I did a day trip with 2 dives, one at the coral garden and other at the ship wreck. Yogi our instructor was so reliable and helpful. He helped me calm my nerves and was a great support underwater. They also provided us snorkelling equipment to snorkel in the free time. Lots to see at this site. They also provided lunch and coffee. USD 100 for the package

Went for 3 fun dives + a mini refreshment course since we haven’t been able to dive in the past couple of years due to Covid! Our guides Yogi & Budi were patient, wary of our safety and made sure we saw the coolest creatures during our dives! The Liberty shipwreck is honestly so mind-blowing and is covered with the most beautiful corals. We managed to see a giant grouper, black tip reef sharks, giant clams, 2 octopuses and a lot of other stuff on our dive. Overall an amazing dive trip to the east of Bali. Do check out Mt Agung by the dive shop, it is simply majestic! Thank you to all the staff at Dive Concepts for being so accommodating too :)

First time diving ever, got my basic OW license here. My instructor was Yogi and he was so patient and understanding - I panicked a lot in the pool initially but he kept me calm, and trained us well on the drills of what to do if your mask/regulator comes out etc. The pace of learning was comfortable, and I felt very safe in the hands of Yogi. During our OW dives, he also made sure to check regularly on whether we felt fine and pointed out lots of stuff underwater. Was doing tricks underwater too. It was a great experience with Yogi, and I 100% recommend this dive Center.

My boyfriend and I did the open water diver. It was the first time diving for both of us. I was a bit nervous in the beginning, but our teacher Yogi made me feel very safe and helped me to get comfortable in the water. The open water class takes place over two days and I couldn’t have been in better hands than with Andrew. He’s knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, and an excellent instructor. There wasn’t a question too silly for him to address fully and thoroughly. I had some initial anxiety, and Andrew helped me work thru it. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy my class, but I conquered a fear. 🌊🤿🥇 The group of three I was in got to explore a coral garden, the ship wreck site (🤩🤩🤩), and the truly majestic drop off in Tulamben! After it was all done, I got an ID card, a tee shirt, and of course - amazing memories of a great adventure. Just completed the Open Water Dive course with Dive Concepts and couldn't be happier. Learning to swim with the fishes wasn't something I'd been planning for this trip, but after snorkling for a couple of days in Amed realized this was the perfect time and the perfect place to do it. The entire team are fantastic- from the drivers, to the assistants, to the instructors. We were lucky to get Andrew who was an excellent trainer. He was patient, clear, knowlegeable, and great at keeping me calm and confident at every stage. Would highly recommend for anyone considering, even if you are nervous or travelling alone. Just be prepared to give up a few hours of your holiday for some light course reading and study... but the multiple choice test was a breeze. Will remember this for a lifetime.

One of the most memorable experiences of my life, a big thanks to Seb and Dive Concepts.. All happened because of a spontaneous decision by me and my colleague on Friday. Kudos to the Dive concepts team for a prompt response and allocation of the course for Saturday. Both of us have never been in the sea, nor have had done any sort of snorkeling. I remember we had chills on the second day, during the first sea dive. Our instructor Sebastien took a great amount of effort in really understanding us, explaining every minute detail and making sure that we adhered to all of the key rules important to diving. In that case, a big big thank you to Seb, you’re the best, for real. Really looking forward to the advance courses with you.. Did my open water certification here and it was amazing! Came there with low expectations as the prices were the cheapest among all dive centers but everything went beyond my expectations. My instructor was Yogi and he was great! He was super patient, supportive, and of course kept the safety first. He never seemed like rushing us to do things, he was very laid back and helpful too. Now, i've dived with all dive concepts in Bali and i have to say the one in Tulamben is the best!

What a wonderful experience at Dive Concepts! I'm glad I found this dive centre as the staff are just amazing and they take care of everything. Everything runs very smoothly and the transports are always on time. I stayed at Amed and did 7 fun dives, including a night dive at Liberty wreck, a refresher and nitrox training. A big thank you to everyone who makes this place so special. A special mention to Dee who is super efficient and handles all the arrangement so well and with a personal touch. All the dive instructors and masters are also super helpful and friendly. I particularly like to thank Komang, Yoko and Gita who take special care to our needs and safety, and always point us to interesting things to see during the dives. Also special thanks to all the drivers who worked non-stop behind the scene to transport us to/fro dive centre, dive sites and hotels. A big thank you to the friendly driver Henri who picks me from the airport. I'll definitely return to dive here again when I come back to dive at Tulamben/Amed next time.

I have 10 dives in 4 days with them and I almost dive with every one in the team. The whole team is professional, friendly, caring and helpful. They adapt the dive plan every day according to weather conditions. So I could stay safe and have most fun! I definitely recommend them and for sure I will miss them.

Diving with Dive concepts Talumben was amazing. Alban is a fantastic instructor, he takes safety very seriously and I never felt uncomfortable during the dives. He snapped a lot of good pictures during our last dive. I was only down for my open water initialy, but signed up for advanced as soon as I came back to shore. A very experienced diver in a very professional dive school. Will recomend to other freinds.

Yogi was an amazing instructor to have during my Advanced Adventurer certification! We dove around the Liberty wreck, bogs wreck, 2 reefs and a night dive also at liberty wreck. All the dive sites were amazing and full of colorful fish and creatures! Yogi explained the course so clearly and made me feel safe underwater. We got a shuttle that picked us up from our accommodation in Ames everyday and took us home. A truck took us to all the off the beach dive sites. Thank you dive concepts you were amazing!!

Just finished our discovery dive with Yogi. Very nice and patience dive master explaining everything to our boys. They have fantastic time under water. Oh and the nasi goreng is great too :)

Older recommendations have criticised that, maybe they have exchanged their gear - dive teachers (komang, antoine) were not very communicative, especially in comparison with teachers from other dive centres we’ve been with. No personal interaction, no real explanations about marine life, no reactions to our excitement after a cool dive. (Maybe it was the language barrier?) It felt like they are just doing their job, which no doubt they did fine, but that was it. For those who just want to see the really cool dive sites (coral garden, drop-off, wreck) without the wish to chat or connect to the staff, it’s a very good dive Center and a real budget recommendation.

I did my Advanced course at Dive Concepts. We did 5 epic dives including 2 wreck dives and a night dive. The instructor Yogi is a nice guy and is a proficient diver.

What can I say? Great price, amazing staff, incredible dive spots. I did my Open Water training there and I wish I could've stayed longer and done the Adventurer as well, because I'm freaking hooked on diving. My instructor was Marlene (with an accented first `e` which I'm missing on my keyboard). Awesome girl, charismatic, explains clearly, teaches well. I don't have a base for comparison, but regardless 10/10, get her if you can!

STOLEN EQUIPMENT. Dive Concept Tulumben Kevin the so called manager of Dive Concert Tulumben, took no responsibility for my stolen equipment from his equipment room overnight. Convenient that his CCTV system was switched off or just didn't exist. Would not let me speak with the owner of business to resolve issue was rude and arrogant. My equipment was stolen and not taken care of . I would not recommend this organisation at all. Take your business somewhere else because they cannot be trusted to look after expensive personal diving equipment which was stolen from their equipment room. Irresponsible bad business. Very cool dives there with a nice dive master! Did 2 dives at the Tulamben site and it was great! We have seen the ship wreck with an ok visibility. Dive master was taking good care of the group and showed us cool fishes and stuffs underwater. Overall almost brand new equipment and well maintained. The team is great and very friendly + welcoming. On top of this, it is the cheapest dive shop in Tulamben/Amed, I highly recommend it!

Dived with them for 2 days. Everything is so well organized and they are also very flexible regarding the dive sites! The dive shop is spacious and clean and their gear well maintained. I'm really blown away by the new macros I saw during my 8 dives (and I'd done 150!). Honestly wished I had planned more dive days with them.

Great Dive operation. I went as someone who hasn't dived in 10 years and my wife was a complete novice. The staff were equally fun, attentive and professional. Nico successfully took me through my advanced adventurer course and Yogi ensured my wife passed her open water. We had a great time and the diving was excellent, especially the liberty and boga wreck dives. Thanks for the good memories guys 👍🏻

Good price. Great staff. Amazing diving site. We did a one-day dive here (1 beginner & 1 refresher). Had Yoko and Theo as my instructor & guide. They offer prescription goggles rental, camera rental (incl. photography service), and transportation as well.

Had a fantastic experience getting my advanced open water course with this dive school. The dive sites around Tulamben are phenomenal and the dive masker, Theo, was wonderful. Very reassuring with my nerves on the night dive and made all the dive lots of fun. Really recommend this dive school, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. Had an amazing time:)

Yogi, our instructor, is really very professional and patience, also very responsible and take his job and our safely super seriously that he took good care of all of us. Will come back to take other courses in the future. Highly recommended place to learn your diving lesson!

I had a great experience doing my open water certification with dive concepts. The duration of only two days for this course and their competitive prices convinced me to join this diving school and I would recommend it to anyone. With the course being only two days I could directly attach more fun dives in the following days. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the school and would like to especially thank my instructor Rifky! Besides that, Tulamben and Amed offer spectacular diving spots with lots of diverse species and coral reefs, easily accessible for beginners but also suitable for more advanced dicers. Friendly dive guides like Gita will help you find the best spots to get the most out of your dive.

We had a fantastic experience diving with Dive Concepts. They run dive trips on a daily basis to many local sites, and are flexible if you want to dive somewhere specific. In particular our guide Yoko was excellent. Local guy with 15 years experience.. excellent local knowledge, ability to spot the best marine life, and even helped us do some macro-photography! 5/5

Did my opened water (instructor Chucky) + advance (Instructor Yogi)+ nitrox all at Dive Concepts. Instructors were great , spoke good English and were clear and succinct with the instruction. Really enjoyed the dives and felt safe with the experienced instructors.

Wonderful experience! 🤿🐠🛳️ I thought it would be too challenging for me, a total newbie who had never tried scuba diving. Coach Yogi helped a ton by guiding us all the time, and I managed to enjoy the underwater world where I had never been before. Very patient and professional, highly recommended! Regarding diving, it is all about controlling your breath, body, and, more importantly, your mind, as you need to calm down. Following that, take the time to enjoy the beautiful view under the sea! The fishes, the corals, tracks, and more to see. It is like another world rather than on earth!

Very positive experience for first diving after getting my open water in Malaysia. My instructor Yogi was very supportive and overall a good energy to be around. He kindly refreshed all the concepts from my open water and took us to some hidden gems within the ship wreck and the nearby reefs. 10/10 recommend if you’re visiting Bali and want to try diving. They also have good snorkelling options too!

I did my open water diver course here. It was my first dive experience. So at first i was a little nerveus but once in the water it was only excitement left. My instructor, Yogi, did a great job explaining everything and keeping a relaxed vibe. He is always eager to help. Overall a great experience!

Yogi is an amazing diving instructor. He’s clear, concise and makes it fun and entertaining. We went to the liberty wreck, Tulamben drop off, saw so many amazing fishes: pufferfishes, sting rays, clown fish, sand eel, lion fish, scorpionfish, barracuda. It was truly magical. Nico was super helpful with everything. Thank you to the team for a wonderful experience!!

I had an awesome experience with Dive Concepts in Tulamben! The office was responsive with my booking and made the process easy. I had my own transport, but transport to Tulamben was available if I required it. My three dives with Yoko were all individually incredible. I was also very happy with the overall price (which included all diving equipment), and underwater camera hire being available as well, at short notice. I’ll definitely be back again in the future!

Overall very nice experience doing 1 day recreational diving at Dive Concepts. Went to 3 different dive sites, USAT Liberty Shipwreck, Drop Off and Coral Garden. All place are very beautiful. But if the option is available, I would recommend replacing Coral Garden with doing another dive at either of the other 2 dive sites. Our Dive Master Ali is super nice and welcoming. Also help us took a lot of great photos with our own camera.

Got a wonderful diving experience with my girl friend. My DM @Ali kept finding sea animals for us to take pictures. He really took good care of us, especially my friend that she just got her AOW few week ago before this diving trip, she had difficulty to equalize. Ali was patient and helpful, he took step by steps. Best recommend Ali to you!!!!!!!!

We joined the try scuba diving one-day trip as we have zero experience in diving. Our instructor Yogi was helpful and patient when we have buoyancy problem during diving. He explained the rules clearly and we liked him for helping us to take photos in the water with our GoPro. But the shower facility is very simple and you have to wait for your turn as they only have one shower. You have to bring your own towel too.
