now on so not only can I use my points but so I also don’t get over charged.

Love this place. Great clothes in all sizes

One of my favorite places to shop for women's clothing... And really one of the only places I know I can run into and grab a pair of decent jeans without spending a couple hundred dollars and two hours. Store is always clean and well-organized. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. No real complaints, but do wish they had a bigger selection like the mall does.

The customer service here is outstanding! I came in looking for a jacket...and ended up with the best dress pants in the world, two dresses, and a kimono. You ladies are great at recommending options. I will return for the designer day where you try on a bunch of different styles. The clothes hold up great wash after wash too.

The women there were eager to help me. One women continued to assisted me because I was shopping alone and hadn't been in-store shopping for myself in some time. Made sure the fit was right and I was very pleased! It was a awesome experience and I'm so very grateful❤

Clothing is ok, not my favorite. I think the fifth star is deserved though because even though the asthetic isn't my favorite, the employees ovously care.

Best experience shopping here with my 10 year old daughter! Cute and affordable tween clothing! Sales associates were HELPFUL and on standby to assist with questions. Nice fitting rooms, daughter felt like a star! We will be back! (Sorry just realized that the review is tied to the Ozark store which does not have a kids section....meant the review for the Springfield location in the mall!)
