My dog, ehem sorry... kid🤣 has gone here over his 8 years since I brought him home. Dr. Kondos knows him and misses seeing him. Hopefully, I can get my boy in soon, money been tight. Thank you Dr. Kondos for being the vet that you are. You arent detatched and rigid like some vets. You are sweet and very much individually attentive to your patient doggies. The front staff are always welcoming. And my boy atlas is never afraid when he walks in the door. Definitely a good choice if you want people to really care for your dog.

Just one big money grab they want you to hring your dog in just for flea & tick protection constantly going through doctors so your dog can jever get used to just one person and they abuse your dog

High turnover rate with the Drs, Customer Service is not friendly. This place has went completely down hill. Causing permanent trauma and abuse to my pet. I had to sue the company.

The doctors are great , here’s why my bill is due on the 12th of every month, at Midnight on the 12th so 1 minute past 12 they ding uour account with 25 processing fees , then they argued with me about trying to tell me that it was a processing fee not a late charge , so the gentleman who has been there a while continues to argue with me, the staff hands me a card with specific instructions on how to cancel your account because of this processing fee. Tried to cancel my account and they told me that I would have to pay 758.00 for services that had already been done . But I guarantee u I won’t be going back nor will Cooper

After using this hospital for several years, I can honestly say I will not use this facility, or their wellness plan in the future. On New Years Day we had to put our dog to sleep. That we can only assume after medication that prescribed by the vet. While taking the medication her eating habits changed greatly. The vet knew she had a history of high enzyme levels. He said the meds would increase her enzyme level slightly but, should hurt her. We had chosen not file a complaint, we just want to move on, after the loss of our family pet. When we called their corporate office to cancel the wellness plan. They told us we need to pay the balance of our contract out to September 2023, and pay the difference of the discount from our last office visit if we were going to cancel the contract. Then the representative came back, ok just pay till April 2023. Remember we just paid over 200.00 to have our dog put to sleep 48 hours earlier. Talk about rubbing salt in a open womb. I could fully respected their request if we were changing companies, doctors or after January payment the contract will be canceled. But to say this to an owner when their family pet is dead, that is heartless and greedy.

Our dog is very old and needed some grooming. They do a good job.

Banfield at 41st is the absolute best. All staff; (Reception, Veterinarian assistants, Veterinarians) are caring and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them. They will be like family to you and to your pets.

Best place to take your pet/furbaby. Staff is always respectful and kind prices are responsible

A bit disappointed, although everyone was very nice, they are definitely in the business of trying to uosale you for anything and everything. On top of that, my puppy’s first check up was supposed to be free (according to the website) and they charged me $50 for it instead. I won’t go back, mostly because of the free visit wasn’t honored. Disappointed even though they were nice.

My doggies have been Banfield furbabies since 2008. The associates & vets are top notch, plus having a Wellness Plan that covers shots, monthly preventive And annual dental cleaning is priceless! On Murli they had removed her cherry eye and did an excellent job! Thank you Banfield 😃

at the end. the tasks i ask for my dog were completed. Which is why i give 2 stars. But i would not recommend the unconventional methods they used to complete these task. Causing other probelms. This has been my vet for the last 4 years . This is my 2nd problem. I will be finding another vet. And if you must choose this place i would recommend dr kondos. Great dr.
