    They had a refrigerator delivered.. great. I had to return this refrigerator due to a defect… fine, not their fault. They attempted to deliver a replacement… but ordered one with the handle on the wrong side. (Ok, mistakes happen)… we sent it back. They ordered another one… not only did they order the wrong one again, the sent the same EXACT one. The same handwriting on the box leftover from the last delivery. Incompetence is the only word I can muster.

    How much would it cost to have an employee answer the phone? Here's a genuinely brilliant idea, instead of sending ALL calls for every reason to a call center in India, get someone to answer the phone genius! It's what I would expect from a huge, out of touch company. It makes zero sense to have zero customer service. There was only 1 laptop that I wanted left in the store and I wanted to hold it till I could get there today but do to horrible communication ( I could not understand most of what this nice woman was saying because of her thick, foreign accent) and a desire to send me links that didn't work while telling me "just 2 minutes of your time" after 10 minutes I gave up. HORRIBLE!

    I was just browsing, and one of the employees came over and told me all about their personal experience with some of the products and helped talk me through the pros and cons of each. After that, he encouraged me to go do some research before coming back. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

    I *always* have problems with things I order from Best Buy. I don’t know why I keep forgetting this, and go back for more annoyance. Botched order fulfillment. Fine print restocking fees. Get your stuff on Amazon or Costco and save the troubles.

    I didn't learn my lesson. Last time the best buy delivery team never showed and never called. This time they call at 930 am for what was supposed to be an afternoon delivery. Since I wasn't home they skipped the delivery. Now I have to explain the story every time I get transferred, hung up on etc. Not to mention the wasted time when I am supposed to be working. Delivery team strikes again and when I go to the store they tell me it is contracted and they can't control it. I guess I can control it and not shop there any longer. Why I waste time with reviews is beyond me. Why I waste time expecting someone to do what they say is the better question.

    Friendly people and decent prices similar to what Amazon has for sale. They are renovating the store so you can’t actually go inside. You wait outside and tell them what you want and they bring it to you. They also have a limited selection due to the store renovation. Maybe I will reevaluate them after they complete. If you’re looking to do some shopping it’s best to go to one of the other Best Buy’s located in the area.

    Purchased my TV mount from Best Buy to match my TV size. Was going to install it myself but because of the TV size, I decided to pay Best Buy to install it. MISTAKE!!! The 3rd party installer arrived with his daughter in the vehicle and was in a blazing hurry to get done and get out. Upon mounting the mount to the wall, he then discovered the electrical plug and coaxial plug were covered by the mount. He should have stopped and advise me to purchase another type of mount BUT he went forward. After driving just 2 lag bolts in the mount and shifting it to one side, he said that would be fine. This is a 55” heavy TV. However, he advised me not to extend the TV too far or it may fail because it’s off center. REALLY!! I asked him to stop. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT….DO IT YOURSELF. I removed all that he had done, moved the electrical and coaxial locations then reinstalled the mount as designed. I have called Best Buy over 6 times and have 2 case numbers and no one will call me back. DO NOT…….DO NOT have their third party contractors come to your home for anything. Find a skilled contractor to complete the job properly and not jeopardize your life every time you move your TV. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Terrible customer service as they blame the other departments in their company. I just want my money back for the install. Best Buy……do the right thing here.

    Initial visit was great with Sean M. Had delivery scheduled for the 08/13 for TV and mount to be set up. Best Buy decided to just go ahead and cancel it without letting me know anything. I happen to get a call from Sean following up and said it was canceled by the back in at the Saint Matthew store. No reason why no call no text no email just be decided to cancel it for so odd reason. Tried to call the store to find out what’s going on. I get sent to some customer service hotline because I guess the stores don’t take calls anymore it took an hour before they called me back to let me know what was going on. She had no answer other than her note said that I requested it to be canceled. Which is true after I found out that they were going to deliver it. I was going to do store pick up but I decided not to deal with Best Buy. Canceled credit card and just start spending with business who appreciates my busy.

    Had to return an expensive computer part that was in a damaged product box. The shipping box wasn't harmed. Therefore the conclusion of it all a fragile electronic part was dropped with considerable inertia...oh well ship it. Not a good experience. So on returning said product no one offered any apology or empathy....instead I was met with a wall of provocation to an argument. I did not engage. I did call the behavior. Ok now who heads this store you are accountable. It cannot be shared nor passed off. Those under you are responsible to ensure the client has a great experience. You at the top are accountable. I recommend you hire a consultant to give customer service training. I would like to see your store succeed. All the best to you.

    A was great, paid for the item I wanted they told me where to pickup and let me know when it was ready, walked in to store and went to pickup counter and pulled up item showed ID and was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. I definitely will be doing business with them the same way from now on, thanks Best Buy!

    The associate was really great. I've purchased the Geek Squad plan for the past few years since I am computer dumb. Normally, when I go in to have someone help me with an issue on my phone, most of the time, they just fix it themselves rather than show me. My Geek Squad plan is up for renewal on the 13th. Guess who has canceled it! That's $200 in my pocket!

    Bought a few things from here without any problems. It's a good best buy with helpful staff. Not much to say. It's a Best Buy. Had curbside pickup which is very nice. Order online and pick up is very easy.

    Had an issue I was trying to deal with through customer service and was getting nowhere. Went into the store, and the manager was able to solve it in less than 10min!! So grateful for kind people.

    Will be using other locations from now on. Customer service was a 0. I was just told I need to come back when my product is ready. I bought an Xbox online with 1 hour pickup. 1 hour later I went to store and waited in parking lot. 1 hour turned into over 3 hours so I went in and asked if I can just go get it myself. First employee didn’t want to be bothered with the issue and just told me to come back when it’s ready. Managers then got involved and informed me it hadn’t even been dropped in their system as an available pick and this was a common occurrence. I had to cancel item online and wait for refund within days then just buy product in store since I was already there. A $300 1 hour pickup turned into a $600 4 Hour pickup. WARNING: DON’T DO ONLINE PICKUP HERE.

    I had never been to this location before, but I was not impressed at all. Walking in the door, the floors are covered in salt, trash and debris. There has not been snow here in two weeks but the floors do not appear to have been cleaned in that time. There was 4 employees standing by an entry table that welcomed us in. We went to look at ear buds. The isle was very empty . Stock was really low and the choices were poor. My wife and son went to the restroom and both complained that the restrooms were bad. My wife stated the women's was out of toilet paper. My son said the men's was out of soap. We notified the person when we made our purchase and he sent a notice over the radio. It was interesting to watch all the employee's who heard the message turn and look. I take it management doesn't do a good job of assigning tasks to employees and then following up to make sure those tasks get completed. Because I would assume every employee would walk through the front door and would use the restroom. So everyone that works at the store would get an opportunity to see how dirty it is and notify management that these jobs are not being completed in a fashion that they could be proud to say they worked there. I worked for Best Buy nearly 30 years ago, and I can tell you this would not have flown back then. We worked into the night once a week for a deep store clean mopping all the floors. We dust mopped daily. We took turns cleaning the bathrooms. We were graded on the job we did and honestly peer pressure was the rule. Nobody wants to use a dirty bathroom. If we felt the restroom was not meeting a standard we called out the person responsible and it was taken care of, or we did it ourselves.

    Searched their website for a specific Lenovo laptop, went to the store to pick it up with ease. Very nice customer service, they did their job trying to up sale services but I declined. Good experience for my first trip to Best Buy in many years

    This was a great opportunity for this store to get 5 stars. I went to geek squad and that experience was great 5 star. I didnt like the outcome my 2yr old $2K Asus Rog was toast. So i decided to get a new laptop. After 40 min with Zero store employees around to help me, I left the store to purchase something online somewhere else.

    Nice store (as far as equipment), however I couldn't get a lot of help when it came to trying to buy a laptop that was in their "open box" condition. The manager and other workers definitely wanted me to spend more money and it showed when I still choose to go through with my actual choice. They wanted me to spend more, however, weren't very friendly and didn't say another word about anything after I wasn't qualified for the Best Buy credit card. I had enough cash to buy whatever I wanted and being that I'm a new college student I would've loved to look at other options or know more about different options but I guess I didn't look like I qualified for anything after not being accepted for the credit card? This is why I chose a pre-owned laptop that seems to be working perfectly, but I could've went with a bigger screen or got one that came with the hp pen? Don't judge someone based on looks, they could be millionaires and you'd never know!!!

    I did a store pick up. It was quick and easy. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes but then when the customer service worker came up he apologized. I say quick and easy because I had when to a different Best Buy and waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for a store pick up. (They couldn't find my order)

    Have not been a BB shopper for over a decade. Wife wanted to buy new TV’s & we gave it a shot. Must admit an AMAZING in store experience w/Jason, Ben & Che on the purchase of 5 Samsung TV’s & corresponding items. Their knowledge of our home theatre & needs overall we’re outstanding! Thank you for such a great experience!

    I'm an elite plus member and they refused to honor the sale pricing that was online and in store, even the price label showed the promo pricing and the supervisor wouldn't set the correct pricing. I won't be shopping here any longer. It's a shame too, because their remodel is actually nice.

    2nd Best Buy bungle of the day. Called from another store to see if they had a product in stock since the previous store didn’t but said at Matthews did. They said they had it in stock and could even sell it to us in the phone. We said no thanks we would be there in 30 minutes. Make the drive. Get here. No product. Apparently they don’t take calls at the store level, only at call centers. Pretty sure my husband nor I will ever give Best Buy another dollar of our money. Time to find a new electronics and television store. This has always been our go to chain to shop at. No longer.

    The store is currently going thru a renovation, So customers aren't allowed to enter the store for any reason. BUT if you know what you want the staff will go retrieve the desired product and bring it to the door where they have registers setup for assistance and check out They have managed to make the best out of a unpleasant situation I give them 5 stars for attempting to satisfy the customer insight of the situation the store is currently in

    Curbside pick up has been very convenient & the wait time is 5-10 minutes max. Best buy has a variety of items online that you wouldn't expect an electronics store to sell.

    Middle of a remodel currently (2022) but I've always had great customer experience at this best buy. I've purchased multiple cell phones, apple devices, and 2 tvs among other things. Employees here are knowledgeable, friendly, and plentiful. Never had to wait for help and never had an issue with employee knowledge.

    Shawn at this location was very polite and patient when I arrived thirty minutes before closing during a remodel. I was unaware at the time they were remodeling, but he hastily grabbed all seven of my items off the shelves in the store AND installed my screen protector. A plus!

    They are currently remodeling. I will say they have good products. If you get the extended warranty. Please keep in mind that it doesn't cover theft. Overall everyone is helpful and kind.

    Best Buy does its best to hang on. They don't have the same draw they once did, but there's still a decent amount of tech to look through. The employee that assisted me was helpful, even though the selection of what I was looking for was limited.
