    They accused me and my wife of getting our dogs groomed and not paying, I asked for the manager and provided bank statements and he still refused my business… that’s a sketchy place with sketchy people that seem to be lost and not know what they are doing!!!! How dare they accuse me of not paying for something and when I proved them wrong they had nothing to say!!!!

    I went into Petco earlier today with a friend. I had a great time in the store looking at the fish, gerbil's, birds, lizards, cats and everything else they had. We got the chance to participate in a dog training session which was awesome. We didn't buy anything, but looked around the store to see what was available. I have a cat and went to look at cat toys. The staff seemed very attentive and asked whether we needed any assistance. One of the staff took one of the ferrets out of its pen and allowed us to pet it. That was cool as I'd never petted a ferret before. They had everything you can think of for your pet from food to snack to toys and not to mention the grooming services. There was a family taking their dog in, but we didn't view that process. Overall it was a good experience. I mean who doesn't love animals. If you just go to see that it'll brighten your day. #Tonetta

    The first time I can say that this particular Petco was the worst experience ever!! My shorkie came out looking worst than when he went in, while picking him up witnessed another customer being told that his dog was know as a biter and would be denied service if he bites. Now understand it wasn't what was said it was how it was said, so I took my pooch across the street to petsmart and waited while they grinded his nails and scheduled an appointment for grooming the next day after paying 53 dollars for absolutely nothing. This was my favorite place to take my pooch until now!!

    I took my dog to be groomed they said he got antsy on the table and I had to come and get him. I got there they never gave me the option to hold the dog to see if that would calm him down they gave him back looking a hot mess never again!

    I was happy to find what I needed but extremely UNhappy to see the baby bearded dragons. The temps in their enclosures was dangerously off and their food was totally wrong! Baby Beardies need food that moves, ie crickets. They will not and should not be offered solid nonliving food. Poor babies!

    I was scheduled for a 9 o’clock appointment today Aug. 20,2023 . I get there at 8:55am doors locked. I’m knocking and calling someone finally comes to the door around 9:15 or so. Long story short just to tell me they don’t have a groomer there yet and my puppy doesn’t show up in the computer as having an appointment. Ask me to show them something that states he do and of course I did. And still all they can do is apologize they don’t know what happened but he’s not on they books today and they don’t have a groomer. So unacceptable PETCO: Max's grooming appointment is coming up on Sun Aug 20 at 9:00 CDT at Florissant. Reply "1" to CONFIRM the appt or "2" to CANCEL the appt at least 48 hours prior to appointment. 1 PETCO: Thanks! Max's appointment is confirmed. We request a 48 hr notice for cancellations.

    The cashier was so nice. Saved me a lot of money with a coupon she had. Gave me a lot of information about how to save money and rewards. She was wonderful.

    We discussed soft treats for my dog who had 15 teeth pulled. And enzyme spray for urine stains. The staff was SOOOOO helpful and polite.

    If I could give ZERO stars I would...BOTH animals purchased here have died...I signed up for Vital Care Premiere for $10 a month, which is a scam. PetSmart is cheaper even after the vital care discounts. After calling into the customer service to file a complaint against the store, the store manager contacted me trying to explain how the animals couldn't have possibly been sick..The snake never ate. I even returned to the store numerous times, explaining the snake wouldn't eat. I was given suggestions on what to do. I tried those, and it still didn't work. Now I have wasted hundreds of dollars at this store, only for no one to care. The manager was very arrogant, to where I ended up hanging up on her. I will continue to complain to customer service.

    My mother in law brought her dog here to be groomed and when she got there the dog was groom on 1/4 of his body and she was told to “take her dog somewhere else”. Very unprofessional, worse service, can not believe “trained” groomers would do something like this. This groomer definitely needs to find another job, I hope she’s not doing the same with any dog that doesn’t stay still.

    My dog was half cut. Reschedule his appointment just to get turned around because staff called off. Have yet to get a return call for reschedule. Very dissatisfied.

    DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!!!! So I took my dog to get groomed at this Petco. They did an alright job. My biggest issue is that they told me my dog needs to lose weight. Because I guess they had a hard time lifting her up on the table. I know my dog is a little overwight, but they really should not be telling people that. What do they do when a customer bring in a big dog? Do they turn them away because it might make their job a little more difficult? People are so ignorant. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Beware if you schedule an appointment for grooming, at anytime they will change it and not notify you about changes needing to be made. There is no communication and they never answer the phone. Won’t bring my puppy here at all. We deserve better service then this place.

    I always stop in to get my fish and supplies and now I also get my new puppy supplies as well. They have a high selection and there is always a great store associate there to help me out with all of my needs.

    I enjoy this Petco. They have a good selection of everything. I was enamored by the Betta fish. The people were helpful. It was not very busy.

    This is our local Petco store. They have the kind of stuff food we want and lots of good merchandise for the pets. It could be a little cleaner but otherwise a good store.

    Hair cut was ok. Every time I go to PETCO I get ok work. The prices are a bit much for the work and if it keeps going up I may have to look elsewhere for a hair cut. My only concern is the groomers. They leave and if touch ups need to be done they can’t do it.

    From the time I walked into this groomer the groomer Jordan was very rude. She rudely asked for my dogs shots which I pulled up on my phone. So I left to run errand and get a phone call 15 minutes later from Jordan to pick up my dog because he's very aggressive. Mind you my dog goes to Petsmart every 3months and is cut perfectly. I hurried back because I didn't want him being tortured. I walked in and Jordan said he's still wet. I then told her i will not take my dog out of here wet. I asked for the manager who name was Kim. I then explained to her what the problem was and she then shared with an attitude she guess she'll try to dry him. My dog was yelling and crying so i said forget it please bring my dog. Grooming here should be shut down!! I wish I could show pictures of all the patches of hair missing on my dog!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GROOM YOUR PET!!

    Crazy manager. We made a great purchase and then notice toys in a bin marked down from 10 and below. I took two toys to the register and one was 12.99 and the other 4.99. Both were for aggressive chewers. Perfect for my dog. When the clerk attempted to ring me up it said the item was not available for sale. She called the manager who stated she couldn't sell them. Started getting others out of the pin and said "nope I don't know what's wrong...I am not trying to figure it out...you're just out of luck!!". How rude as she walked away. Pitful

    One day last week after times and again after talking with them about cutting my Akita puppy's nail.No problem, you don't need to make an appointment just walk in. Well I did that and they tried to make him get up on the table but hes only 7 months. He really didn't have to be on a table because hes really big they could have cut his nails while he was sitting on the floor. Now today I go in there and I have about 12 items in my cart which 4 of the items are on sale. So the cashier told me to go pull the sales tag on each item and bring them to her. So she calls the manager Clarissa because she needs a override so the manager, walks back there and she said well the item is in the wrong place and this is on 4 items so they're all in the wrong place. So she starts tearing up the rest of the sales tags. So I took a picture of her doing it and she goes did you just take a picture of me. I said yes.I took a picture of you tearing up the sales tags for evidence. Any other place of business would have given the items to me that was marked for sale. Being it was their fault. Here we have bad case of customer service by a manager and I probably won't be back. Her excuse was they've been moving items all over the store but they haven't caught up with the sales tag.

    Got her nails done for the first time there and it wasn’t that bad. I figure a few more trips and they will have her down to a science and be able to get them perfect 🥰
