It's absolutely amazing. All the sauces are fantastic. It was our first time, and the server brought out every sauce to try. Their creamy jalapeño dressing is the best. I hope they bottle it! We got so full and could have split meals. Highly recommend you try everything!!!

Delicious food in a chill atmosphere, wait staff were friendly and checked on the table often. Prices were reasonable and the wait times pretty good.

Absolutely loved this environment and the staff was so nice! Our server, Kyle, was knowledgeable about drinks and food. What I loved was the fact it didn’t feel too loud of talking or busy when we were there. Which the combination of the meal and environment made this a place I’m definitely coming back!

Sky was so helpful and attentive! Very nice! The shrimp tacos were perfection! That shrimp had an amazing texture and crunch! I could eat those all day long! Food was a bit spicy, but still good! The white ranch sauce is MY FAVORITE! It made me so happy that you make it and serve it as a side!❤️. It's like a sauce at a restaurant I frequent in my town. I eat it with chips there too, but I have to pay for it. I love that it was complimentary! I would eat here again!

Surprisingly better than expected. I usually avoid chain restaurants but I came with a large group for a birthday dinner. Bar service was terrific and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Food was ok and the chips and salsa, while plentiful, needs improvement. The chips are so thin, they crumble in your hands while trying to scoop up some salsa. We had a large group of 20 and although we made arrangements for seating at 7pm on a Friday night, as people started to arrive early, I asked John, the manager if we could be seated early. They put our tables together and they had our section ready with chips and salsa waiting about 15 minutes early. Overall the experience was much better than I was expecting.

The food is always great at this location. We were seated in the bar area but we had excellent service. My only disappointment is that my favorite waitress. Sarrah is no longer there. She was the best! We never had to tell her our order. She already knew it. I always thought that was amazing since I was only up there every 2 to 3 months.

Really like the food here. Queso is yummy and not overpriced like others like it. Door dash seems super fast from here too. But I anyways try to tip well. Remember that folks! ppl work this job for our lazy a$ses not because it's a career goal. So try and do better if you suck. The acoustics in there with me don't jive so I never dine in anymore. Food has always been hot and fresh curbside or door dashed

Love this place. I am a fan of the light tortilla chip because, let's be honest, all they really are is a vessel for the dip. Their ranch dip is amazing and their Pico salsa is fresh. We also got the regular queso which was equally delish. For the entree I had the stake burrito and I added the boom boom sauce to give it a little spicy kick. It really gets the sinuses running if you know what I mean. Great meal overall. This place is always packed and that's why we came for lunch. I suggest you do the same unless you have time to wait for dinner.

It was my Birthday, we had 12 people in our party. The service was AMAZING. The food was great. We had a great time. Our server was about the best server I have ever had at a restaurant. Wish I would have gotten his name..

We always love Chuy's! No matter where I go, the Tacos al Carbon are the best thing on the menu, in my opinion! My son loved the crunchy Tacos, 3 big ones, with rice and beans of course. Always huge portions, great food and great service!

I haven't eaten here in a very long time. Decided to have something a little different for lunch. I remember now why I haven't eaten here in so long. There are better places to get TexMex. I went in and got take out, got back to the office and this is what I have. Was supposed to be two tacos...there is just no way this is an accident, they know what they did...never again.

Always a great place to eat! Service was top notch as we asked to not be rushed because my friend and I were catching up. When you ask that most serves get annoyed but ours didn’t and let us take our time!

40 minute wait but worth it. Super fun atmosphere. Great salsa/Pico if you like it spicy. Enjoyed the Elvis Monumental Memorial Encihildas and Tex-tini

Food was good, just definitely something different if you were expecting Mexican, the queso is essentially tostitos jar yellow, strange but you can't deny it tastes pretty good

Charge $6 for 2 small teaspoons of an 1/2 order of guacamole. Outrageous... I would have taken a photo if I had know I was getting ripped off....... A real Mexican restaurant knows the true value... As for my meal.. less than good!

This place is the real deal!! We had a large family meet here for dinner. We have a tradition to try a restaurant once. Then on to the next. This place broke tradition. We will be back multiple times. The food was all amazing😍 each of us ordered so 5 different meals. We tried each and and they were all so tasty. If you get a chance Ike is an awesome waiter. Hope he will be serving our family for years to come. Keep it up guys the hard work shows.

The decor is amazing and fun, the food was very very good but not fantastic Chris our server was the best I think I’ve ever had the girl that sat us at our table needed a good talking to which happened via the manager after a short conversation. Food is reasonable beer is a little too expensive I would actually give 3.75 stars

Love this place. My only gripe is they got rid of the macho burrito during Covid and said they aren’t bringing it back. The other food is so good I can’t be too mad. Chips and white sauce is amazing.

trimmed down menu from the pandemic is missing some great options. This is the best Mexican restaurant in Louisville. That isn't really saying much since the Mexican restaurants here suck at best. However, at least they try. Service is perfect

We usually enjoy our visit to Chuy's. The service was prompt. The food was well presented and favorable. It didn't disappoint. Amber, who waited on us, was excellent!

The best tex mex I've ever had. Darian was amazing even though she is in training. We would not have known if she hadn't told us.

The best thing here is the dip that comes with the chips. The chips are so light, crisp and fresh. I'm really not a fan of their other food but our daughter likes it so we go occasionally.

Waited about 20 minutes to get seated on a Sunday after church at around 1:30. Server was fairly prompt after reaching the table. There were 6 of us and everyone got what they ordered. It didn't take very long for the food to arrive from the kitchen. This restaurant isn't on our regular rotation, so we only eat here ocassionally. It's okay, but it isn't one of our favorites. Nothing wrong about it at all. Just not one of our go to places.

This was my first time at Chuy's. We were there for my granddaughter Lilly's birthday. There were nine of us. I love that they have mild, medium and hot sauces for your entries. Our server was awesome, she brought me three different sauces to try. She was so attentive, profesional and courteous. The food was awesome!!! We will definitely be back.

This place is our sister hangout. Food is fresh and awesome. Drinks are amazing!! And customer service is on point!! Friendly atmosphere. Oh yeah prices are very affordable, for the amount of food they serve (which is a lot!!)

Honestly I really liked eating here, the decor is fun the food was good and our waiter was extremely friendly!! It was a tad expensive for just a quick bite but the food was prepared very well so it's all good.
