I
recently
reached
out
to
The
Reserve
of
Sugarcreek
about
a
little
over
a
week
ago.
I
scheduled
an
appointment
with
Grace
for
this
past
Saturday.
My
mom
went
with
me
on
the
tour,
and
Grace
immediately
greeted
us
and
went
above
and
beyond
giving
us
information
about
the
community,
such
as
the
amenities,
detailed
walkthrough
of
the
floorplans,
and
she
answered
my
1
million
and
1
questions
I
had.
I
toured
the
model
unit
and
we
saw
the
Russ
unit
too
(no
furniture).
Both
units
were
gorgeous,
tons
of
natural
light,
ample
space,
washer
and
dryers
in
unit,
and
nice
finishes
throughout.
One
thing
I
did
take
immediate
notice
of
is
the
level
of
quiet
the
community
had.
You
cannot
hear
any
of
the
street
noise,
highway
noise
and
I
honestly
did
not
hear
any
of
the
neighbors.
Even
when
a
dog
did
bark
when
we
were
in
the
hallway
(which
is
understandable),
as
soon
as
the
door
shut
we
heard
nothing.
It
was
so
silent
you
can
hear
a
pin
drop.
They
have
pretty
unique
amenities
such
as
the
pet
spa
(if
you
are
a
pet
owner),
a
secure
package
room
for
any
of
your
deliverables,
and
the
zoom
room
if
you
need
a
quiet
space
for
work.
The
other
amenities
were
a
salt
water
pool,
fitness
center,
cabana
with
a
firepit
area,
grilling
area,
and
a
really
nice
resident
lounge
with
billiards.
The
staff
was
extremely
nice,
helpful
and
wanted
to
ensure
my
experience
was
great.
I
would
definitely
recommend
touring
this
apartment
community.
Also,
this
is
one
of
the
few
communities
in
the
Dayton
south
area
that
has
garden
style
apartments
along
with
townhome
apartments.
In
addition,
some
garden
style
units
come
with
attached
garages,
but
there
is
option
for
detached
if
you
prefer.
