I ordered food kind of late last night. I didn’t realize what time it was but it is what it is. 1) they didn’t send the gallon of tea I ordered. 2) they sent me a ton of cold fries that weren’t edible and buried my “fish” under there. 3) these photos are of what it looked like when I unburied it. 4) the fish was extremely soggy. 5) it tasted just like it looks. 6) this was not edible and I’m not picky. I will literally eat almost anything and the rancid taste of this was horrific. It wasn’t cooked right in the slightest or to temp for that matter. 7) the Mac and cheese was curdled and gritty. 8) i still want my gallon of tea. 9) These photos were taken in as soon as I opened my box and I didn’t touch it except to move all the fries because I was concerned to find the fish. 10) the pre processed cheese cup was pretty good and they did manage to put food into a container and into a bag...so there’s that. Good job guys.

Great service and food was delicious as always! Our waitress Haley, on 3/16/22, impressed us with her professionalism, product knowledge and commitment to providing excellent customer service. We had a wonderful experience all around and will definitely be returning soon.

This is a restaurant with really delicious chicken. In particular, smoked chicken is my favorite. Very occasionally, chicken may not be cooked well, so please check carefully. There was more Nacho than I expected. And the employees here were always friendly.

Always a good time. Friendly bar tenders for the most part. Good chicken. Beer tastes like sanitizer.... sometimes...so drink the cheap stuff! Julia is the BEST bartender this place has!

The food was the best I ever experienced from this location. Came a couple other times did not like it but this the chef went above and beyond really amazing.

I came in last week (sat with Tierney) Sunday - afternoon (sat with Danielle) , Sunday - night (sat with Justice) , and Monday night (sat with Thalia) - all the servers were patient, allowing me to work, and without any pressure to clear out and rotate their table or bar - for a quick tip. All 4 servers were attentive, but allowed me to work on my laptop without any “odd looks” - the WiFi and later hours are always clutch! I travel for work, and I can always count on consistent drinks, food, and a place to post up after a long work day to finish my reports! All 4 servers represented Hooters with world-class service! I even some of these girls helping out newer servers, true team effort! ill be back soon!

This place had good service a year ago. It too 3 hours to get our food. Waitress was very nice and professional as they were short handed. General manager was absent and did not help the overwhelmed staff. When I asked to see him and suggested he should have helped his team he said duly noted and shrugged me off. I would not recommend this place

Went in here to watch NFL playoffs. Saw their ad on Facebook promoting the games there. We got there before the game started and ordered our food. At halftime of the NFL game we asked what is going on with our food. Our waitress seemed to also be the hostess. We rarely even saw her. Seemed to be just standing st the hostess stand. The waitress came back and said we accidentally put your order behind two others and it will be twenty more minutes. We told them no Thanks. Not going to wait an additional twenty minutes on top of the hour and a half we had already sat there. This location has gone downhill big time this used to be the place to go and sadly it seems they aren't near prepared these days. Since when is a sports themed restaurant / bar not ready for the demand of NFL playoff games that they promote and advertise all the time? Pathetic

Well Not very impressed this this place. It’s Dec 30 about 9. It’s kinda steady but not cray here. The atmosphere is nice but the service wasn’t great at all. Our server hardly came to the table. Had to ask a different server for the manager because the Strawberry daiquiri was horrible. Never had so much alcohol sitting on the top of it so they remade it, and it was much better. As for the wings, I think they took baby chickens, instead of full grown chickens for the size of the wings here. There was not much meat on any of them. my wife had barbecue and a lot of them. We’re not very good. I had the Texas barbecue and they were OK with flavor but not what I was expecting. We had to ask for another round of drinks when my glass at empty. So unfortunately, our server Kristen was not very on top of things. She was busy at the host table and just wandering. We did notice one server here who was really busting her butt we want to give her props for all her hard work that we noticed it and her name is Azlyn. She even stopped at our table and talked to us quite a few times just checking on us to make sure things were OK. I’m guessing she realized our server wasn’t doing her job. Hopefully the management can coach and teach their staff because this was definitely a very poor experience for us, whenever we get a chance to stop at a Hooters, we’re always there. We’ve been to Richmond. We’ve been to Toledo down in South Carolina all over in. Unfortunately this was the worst experience we had other than the server that wasn’t ours.

The food here is worse than Clarksville or Jeffersonville & that really should be difficult considering how horrible both of those locations are. The service was okay. They have taken one of their 2 handicapped parking spots and reserved it for carry out.... that's disgraceful and quite possibly illegal. I wouldn't eat here again if it were free. I'm assuming the manager was the one that put the sign there, so I don't imagine it would do any good to mention it to a manager. The sign says you'll get towed but they definitely don't enforce that when it comes to handicapped parking violations

First time I'd been at this location in about a year. Last experience wasn't horrible but the servers weren't very engaging. They seemed to want to be elsewhere. I decided to stop by after work the other night and was met my Julia. Super sweet and engaging. Really cool person. I felt bad because she had to deal with a customer and beer issues and she was doing her best to make it right. The customer didn't seem to really care. Julia held her composure and professionalism. Also, I had grilled chicken tenders and let me tell you, those were by far the best ones I've ever had at any hooters in the area. The fries were even cooked evenly and perfectly. I look forward to coming back and having the same experience whether with Julia or someone else. Oh, this guy named Josh was pretty cool as well.

It was a Thursday evening and pretty slow. Looked to only be 2 servers and a bartender working. Our server had Chick-fil-A delivered after placing our order and she never returned until dropping the check. The break area for employees appeared to be a high top adjacent to ours. This is where the servers, bartender, and hostess were pretty much the duration of our visit. With limited finances and an abundance of choices, the management really needs to tighten this up.

Very few times will I walk out and not pay. This was one of those times. The store lost $60 or so and the server…well, I don’t know what happened to her but she lost a tip as well. She told me she just started and was on her 4th week. Nope. I barely said 2 sentences to the girl outside of my order and she just kept disappearing. My food was there waiting by the cooks counter and I knew it was mine and they also were calling out her name. It was about 12 past midnight and I had gotten there at 11. So I left. I don’t feel bad not one bit about it either. I won’t lie and say I didn’t eat anything there cause I did…and that took 45-50 minutes. The rest was to go and go it did not. The workers got a cold, free meal and me…I got back home and gave that tryin pan a flicka tha wrist and got to cookin!

Aspen was our waitress! This was truly the best service we have had in over 2 years. Aspen did a great job, was super attentive, and just had a smile the whole time!

I’ve been going to this hooters for years now even so much as a weekly basis after work. I’ve never had any problems and I’ve had nothing bad to say about this place until now… I was in there last week on my lunch break With my coworker, We left Az saw a friend of mine who is having a baby, so I walked over with him and sat and talked to him for a moment. I was asked by the manager for “not paying my bill earlier” I’ve never not paid a tab and to say I didn’t pay and I’m not allowed there is crazy. My tab was $68 and some change. I paid $80 and they’re saying that I did not pay. Also, my coworker was sitting right there and watched me pay the bill and leave the cash on the table. So I would not recommend anybody to go here because somebody clearly took the money and didn’t tell them, they didn’t count it correctly, or someone walking by took it but something is not right and I will not be returning there to this trifling establishment.

By 10 wings get 10 wings it's the only reason I went. Prices are just too high without some sort of a deal. The wings are always good though. The service was great too.

A lot occurred but Hooters is known for their wings. The taste was soo bad I still want to vomit. I had only 1 bite. We all ordered crab legs (4 orders). Each plate was supposed to be 1lbs each. 2 of the 4 orders barely had 1/2lb. We couldn’t get the attention of servers to order cocktail sauce. The media hot sauce for the shrimp tasted awful. We tipped very well in spite of the many other things that went wrong. Like the fact that it was so hard to get our server my sister got frustrated and went to the bar to order only to be told she couldn’t. It was…we are literally some where else cooling off because my sister was angry. Our stepdad was not pleased with the food. Our mom felt the same. My taste buds and stomach are sick. This location is not the best.

Great service. We were seated quickly and our app was at the table in 10 mins. Wings were tasty. Didn't know we'd was Bogo night on boneless wings! Score!

I come here a lot but lately the quality of the food has gone down significantly. I find myself having to ask for my food to be remade hot numerous times to the point I feel like a burden. Waitress was nice this last time, that’s the reason I gave 2 stars. But it will unfortunately be my last visit.

Everything seemed to go pretty well got seated n drinks come right out we ordered our food and we waited patiently but the appetizer seem to take longer then normal to come out, our food came 10 minutes after receiving the appetizer so we couldn't enjoy them. I did not like my meal. I order fish n chips and the fries was white not golden brown, fish was moist not crispy and they could us better batter because the fish was pretty naked to be fried. I also was not impressed by our waitress we waited so many time for drink refills or items she she forgot we ordered. The bathroom are dirty to me ,doors had dirt where u can tell they don't clean them. 3 stair cause with little improvement they can be better

First the jukebox doesn't work. Second the waitress who took our order seemed like she didn't know anything about anything. Third I ordered a long island iced tea, don't bother. The bartender takes forever and doesn't seem to know how to make it, nor did it had hardly any alcohol on it. My partner said they must only order drinks here. The statement couldn't be more accurate. If you want a fancy drink, don't bother. Fourth, the waitress actually asked if I wanted the shot I ordered on the rocks... I say yeah and she's like "you're just gonna raw dog it" as if no one orders shots there. Next drink I get was a "cranberry vodka." She literally comes back 4 times to ask questions about it. I've never had someone ask me what's in a cranberry vodka, typically a bartender knows how to make it too but it seemed he had issues understanding too. Also, when getting the wings we ordered she implied we could only get one flavor which was not the case. I can't say a positive thing about the place other than the waitress was very beautiful and looked like Ariana Grande.

My husband and I came here for dinner. Yes it was a busy Saturday evening, but we were seated & had a waitress come to our table with 2 waters & menus within minutes. Great.!! I asked how much some items were because there were no prices on the menus that were given to us. She said she would get us a menu with the prices. Ok, awesome!! Needless to say, we got tired of waiting so we left to eat somewhere else. Probably 15 mins from the time we got there to the time we left with no real service. Maybe we'll try eating here another time.

We go there every 3-4 weeks for the fish tacos and to assess the current staff before they take a receptionist job somewhere. On our most recent visit, the menu has been cut back to the primary favorites but prices have inflated like most places. The tacos were acceptable with adequate fillings but had quite leathery tortillas. Fries were typical. If this is a trend and not a one off, it'll be 3 stars next time.

Really good place to eat and watch sports. The servers were friendly and superb. There were plenty of screens to watch games and movies. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I recommend this place highly.

The foods off. Best way I can put it. Shrimp taste like it's right on the verge of going bad. The wings taste burnt and like old oil under the sauce. Boneless wings were the only thing that tasted normal and even then they still have this "not chicken" texture when you bite into it. I'll still come here for booze maybe but I'm definitely gonna reconsider getting food here again.

Kept bringing me the wrong things. Queso instead of cheese sauce, boneless instead of regular, double shot $10 vodka red bull instead of $4 happy hour, entree instead of half off happy hour sliders.... Our waitress was great though she had an amazing personality she's the only thing that made our visit not horrible.

Food is ok, quality is definitely going down. Togo is very slow for not being busy, there was a person waiting for togo when I walked in and we still waited an hour for an order of wings. The Hooters back home has better service.

Recently stopped in to get a bite to eat. I arrived to a half full restaurant and was promptly seated and told someone would be with me shortly. 20 minutes passed as I was passed up by several waitresses. Some clearly working in the section I was seated, some not. Not once did anyone stop by to ask if I had been waited on. Possibly worse than anything the hostess who sat me appeared to sit down and chat with her friends who were there eating. Looking over but never once grabbing someone to let them know I needed to be waited on. Very poor customer service.

OverHeard a Dasher (Delivery Driver @ DoorDash) talking about delivering to a hotel, downtown. Apparently, the young man expected a server, in uniform, to bring it - based on the order, & how much faster he would've had it, from any of the pizza places, in the area. Good news? He politely, & quickly, took the order from a delivery person much closer to his grandparent's age than he may have been expecting. That was a funny story, to me. Please, forgive the length of this. Service was slow. The work isn't easy, & there wasn't much of a reason, visible. The place was - mostly, empty. The place was clean, & ready for visitors. 5 Stars, for the history of this place, & keeping young men motivated to spend money to see a pretty female. Thank you.

I took some of our residents in for lunch and it was wonderful 😋 the waitress did everything she could to make them feel comfortable. She was very through with our order and the food came out hot and tasted great 👍 from me all the way ! Great work 👏 👍

Don’t ever write reviews. However this one is needed. Ordered carry out from Hospital across the street. Waited 10 minutes after it was due NP. But all the food was cold. The fish is being more than generous . 40% fish 60% breading. I have had better onion rings from a Walmart freezer. The wings were drenched in sauce. That was to spicy for my wife ( no were did it indicate they were spicy) NEVER again will I give any Hooter’s my business. Wish there was -stars. 👎🏻
