The service was excellent both times I've been there. I will definitely be back. When one of my new Sketchers shoes developed a material defect, they replaced the pair on the spot. Didn't even ask me for a receipt. (Of course it's in the computer. ) They were so friendly and helpful I couldn't resist buying a new shirt! I didn't even go in to make a purchase, and they didn't ask me to. But I saw a huge selection in my size, on clearance! Got a nice $50 button down for less than $20.

Update: Still have great staff and sizes for big, tall, and most combinations. My experience has always been good at this location. The staff are patient and helpful to find what you need. I'm fat, but also weirdly proportioned and we seem to manage to find fits that work with a little trial and error.

Staff were happy to see me and made my experience enjoyable. Their greeting was cordial, professional, and were ready to direct me to me desired products. The store was clean and they were happy to see me. I was able to walk around and shop without feeling pressured.

My son went in to get pants for work. Described what he was looking for and we were out shortly after he got what he wanted. Thank you

I stopped by a few weeks ago to grab some new more formal attire for a new job. Rob, I believe the gentleman's name was, showed me right to what I was looking for and was very helpful and polite. Finally having tall shirts makes all my other shirts feel short, even the ones I used to consider a good fit. Can't recommend enough!

Went shopping for nice clothes for my weightlifting adult son. Did not get the name of the fellow who helped us but he was very knowledgeable and helpful as we selected a dress jacket, slacks, a nice button down shirt, shoes, and a belt. Not too much sticker shock. It was what I expected to be. We will certainly be back.

Nice clean and pleasant store to shop at. If they don't have your size they order it and send it to your house. Sales crew are very helpful. Really appreciate this store.

If you’re a big guy and want quality threads, there is no better place to go. The staff is awesome, friendly, and nonjudgmental! They have a wide selection of styles that will fit nearly any event. You can pick up name brands like Polo, Nike, and Nautica or store brands like Harbor Bay and True Nation. That said, you are expected to pay for the quality. The pricing matches the wares and in some cases, unfortunately exceeds. If you’re looking for something specific, do some research before settling on DXL for the purchase. Otherwise, be prepared to spend a minimum of $100

Being a big man it's hard to find clothes my size, and at DXL they have everything I need.

The store had a large selection and was very neat! Kole was the associate, and I would've rated him zero stars. I asked if he could measure the person I was with because we weren't sure what size he was. He guessed without measuring and wasn't correct. He was offended when I told him that size didn't work. When I took three pairs of pants to the dressing room and returned the two that didn't work to him, he offered to measure him to elimiate put backs! Purchased out of necessity not out of satisfaction!

I came into the store today and I was greeted by Richard and me made the whole experience awesome. He never once pressured me into buying anything that I did not ask for, very friendly, a a pleasure and very customer friendly and I would recommend if your going to buy a suit Richard is the man you want to go see.
