I took my phone in because I had troubles charging it. I thought I might need a new charging port. Omar said he wanted to check something first and found some debris in the port, quickly removed and cleaned it and the phone immediately started charging normally. He was quick, efficient and did not let me pay him anything even though this was my first time using Cell Phone Hospital. I will definitely be back because Omar certainly gained my trust. I recommend this business to everyone as honest, courteous and reputable.

I brought my devices into the 61st and memorial location. I had three. The person who worked the front counter- Judah was great! Customer service was top notch. I picked up the devices on Monday, i noticed that the screen repair on the SE had caused issues with the home button(a common issue with SEs after screen replacements) i immediately called and mentioned be issue i was told to bring it back in.(it is important to note that they could not test the device because it was locked) it is now Friday of the same week someone else was working the counter and he says that they will not fix it despite the warranty they offer and the fact that he acknowledged that they could not test it and that it is a common issue with SEs. I will update if a resolution is met. 1 star for the horrible service today, 5 stars for Judah. Making my review 3 stars. Do not pick up your device until you can test it.
