Salad and breadsticks get me everytime! I went with the server recommendation of the fet with fried chicken. Yummy! Went with the lunch size portion which was perfect. I thought the servers were great. I would go back

Food was good. We settled for Olive Garden as we had $45 in coupons to use. The location was fairly busy right in between lunch/dinner. Servers were attentive, we did not wait long for drinks and food. The bread was stale which was only complaint of food, both baskets were stale. Baked ziti was really good, tour of Italy was also really good. Thankful to have a decent experience. One of the experienced staff was running circles around other staff, she worked in the takeout area but was also the busiest. Three servers stood around while a table next to us remained unclean with dishes and food for about ten minutes. Also I couldn’t put my nose on it but the restaurant had an odor ? Carpet, moisture? Idk just an off putting odor. Also be careful on the table side ordering device it added $2.99 to our bill for games which we did not play. Good food and service

Waitress was ditzy. Asked if we wanted refills on our soups. Asked, but took forever to bring second bowl. Asked to have a different dipping sauce for the breadsticks. We never got that so I asked the manager to take it off my bill. Which, he did. Overall just a bad choice for lunch that day

This is a great place to go on a budget. But let me tell you the cost. Oh buddy did I pay the price. Me and my wife had tough time you could say after eating here and we had to clear our schedule to accommodate. Eat at your own risk. All we had was the soup, salad, and breadsticks. I shutter to imagine what would have happened if we ate the pasta.

Enjoyed The Lunch, food was excellent! The Chicken Parm and Lasagna always Resplendent. Love the excellence!

Olive garden is one of my favorite restaurants. They server the tasty food, drinks and above all the service at the restaurant is awesome. It is fast and smooth. Even when you have to wait (sometimes when the restaurant is full) , it is worth the wait. Totally love this place in J-Town Louisville Update : went to olive again this week and I was little disappointed with the service as well as the taste of the food .

Can you guys add potatoes to your menu pretty please with a great big OH YEAH on top??? Baked...mashed...especially with your salmon..some kind of potato would make that dish the B🔥MB!!! Oh yeah it was my first time trying tirimisu <-(is that righ?) It was so good!!!

This was a very nice surprise for my dad and me. We very much enjoyed the food. The meatball appetizer was spectacular. My Tour of Italy was very good. Our server, Davis was very helpful and efficient. He could not have any nicer to us. Thanks!

The soup is very delicious and especially the pasta. We liked it when the waitress put the fresh grated cheese on it and the very soft buns. You can entertain yourself on the tablet while they deliver your order, but it has an additional price of 3dll. We had a very good time. moment since it is a very quiet and cozy place.

Our Server was doing something for management. It took so long another manager took our order. Food had no flavor... including the bread sticks. Very little if any garlic. The salad was drowning in dressing. We were very disappointed.

Food = nasty, wasn't that hot, plate was hotter then food. Not what I was expected! Service: Emma was our waiter she was nice and friendly. She started strong with 5 star her service ended with a 3 star. Emma started lacking on her service. Atmosphere: nice This is was my first time at Olive Garden. The salad, bread sticks, drinks were good that's about it.

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I love their food so I’m really sad to leave this review. I normally go to the location on Von Allman court, but decided to go to the Hurstbourne location instead. The server was scattered. We ordered the dipping sauces, and our bread and salad arrived but no dipping sauce. By the time our sauce appeared our bread was cold. The server said he would bring more bread which took 10 minutes. Then our food arrived and I got the CYO- angel hair, 5cheese, and meatballs (which I’ve been getting for years) and it was 50% oil. I ate about half but then when I got home I poured out the oil and dabbed- this picture is after getting out a lot of the oil. On top of this, the bathrooms were dirty. I won’t be back to this location.

Food was amazing. I had the ravioli carbanera. Server was super nice. Don't remember his name but he's probably the only 6'5 server there! Only gave it 4 stars because of how messy the bathroom was. Otherwise it would have been a perfect visit.

WARNING!!! the North Hurstbourne area is completely and utterly unacceptable. I am so surprised it has not been shut down by the health department. First off there is a gnat infestation I should’ve left that instant, but we move tables just to be more disappointed by the food they’re serving. I do want to say this has nothing to do with the stuff. The young man that was helping us was very attentive, and was doing his job to the best of his ability. But what is really disappointing is that we had the manager come over first of all because our food was undercooked. We also discussed the gnat with the manager, who, of course already knew about it. On top of already knowing about the infestation the Manager offered nothing not a discount or a dessert or appetizer for free which is surprising, because almost everywhere does that if you are unpleased with the experience. The only thing that we weren’t completely disappointed with was the chocolates that they gave us at the end that would be the only thing I think was good there.

We had the please if meeting Nicole aka Coco!! She was absolutely the best waitresses we have had in a very long time at any restaurant!! Was very polite, made sure our drinks were always filled and just all around on point!!! If we are ever back in the Jeffersontown KY we will definitely be back!!

Had a great time and great experience. Went for the neverending pasta and wound up with an awesome server named Hayden. He went above and beyond and really made it a great experience for my father and I. The manager Tara even came over and spent some time with us to make sure everything was perfect. Very hands on staff and an awesome welcoming environment. Can't say enough positive

My sister and I went the food was good. Our waiter (Vanessa C) was a poor waiter. When we were seated she didn’t even bring us our breadsticks we had to ask for them when we ordered our appetizer. She lied about the food not coming with soup or salad, but proceeded to give us salad. She basically tried to pick our sides for us. When it was time to go we asked her for an extra bag and she never brought us on. She passed by use several times and never gave us our bag we had to go to the front desks to get on. Overall all the other workers were very nice and the food was good. The waiter once again Vanessa C was very awful.

Ordered to go & the portions are extremely smaller than when you dine in, but same price. The chicken & shrimp carbonara had so much oil floating at the bottom of the bowl the little sauce it had was settling on top of the oil. I had to literally drain the oil from my bowl. I ordered 3 meals with salads for the two of the sides. For some reason it was only one medium container of salad. The chicken was to be well done. It so white looking, not golden brown at all, soggy with no seasoning or flavor. The pics online are very misleading. It tasted terrible. Only thing that was hot was the side of soup. Almost $70 in the trash. Never again.

This last time I went I didn't like it at all. The dishes smelled like eggs. There were flies everywhere. They don't give even a small detail to the birthday children like in any other restaurant. In general the place looked very dirty, neglected. It hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time. I had no desire to return.

Okay, I am more impressed by our server, Julia than anything else. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, and the Italian doughnuts for desert with raspberry syrup...yummy yummy. Anyway, we were a party of 4 and it seems like any other place, Olive Garden doesn't have enough staff so the servers were a bit overwhelmed and attending to many tables. However, Julia was a ray of sunshine. She was very pleasant and professional as she attended to us. At some point we were actually hesitating to ask for anything, not because she didn't want to help, she did, but we could see she was overwhelmed and doing her best with a smile and we just wanted to give her a break. She was so nice and still managed to be coming back to our table to check on us. Without seeing how she was running around to many tables you would think we were the only table she was serving. Thank you Julia for making our time at Olive Garden pleasant, you are the best!

Literally took forever for someone to greet us at our table when we first got sat. Roughly around 15 -20mins after waiting 30 mins to get sat. The manager did come and greet us and got our drinks after 20 mins and informed the server, that this was her table but it still took about 10 mins for her to come take our order. She was pretty nice though, I didn’t get her name. But she did apologize and say that she wasn’t informed that this was her table until after our 20 min wait to be seen. But all in all, the food was great! I got the shrimp and chicken carbonara. I would most definitely recommend that entree with the Zuppa soup!

We had (and have had multiple times in the past) a phenomenal experience! The food is always superb. The service is great, but tonight was phenomenal! We had Davin as our server, and he bent over backwards to meet our every need (and always with joy and a smile!). If you're looking for a good experience, great Italian food, and great service, come here! And ask for Davin for the perfect night!

I had the most wonderful experience there the other day. Our waitress May was the most polite and attentive young lady you could ever ask to have. Oh, and she introduced us to her equally pleasant young friend Noah. Suffice it to say, the evening was wonderful!! Thank You all!

What a great place and amazing staff, and the food is always exquisite. I have not found one thing yet at this place that I would not eat or have not eaten. I really do like the place it is one that I would rather go to than a lot of steakhouses. The great thing is the portions are big enough that two people can usually eat on one order. Between that and unlimited breadsticks and salad I think it is one that everybody should at least try to see if they like it.

Although I don't remember her name, my waitress was an older Caucasian women who was sweet as ever. I felt like I was home with grandma for a home cooked meal. She was absolutely AWESOME. There was also another African American young man who was equally as awesome. This restaurant did great in picking their staff. THANK YOU!! We were the family that was waiting for our son to get there from the gym (Basketball coach). Please please please commend them on a job well done!!!

Been years since I've visited an Olive Garden. Just a very pleasant lunch. All you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks so good and a great value. Our server Danni was awesome. A good experience all around!

The service was great. The salmon was too salty and a little tough. Plus it was a small serving. The breadsticks were dry. The salad was good. The broccoli was tough.

Ordered curbside. The same entrees we always get. However, this time they looked like there were chunks of weird green stuff all over the top and mixed in a little. Frankly, it looked like shredded broccoli, but neither of the dishes had that as an ingredient. We called the restaurant to see about a replacement. The manager immediately starts explaining it away and not listening. He says it's parsley, but it sure doesn't look like any parsley I've ever seen. We take it back and the first couple employees agree with us. Out comes the manager (Jerry) and the gaslighting begins. We ask for a replacement and replacement comes out with the same gross stuff on it. He says he wanted to prove it was always made like that. This man deliberately made our meals exactly how we said NOT to just to try to win an argument. He's more interested in being right, embarrassing us, and making us look stupid than making us happy. Refund requested and received. We're never going back. UPDATE: We also reached out to corporate OG and were told that the restaurant would reach out to address our concerns. No phone call was ever received. I guess Jerry was responsible for making that call.
