It was very busy, but well worth the wait. Everything is very cute and clean and the staff is super friendly. I had brunch with some family and friends there, and the thing we loved the most were the grits! HANDS DOWN best grits I’ve ever had. I liked my mimosa as well, and my mom liked the coffee. We ordered strawberry crepes, plain crepes, eggs benedict with grits on the side, a side of potatoes, and the chicken club sandwich. Everything was really good and we enjoyed the vibe of the place as much as the food💕

Stopped by Two Chicks one morning while visiting New Orleans and I'm so glad I did. Great space, really good food and loved the environment. Environment Located in downtown New Orleans, you might miss it if you're not paying attention (don't miss it!). Really cute establishment with plenty of dining space but I heard that they do get packed for brunch during most days. I was lucky enough to go at a time where I was able to just walk right in. Lovely place with a great relaxed ambiance - you can come in with family and friends or by yourself with a book. Service The service was warm and welcoming. My server made sure I had everything I needed and was very quick and efficient in providing service. Very friendly and had great energy. Food and Drinks The food was really good. I had the pancakes, grits and scrambled eggs with a mocha and orange juice. Pancakes -- really fluffy and tasty - its hard to make bad pancakes but some people find a way. These were really good and warm and did the trick Scrambled eggs -- I got them with cheese and scrambled soft. They were very good and flavorful. Not too runny and made just right. Grits -- grits can be tricky and I'm usually very picky about them but they did a overall good job with them! Very savory - i would order again. Mocha and Orange juice - the orange juice was good and the mocha wasn't sweet enough for me so I may go for something else next time. Overall I loved this place. Overall the food was great and good quality and I loved the atmosphere. I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

It's a great breakfast spot. Upon arrival, we were quickly seated and the waitress came by our table. The server and manager was nice and attentive. The food came out quickly which was nice since every table was filled in the restaurant. It was delicious! Everything we received was properly made and the portion sizes were nice sized, also. Definitely give the French toast a try.

When I arrived, there were a couple of people who had been waiting several minutes to be greeted and they had to ask someone to be seated. The restaurant was not busy when I visited and the atmosphere leaves some to be desired. The wait staff was friendly, but did not have a sense of urgency. In fact, after I was sat, it took about five minutes for someone to come greet me and take my drink order. The menus need to be updated because they are peeling apart and they look terrible. I wasn’t expecting much from this place especially with how it was going so far. I ordered the veggie Benedict with fruit. It came out and I was pleasantly surprised. It looked amazing, it tasted fresh, and I thought they did really well. Once my food came out, my experience was pretty standard with a couple check ins from my server. If you made the space more inviting and freshen it up a bit, and pay closer attention to your customers and the small details, this place could be a gem!

Great find in the CBD (Central Business District)/Downtown. Little bit of a wait (10 minutes) for Sunday Breakfast but nothing like the wait the the French Quarter. I had the "Under the Sea" Omelet with rye toast and grits (or potatoes). The omlette uncle's crab meat, shrimp, brie cheese, bell peppers, green onion, and is garnished with dill. The price was $12.99, which makes this a great breakfast value. **************--------------------*************** Went back the next day and had Papa's French Toast, a side of ham, and the Ginger Sun Juice (apple and grapefruit juice with ginger). Great breakfast. They put a crunch on the brioche that is amazing.

We loved it. Fantastic food, atmosphere, service. They are busy, but not overwhelmed. The Belt Eggwich was delightful. Others in my party enjoyed the Under the Sea omelet and Crab cake Benedict. The Papas French Toast was amazing and by far the best French Toast I've ever had-slightly sweet with a crunch. Fresh juices were great too. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

The best & freshest orange juice I've ever had. If in the area again, I will call in an order for their orange juice. I also liked not being required to wear a mask. RESERVE YOUR SPOT

The BBQ shrimp and grits was one of the best dishes I’ve eaten during my time in New Orleans. The grits were well prepared. The size of the French toast cannot be emphasized enough. It looks small in the photos but is HUGE when it arrives at the table. One guy walking by even stopped and stared at my plate to comment on how big it was. Coffee (hot or iced) is $3 and bottomless, which came in handy after a late night the night before. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved fast and we got seated about ten minutes after putting our name in. Service was great and the servers work their tails off. A great place for breakfast/lunch! Would definitely return.

Everything we had was so fresh and amazing! I had the iron chick juice which was very refreshing. The ginger was perfectly balanced in the juice and my husband had the Green Blast which again was perfectly balanced and the kale wasn’t over powering. For food I had the pancakes with andouille sausage. Pancakes were huge and the sausage was perfectly crisped. Though I was starving, the portion was so big that I couldn’t finish. My husband had the farmers omelette and grits which he finished. The grits were very smooth and flavorful. We will for sure be back! Customer service was excellent as well!

One of the best breakfast we’ve had in a long time. Every bite was delicious. We came just before the line started to form outside. Yes! That’s how good this place is. The service was quick and accurate. Our waitress was amazing and took care of us.

Wow, excellent. The veggie benedict and the iron chick juice, (beet juice), were an excellent choice. Everything taste great. The service i received from Nayomi was great. The entire staff was polite and welcoming. I Will definitely be back when I visit NOLA again.

Grits are creamy and have good flavor but a little too thick for me. My husband really enjoyed his crepe and omelet as well. Wait time on Sunday at 12 was less than 10 minutes.

We had to wait about 40 min., but it was well worth it. A variety of nice mimosas to start, followed by delicious food. The under the sea omelet was packed with crab and shrimp, cooked just right, and topped with a generous slice of Brie. The farm house omelet was just as good with turkey, smoked Gouda, tomatoes and onions. Papa's French toast was thick with just the right amount of gooeyness. Everything was fresh and properly prepared. Friendly staff too. A little out of the way, but hey, go explore and you might just find this little gem!

Bubba the doorman at the Ritz Carlton told us this was the BEST breakfast in town and he wasn’t kidding. What a surprise treat! This is a MUST go to spot the next time you are in NOLA. The crab Benedict was delicious. The grits were the BRST we had all trip. The service was friendly and quick. The surroundings were welcoming and artsy. Don’t miss this breakfast spot.

This place is truly amazing. Me and my family went here for breakfast while on vacation here in New Orleans and it was so good we came back the very next day. The ambiance is very light and homey, with all of the employees hosting a very kind spirit. The speed of service was remarkable, and both of the ladies who served us, went the extra mile. Whether it be checking in at the right times, or making sure we had all our food, two chicks was amazing all around . I 10/10 recommend! ( P.S the French Toast was to die for!)

The food was good. My friend had to send her food back because it came over cooked. However they did fix her order and everything tasted good. The service was horrible the waitress never came to our once to check on us and she didn’t give us napkins. After providing terrible service she decided to put a gratuity on our bill and then when we asked to speak with the manger she told us she was unavailable and on the beach and she didn’t want to be bothered. After I told her the policy stated six or more people it adds it automatically. She then took it off and got an attitude and walked away. I would not recommend based on the service and deceptive practices.

This was one of two excellent meals we had while staying in NOLA. Everything was so tasty and the portions are more than decent in size. There was a little wait, but the line moves fast, and the food is well worth it! Once you sit and order, you won't wait much longer for your food. Our server Beatrice was great, attentive, sweet and patient. The whole crew works as a team, and that is lovely to see. All in all, wonderful experience.

Great breakfast spot that my friend and I found near the hotel we were staying. Service was friendly and fast. The food was amazing, at least I thought my breakfast po’boy was. Our server was so wonderful. I wish I could remember her name since it’s been quite a few months since we were last there, but she was so personable and warm. Will definitely be coming back on next trip to NOLA!

Walked to an amazing location and boom...a blue wall!!! Lol, Actually, this location is 1 of 2. It's beautiful. Very colorful and picture perfect. The food is amazing. I had the BBQ shrimp and grits and the flavor was amazing. I was starving, so when we saw a line outside,I was a but bummed. We got in in less than 10 min and it was definitely worth it. Every seat is a great seat. The staff was so polite, above and beyond, shared the story of the 2 chics, and gave really great suggestions.

Excellent food and fast service! We stopped at Two Chicks Cafe - CBD while visiting New Orleans in Nov 2023. This is a great place for breakfast. Food was excellent, with good variety. Nice choice of morning cocktails and fresh juices. Service was quick and attentive. We ordered Crab Cake Benedict and Veggies Benedict and both were perfect! We highly recommend this place if you are in the area! Be prepared for 30-40 min wait though as it's very popular.

Today I got the crabmeat and shrimp omelette with potatoes, a side of bacon, and toast and it was so good! The waitress was very polite and helpful. The food came out quick and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 I’m definitely coming back.

The food here is amazing! The shrimp and grits were the best I have ever had. The were a little spicy and seasoned to perfection, with creamy grits. I do not like French toast, however...the French toast here is delicious! They use brioche and give it a final dip in cornflakes. Our server Catrina was the best! She has a wonderful personality, was attentive, and gave us great tips for finding parades as well as dinner options. Because of Catrina's helpfulness, we were actually able to find a parade the same evening. Visit Two Chicks. You will not regret it.

What a wonderful menu offering they had. So many choices for every palate. Will have to go back to try the many other plates that I didn’t get to choose. A short wait but nothing terrible. They were busy but our food came out quickly considering. Will be back.

Went for Brunch it was amazingly delicious. Had the Crab Bennidict which delivered. The French toast is excellent with the Frosted Corn Flake crust on it. The Shrimp and Grits was so flavorful and excellent. They have fresh juice as well that is really fresh. Highly recommend

This was our last brunch in New Orleans - and the best. No wonder it's so popular. Beats every other place hands down. Fantastic service (best in town), excellent tasting food and good portions. Although we didn't have it, the French toast was very popular and looked amazing! The kickin chicken omelette was really good and the creamy grits were outstanding.

Chelsea was super sweet and helpful. The service is efficient and the food (crab cake egg benedict, french toast and crepe) were delicious, portions could easily be shared. The juices were fresh and rich in flavor. There was a line when we arrived but we were seated in a few minutes. When in NOLA totally worth a visit.

The food was really good. Big portions and I was stuffed. I had the French toast and the BBQ shrimp and grits. Best grits I've had in a long time. Bloody Mary was good, but I've had better. Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat.

2nd day in the Nola search up breakfast spot and this beautiful place popped up. We was greeted with a smile but our waiter B was wonderful and she made us laugh. She was such a joy to have this morning. Now the food Omg! was nothing I ever had tasted, flavor was on point for each dish we had and everything was fresh. I had the kicking chicken omelet with their tasty soft French toast and potatoes. The freshly squeeze apple juice is a steal. Never had before, it was that good I had got 1 to go. I will be back before I leave. Good service and delightful food for you soul.

Amazing place , Chelsea was phenomenal, super friendly, funny and gave us all the attention. We deff recommend this place, besides all of this, I’ve never had a better grits in my life. The omelette (shrimp), left me speechless. Will be back always.

Really cute friendly atmosphere. Even though the place was busy the service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and sweet! They have bar seating. Food came out in reasonable time. I ordered crab cake Benedict with grits! Grits were amazing! They have freshly squeezed drinks that look delicious but I ordered the orange mint tea that was super good. When in town I'd definitely come back!

I park in the building next to this place and get to smell it every morning on my way to work. So for the better part of the year I've been wanting to eat here and we had a power outage yesterday so I decided to take advantage. The place was packed presumably due to the power outage. Despite this, I was still sad extremely quickly. Now, as a side note every where in New Orleans is understaffed right now so it took a little bit of time for my waitress to make it over to me but when she did everything was super fast and super efficient. The food was outstanding the bloody Mary was phenomenal the service was happy the place was cute and I would definitely go back and try something else.

Adorable place! Great food. Good breakfast cocktail menu. Great service. I had the French toast and the mimosa. Best French toast I’ve ever had! Get there early! They open at 8, we got there around 8:20 with no wait but place slowly got packed. Left and there was a line around the corner lol

  • 5/5 Kayden M. 2 years ago on Google
The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the coffee, well, it was great also. We had a long night the evening before and I had to try the old "hair of the dog" trick and have a Irish coffee and the waitress, didn't mind at all! After all, you're in New Orleans, right? The staff was so friendly and attentive so, we had a great morning breakfast. Both of us had the french toast which was amazing!

  • 4/5 Dario M. 2 years ago on Google
Great spot for breakfast. The freshly made juices are outstanding and the food flavorful. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the poached eggs came with the yolk very hard. It was busy and service was a bit slow but worth the wait as the remainder of three dishes we had were simply delicious.

  • 5/5 Christina 1 year ago on Google
This is the best breakfast we’ve had so far in New Orleans. Fresh ingredients, fresh squeezed juices, and omg the grits. Anything grit related . The shrimp and grits and the cheesy grits side dish are AMAZING. Very family friendly. Very attentive staff.

My brother and sister in law are having a wonderful time in New Orleans. They sent me pictures of their breakfast. It looks so good I just had to write about it. My brother had the seafood omelet with roasted potatoes and my sister in law had the French toast. They both said the food was delicious and the servers were very friendly. Service was great.

The two Chicks Café is overcrowded and are victims of their success. The issue is to get seated as customers can waited across the street as further on the sidewalks. It was our first-time trying grits and it was pleasantly good. The staff are aware if needs and very available. The portions are smaller than we expected for us Canadians who do have bigger portions for breakfast.

  • 5/5 Cristian S. 1 year ago on Google
Please do yourself a BIG favor and have breakfast here! Absolutely worth it! My whole party was happy with their dishes and the food was quick and Hott. Waitress even took the time to tell us where to visit in New Orleans. The atmosphere was vibrant and restaurant was clean. I’m not sure if I’ll ever find a French toast better than the one I had here!

  • 5/5 Samah K. 1 year ago on Google
Visiting in town for the weekend and the hotel staff recommended this spot. This place exceeded my expectations in every way: service, food and atmosphere. I tried a half order of Papas French toast, the chicken omelette with potatoes and veggie Benedict with grits. For drinks I got a hot coffee and Iron Chick fresh juice, there was also a ginger based fresh juice but I didn't like it much but that's because I don't like a lot of ginger. I'd come back everyday if I could!

  • 4/5 Victoria Z. 1 year ago on Google
There was a line outside but moved quickly. We ordered the green leaf smoothie, breakfast poboy, the French toast and grits on the side. The poboy was too salty for our taste. The French toast was decent not spectacular, the corn flakes outside gives it a crunchy texture. The grits was creamy and delicious. Service was nice and efficient, which I appreciate.

BEST BREAKFAST EVER!! the best places always have the longest lines and let me tell you this place is everything. from the great and fast service to the fast and delicious breakfast it was great. The customer service is just amazing. we went with our baby and they accommodated us very well, even with our big stroller. THIS IS WORTH THE WAIT! you won’t be disappointed

The building was small but very homey. Everyone was nice and everything was so clean. Katrina with her Philly hospitality made me feel at home & her service was top tier. She was prompt but not over invasive. She truly took made my breakfast experience by serving New Orleans food with Texas sized portion along with a Philly hospitality. If ever in New Orleans, please visit 2 Chicks for all your breakfast needs.

  • 5/5 Angelizm 11 months ago on Google
Best breakfast ever! Catrina was our waitress & brought our food out quickly ❤️❤️❤️ The Papa’s French Toast was better than my mom’s! And the Green drink gave me energy to get our day started (no coffee for me today!) Hubby added ham to his Hatchery croissant sandwich and describes it as: “really damn good!” We would both come back for breakfast again!

Great coffee to start the day nearby the French Quarter. Excellent service by Beatrice. We tried one omelet with shrimps and the veggies benedict breakfast with delicious creole hollandaise sauce! Portions were quite big. Also prices were twenty dollars each of us. We really liked and enjoyed it all, a perfect culinary experience.

Two Chick's Cafe was about a 3 minute walk from Holiday Inn Vacation Club, where we stayed. The food was delivered hot. Also, each of the dishes was cooked to perfection. I have no complaints.
