I don't know about the other rooms. But at VIP 1 in 4th floor, the room is not good at all. Let me explain in Indonesian - conversations from the next room can be heard very clearly. - the bathroom water is dirty and the door can't be locked. (Actually it wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have to share a bathroom with the next room) - the janitor (who takes the trash in the bin in front of the room) is very noisy. Disturbing the patient - the nurses on duty (not all, I only met a few) lacked respect for patients. I don't know what the problem is but work professionally

Very good health service. Informative and easy to understand. The building is poorly maintained and needs attention. The patient rooms have lots of cockroaches and the toilets need serious attention.

Really need service improvement. Otherwise, doctors and lab staffs have done a great job.

The minimum number of patients is said to be 2 people but in reality 1 patient guarding one village is allowed, it really disturbs the other patients, the experience of not wanting to be hospitalized here again is messy

Pelayanan untuk konsultasi hamil dan program usg sangat-sangat burukk.. Kita antri berjam-jam harus menunggu di layani krna yg di dahulukan org yg baru dtang lewat jalur org2 dalamnyaa.... Sangat sangat hancur dan mengecewakannnnnnn... Bagaimana rsu uit mau naik predikat kalau pelayanan seperti iniii... Tpi untuk dokter kandunganx sangat baik dalam memberikan informasi, sangat jelas dan ramah.. tq dr. Bayu..

Big no. My husband and wife's in-laws are probably sleeping. My sick in-laws need rest. Why does it have to be moved at 1.35 in the morning? The case for monitoring the heart is on the 4th floor. Meanwhile our room is in class 1 on the 2nd floor. Why not in the afternoon or evening... when my husband is still there. Why do I have to move rooms when my in-laws are sound asleep? Why not just wait until tomorrow morning or morning? And without further explanation...why suddenly. Remember... health starts from getting enough rest... this actually disturbs your rest. Luckily the house is close... you'll be surprised when you're told to move rooms in the middle of the night.

Bersih ,nyaman,semua perawat/suster dokter staf dan bidan semua ramah pelayanan cukup sangat memuaskan,respon cpt dan penanganan dan fasilitas memadai dan semua mudah dijangkau ...mksh rsu wisata atas pelayanan terbaiknya semogah bisa dipertahankan dan mkin baik lagi kedpnnya🙏🙏🎖️

Biarlah tetap namanya rumah sakit! Kalau mau diganti namanya rumah sehat, lalu bagaimana dengan pasien? yang ada dirumah sakit jiwa. Hanya namanya dirubah rumah sehat jiwa 🤔 namun pasiennya tetap tidak sehat jiwa🤦 Sakit jiwa.

The service from Dr BAYU is very good. In providing explanations to patients it is very good. Easy for patients to understand BUT unfortunately there was a midwife who accompanied him. He wasn't friendly. He also seemed rude...
