When I made my appointment it was made under Harrell Eye Care, but when I walked in it was the corporation now.Sadly the office definitely feels more like a corporation. Dr. Horn had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a doctor. I was trying to let her know that the options she gave me were still blurry but she continued to the next portion of the exam. She was so hateful I asked for another dr. Where in which she excused me from her office without finishing the exam. I’ve been going to Harrell Eye Care for 7 years and have never been treated like this before. The change obviously is effecting everyone. All your paperwork is online. The office manager just blinks at you and says you’ll have to go online if you have a complaint or even a copy of your stuff. The guy posting about prices isn’t wrong either. So there ya go folks.

Terrible service. Our last appointment was made under the Harrell Eyecare name where we have gone for years and loved. When we arrived we discovered the practice had been sold to this corporation and we were never informed of the change. Went ahead with the appointment and took care of our glasses needs. Unfortunately my son bent the frames of his titanium glasses but we had purchased the protection plan. With the Harrell’s we would have walked in, received the new frames, and left a few minutes later fixed up. With this new group we had to drop off the frames (very reluctantly) so that they could send them off to a separate lab to claim the warranty. Over 2 weeks have passed. We were called to pick up the glasses. Arrived to find they only had the lenses. Which were not in need of replacement. Can’t find the frames. Have no record of the frames ever being dropped off. So, we have no bent up ruined frames nor new glasses since they supposedly had to be sent off, but the correct paper trail was never handled proving that we did drop off the frames. Supposedly their mistake is our fault. Terrible service!! Follow up: it took over a month to get my son’s glasses replaced. Turns out the employee that took the frames threw them in the trash. Then we were informed the frames he had could no longer be ordered. So we had to return to the office to find new frames. I’m glad the company covered the replacement in full because the only frames available are the expensive name brand frames. Not near the selection that used to be available. I’m glad my son finally got a replacement pair of glasses, but we still don’t plan on returning to this eye doctor establishment.

People are nice but definitely has lost the flavor of a personal physician. It's now more of a corporate feel. For instance they jacked the price up to $40 for the dilation equipment when it was 25. And it's free if you actually get your eyes dilated which cost them more time and effort. They're just trying to get money anyway they can. Will look around at this point. Sorry to see Dr. Harrell go.

My husband referred them to me he really like their professionalism. From the time you walk in everyone is very courteous. Dr. Sayler & her assistant did a very good job thouraly checking & scanning my eyes. I was very impressed. I then spoke with Millie who helped me find a pair of glasses that looked good on me & fit the frame of my face. I really appreciated her help and honesty. Great Experience !

Bad communication between the front desk staff and the service providers. I love the guy that helped me get my glasses fixed, he made up for it.

Poor customer service alongside miscommunication. The front desk receptionists are rude and unprofessional. I left humiliated and unhelped and will never be back. Run!!!!!!

I love this little crew and the sweet Dr. They make sure to listen, they pay attention and they give you options to choose from. You do not feel like cattle being pushed through the gate as fast as possible to get to the next person who signed in. I felt like they actually cared about what I was dealing with concerning my eyes & helped walk me through multiple options. I can’t say enough about the sweet doc, she is precious & LISTENS! Her staff pays attention & is so kind and friendly. Best decision I’ve made in awhile was to change eye docs & go here. I’ve went to the same place for 18 years & have been unhappy for the past 10 of those years but was scared to look for a new place. I’m done searching for a new eye doc…I’ve found the place I will always use. I’ve called every location they have and been treated kindly & well listened to at all locations. If you’re in the market for a new eye doc….you need to come here! Great crew & they treat you like you belong! Thank you!

I loved the Dr. I saw and the assistant who helped with testing. But, the optician was super pushy about me buying contacts above and beyond what my insurance covered and was reluctant to explain costs and why and or adjust the amount I was ordering. It was not like this with Harrel. I do like the Dr. And convenience of location but when and if I go again I will say it’s just for the prescription.

I have been going to this eye Dr for years. For the most part I’m pleased with them. The past two years I have had a few issues with not seeing the eye Dr that I make an eye appointment with. They always send in other drs and I normally like the ones I get but I don’t like having one that I never seen before because they don’t know my history so I feel like I have to start completely over. I also have a special needs son and he don’t always handle change that well. I was just disappointed with my last visit mostly.

This was my first visit to this practice at 4520 S. Harvard in Tulsa since its changeover from Harrell Eyecare to MyEyeDr. I was disappointed that the optometrist I've been seeing for several years had moved to another location. However, my appointment with Dr. Katherine Horn did not disappoint. She was friendly, professional and thoroughly explained the purpose and results of all tests performed. She also kindly answered any questions I had. The office staff was welcoming and efficient. My only complaint is that they were out of the lens cleaner and eyeglasses cloth that I always ask for at my annual eye exam.

I had a great visit today! My Dr today was so sweet and made me feel comfortable, I just can’t remember her name she has blonde hair and she said she just moved here and new to the location and I have been with Harrel eye care I went to the one in broken arrow until they transferred to mingo then they transferred to this one. My grandma worked at Harrel eye care before she passed away she was known so sweet and caring and the broken arrow location always made me feel at home when she passed they were like family to me but since they kept moving me locations I never felt welcome by anyone up front and back until today when I got the best Dr she made me feel at home and I did cry a little because she resembles my grandma soul so much It makes me miss my grandma so much. I know I probably sound like a crazy person but Harrel eye care in broken arrow was like family to me so all I want to say we need more people like her!

I had my appointment here and they told me they were going to call around to see if they could get me in for eye surgery. It's been almost 6 months and still haven't heard back from them. Very disappointing. They also said my insurance would cover everything and I just had to pay a small copay. After my appointment they charged me way more than I wanted to pay.

My eye doctor provides professional services, but when it comes to getting your paperwork or calling and talking to a person, it is extremely difficult. I have tried calling in numerous times and have to go through various numbers to try to find a human being so that I can get a copy of my bill. This is virtually impossible. Now I’m gonna have to get in my car and drive across town and walk in the front door because they don’t have real People answer the phone anymore.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Glass was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had. Gloria did a fantastic job helping me with my new frames and I left very happy with my experience.

This place has gone down hill over the years, and I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. Every-time I had a question, it was an unclear and confused answer. From the procedure to the customer care was absolutely horrid. And every step you took you’d be met with a sign stating “if you are unable to pay for your appointment, Reschedule!” NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Had a problem with my glasses that broke 12 days after purchase due to what I would consider was a design problem, replaced at no charge. Thank you so much. Great customer service.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for about 12 years now. Staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! The facility is always clean. They clean after every patient! And most of all, they are sooo good with my kids!!
