    Took 20 minutes to get an order not to mention the other 7 people waiting behind me. They seem to move at their speed. Then of that order it was placed 10 minutes ahead of time, I was also if missing food from my order, however the lady manager had zero Customer service and said that’s my problem and that we would have to pay for it again. And when told her I would make review she said she said fine, because she would be the one dealing with it. Long story short just didn’t seem to care one way or another

    Food is always cold got steak bagel the steak was dry the bagel was stale way to much sauce. Apple pies not cooked all the way. This location has issues I will be driving to a different location for now on and that will put me about 20 minutes out of my way but the price you pay food should be eaten not throwed away.

    My daughter asked a employee for a cup to get water and before she was finished speaking, she cut her off and said to ask someone else. The worker had just gotten herself a cup, and was one footstep away....she proceeded to get herself a drink and leave. Very rude and when I called the manager could care less. It hurt to see my child treated that way over some water...

    Embarrassing that your business charges a dollar for an ice water. Like, just say that you’re greedy and move on. No wonder the owner got a Tesla lol.

    The wait was ridiculous and this location seemed to be out of many things. The people working the window didn't even speak to you 😒

    Forgot a sandwich. Wasn't about to drive back through town for that. Should've checked it before I left. It was an online order. Went through the drive thru. Still had to wait. I don't mind waiting. What I don't like is worrying about how mad everyone behind me is getting.

    The overall experience was great! They had people at the register to actually take your order. The ice cream machine is working! Thank you for the good service.

    It’s not that bad clean inside and food was average for McDonald’s , worse part for me is they make people that dine in , sit and wait while drive thru customers get first dibs on service
