Love the pond view outside my window, parking, staff and maintenance. Love the convenience of close shopping and restaurants.

This apartment complex is amazing. Amenities are great, neighbors are nice, and the apartment itself is great. Maintenance team is also really helpful, nice and quick, especially Michael the supervisor. He fixed the water pressure and had an electrical team come in and fix an outlet that kept tripping. Thanks!!

If you are looking for the picture perfect place to call home, The Reserves of Sugarcreek are spectacular, breathtaking, and brand new. Think of a Premium VIP living experience! The staff is out of this world and the amenities are light years ahead. This is what I love to call home after work, and after gigs as a Premier VIP DJ MC Company. I would love to do a pool party in 2004 around the beautiful salt water pool.

I've worked with Michael and Phil in maintenance many times over the past few months and they have been more than helpful! Always going above and beyond to help make my job easier. These are by far the 2 most reliable and helpful people I've ever delt with on the job. Thank you Reserves for having great employees and an amazing facility!

The staff has always been very professional and on top of things. Micheal is excellent when dealing with any questions and requests of residents. The homes are well maintained and my interactions with the workers at the reserves of sugarcreek has always been a good experience.

This place has it all: A+++++ Excellent professional management -Jeremy Fox is the best Property Manager that I’ve ever met! + beauty + comfort + great team and much more. You will live in the city, near everything, but won’t feel overwhelmed, which is why we like this place. The club house is excellent for gatherings or work space. The social areas are beautiful and spacious. The buildings are code-secured! Love that the only place in the apartment with carpet is the bedroom, which makes cleaning task easy and fast. Costco is right across the street: how cool is that!? But really, having Jeremy as part of the Team is what gives us place of mind. Kindness, integrity, intelligence and respect are rare findings in one person in this era, and Jeremy is all of that. We feel so blessed! You will be blessed as well. Claudia

Moved in last month and have a few key issues. The pictures I was provided when looking into this apartment showcased fans and overhead lighting in the bedrooms and living room, upon moving in there is no fans or overhead lighting in the bedrooms or living room and after asking the office we would need to purchase and install our own. Secondly, as a lot of new builds sadly these just weren’t built very well. The handles on the doors are crooked, the outlets are upside down, the walls are extremely thin etc. and finally for the price I expect better appliances. Our washer, dryer and fridge are all below par for what I would expect when paying almost 1700 monthly. Other than these drawbacks we do enjoy our view of the pond, the leasing office is very updated and we make use of the hot chocolate/coffee machine (when it’s stocked) and we hope to make use of the pool in the upcoming warm months. Overall it’s a pretty average apartment complex with some key drawbacks. Edit to add: Michael with maintenance is amazing and has fixed all of our problems promptly.

I had a maintenance issue and not only was Michael professional and prompt but he is extremely kind and courteous. He was very detail oriented and thorough and explained every step of the process. He was also very proactive so I would have had a bigger headache and run into issue down the line. Can’t express my appreciation for his help enough.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Reserve of Sugarcreek, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcomed. The attention to detail and personalized service throughout my stay were truly outstanding. The accommodations at The Reserve of Sugarcreek were absolutely top-notch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The modern amenities and thoughtful touches added an extra level of convenience and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined living experience with a strong sense of belonging.

I recently reached out to The Reserve of Sugarcreek about a little over a week ago. I scheduled an appointment with Grace for this past Saturday. My mom went with me on the tour, and Grace immediately greeted us and went above and beyond giving us information about the community, such as the amenities, detailed walkthrough of the floorplans, and she answered my 1 million and 1 questions I had. I toured the model unit and we saw the Russ unit too (no furniture). Both units were gorgeous, tons of natural light, ample space, washer and dryers in unit, and nice finishes throughout. One thing I did take immediate notice of is the level of quiet the community had. You cannot hear any of the street noise, highway noise and I honestly did not hear any of the neighbors. Even when a dog did bark when we were in the hallway (which is understandable), as soon as the door shut we heard nothing. It was so silent you can hear a pin drop. They have pretty unique amenities such as the pet spa (if you are a pet owner), a secure package room for any of your deliverables, and the zoom room if you need a quiet space for work. The other amenities were a salt water pool, fitness center, cabana with a firepit area, grilling area, and a really nice resident lounge with billiards. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and wanted to ensure my experience was great. I would definitely recommend touring this apartment community. Also, this is one of the few communities in the Dayton south area that has garden style apartments along with townhome apartments. In addition, some garden style units come with attached garages, but there is option for detached if you prefer.

It has been absolutely amazing since moving here. The maintenance is so quick and they always call to check a few days later to make sure everything is working well. Beautiful clubhouse. SO MANY dogs on site!!! Love it!

The Reserve of Sugarcreek is a beautiful property with resort like amenities. We enjoyed ourselves during the tour and Kate was very kind and helped us with any questions we had. It is even dog friendly which is a plus !

The entire team at the reserve of sugarcreek have been outstanding! I have now lived here for 3 weeks and any small issue i have had since day 1 has been taken care of in a timely manner. They are fantastic at communicating and this place seems to be very organized which is hard to find! Arguably the nicest apartment homes i have ever seen. I want to give a special shoutout to Michael in maintenance who has been on top of any issue or concern i have had without hesitation! Make this brand new community your home!

Nice apartments yes but they are the worst! They are rude and arrogant. Our keys were taken 16 days before our move-out date and we were not given a prorated refund. Their reason for this, is we were still rent responsible. For some reason some of our mails were sent there within the proposed move-out days but were kicked back after keeping the full rent amount. They have come back to charge us on what they are stating as stove glass top scratches replacement. I can’t put everything here, I just want to make it short. They are fake and racists
