Made
an
online
appointment
for
1:40.
We
arrived
1:20
and
checked
in
online
at
1:32.
Amy
at
the
front
desk
told
me
I
had
to
fill
out
paperwork
even
though
we
were
there
a
month
ago
and
filled
out
the
same
paperwork
at
that
time.
After
paperwork
was
signed,
we
sat
in
the
waiting
room
and
watched
two
people
who
checked
in
after
we
did,
get
called
back
before
us,
one
of
them
was
seen
and
left.
I
went
back
to
the
front
desk
to
ask
how
much
longer,
there
was
a
different
lady
who
told
me
it
was
shift
change
and
Amy
did
not
actually
check
us
in.
Then,
she
asked
me
if
my
son
had
been
seen
there
before
because
she
couldn’t
find
his
file
and
would
need
to
create
a
new
one.
She
was
pleasant
and
apologized,
and
said
she
would
get
us
right
in.
We
waited
another
15
minutes
and
nothing.
My
son
was
running
a
fever,
miserable,
and
wanted
to
go
home
and
get
in
bed.
In
total,
we
waited
an
hour
before
leaving.
It
wasn’t
busy,
there
was
one
other
person
in
the
waiting
area.
How
do
you
lose
a
patients
file?
Amy
needs
some
retraining
to
properly
perform
her
job!
There
was
no
urgency
and
definitely
no
care!
