Thank you for taking that huge yellow jacket nest right by our door! We wouldn't have been able to peavey our apartment without having such a fast response team! Thank you! P.S. please bug spray some more, I'm still a bit scared. Haha 😄 I have no issues besides one and it's not the fault of the staff, the master bedrooms being so close to the staircase is the only issue just the common noise from that but it's really not a fixable issue but that's all I have, otherwise I enjoy my stay at Icon so far the best apartment complex. Staff I rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also big shout out to Ashley and the two maintenance gentlemen for taking care of me and my fiancé issues we had and doing do with care, we thank you all so very much.

Love my new home! It's beautiful. Jasmin and Ashley are incredible and will take good care of your needs. Mason is great too and you'll smile when you go in the office.

Everyone has been very nice and the apartment is very clean. The masters bedroom is a little smaller than expected and the closet door is missing but they have already ordered a new one. Our next door neighbors are friendly. Our master bedroom door is finally installed. We had a very pleasant experience overall and would recommend them to friends and family. The staff is very nice!

I'm proud to say the Icon is my new home. Jasmine & everyone are so friendly & helpful. The landscaping & grounds are clean & pretty and they work to keep them that way. There were several small things that needed to be fixed when I moved in. Maintenance came within 24 hours - one time even within minutes! The apartment is perfect for me. I downsized to come here but there is plenty of closet & cabinet storage for my things. I'm glad I made the decision to come here.

The application process is one of the worst I have experienced. First, I was charged a deposit when applying. This is very uncommon. I paid the deposit and completed the application. I then received a welcome letter as if I had gotten an apartment. My application was denied which I am not upset about. The issue is first of all now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund of my deposit which I should not have had to pay in the first place and getting a welcome letter that eluded to my application being approved! This process is disgustingly ridiculous! There is no wording on the letter/email to state this is just a preliminary while your application is being processed! And a deposit is normally received at move in or after the application is approved! Be cautious with applying here…they get your hopes up then crush them later!

I'm absolutely loving the icon in broken arrow. The management is to of the line, and best I've dealt with. Super friendly and courteous and WANTING to help with any issues too make sure you're comfortable. Jasmin is amazing. I would definitely recommend living here to anybody. Thanks again staff at icon!

These apartments are amazing. The staff is so nice and always picks up the phone. Haven't had no problem here since we lived here. Everyone is friendly and the apartments are luxury and very clean.

Jasmine and Ashley were great took care of me. Maintenance made my Apartment look great thank you very much. Did my work order in timely manner.
