Look at how little meat they served. I took a bite and tasted almost only vegetables and tortilla. Opened it thinking they forgot to add meat but saw very little meat. When I asked if this is how little they serve all I got was another chalupa with the same amount of meat, barely any. So disappointed. Workers didn’t have the best customer service despite having no customers at the time. At least the place was clean.

UPDATE THEY HAVE NOT IMPROVED 9 months later. This location is pure garbage. I’ve never had worse service and food from any other location. They seem completely incapable of getting any order right, ever. They serve stale, obviously expired food- stale tostadas and dry tortillas, don’t put the ingredients listed (no cheese in the Crunchwrap Supreme) forget drinks and never provide any sauce to delivery. It doesn’t matter if I get it delivered, go through the drive through, or go in store- I am faced with the worst service I’ve ever seen in any fast food restaurant, and food that definitely isn’t the quality that every other Taco Bell in town is serving. How the other locations get it right and this location so consistently fails sucks, since I moved this is the only location nearby- and it’s reliably terrible- every order, every time.

LITERALLY THE WORST TACO BELL IN TULSA!! & that comes EASILY SAID. I have had SO MANY issues with the management & also the store. They have ZERO COOTH! I earnestly hope that this store gets recognized soon as an issue with corporate so that you can fix it. I work RIGHT BESIDE them & CAN'T EVEN EAT THERE BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

As a dasher this place is terrible. They never have the order when they are supposed to. They will empty the drive thru line before they even start a doordash order and will stop in the middle of it to take care of another customer. Most of the time there is something missing from the order.

It's so hard to ever get food from here that's cooked fresh. Even when they're not busy. There was only 2 people ahead of me earlier & noone behind me and my order was obviously rushed. Super sloppy, my chalupa and potatoes were hard as a rock. The burritos we got were thrown together horribly. Falling apart and sticking to the paper. Putting just the sliiightest bit of love put into the food and serving it fresh would make a huge difference.

I called to place a large order ahead of time and you stated that you don't do that. I come through the drive thru because it's pouring rain, an you state I have to come in the lobby. I wait through the drive thru to come in, and you locked the doors to the lobby intentionally. While myself and another gentleman is waiting for someone to open the door in the rain, you try to tell us the lobby is closed. While there are customers inside. You messed up the gentleman's order and refused to take mine. You had two chances to tell me you didn't want to take my order, and instead locked your doors and made me stand in the rain. Ridiculous!

I didn't even bother continuing my order when they told me how much it was. 14 dollars for a chalupa a burrito supreme and a medium drink. Holy cow. The food isn't even worth that.

Jackson is supposed to ba a manager and has 0 customer service skills and basically refuses to do his job. Really doesn't deserve to have a job the way he treats customers. Will never return to this location until he loses his job.

As fast food Mexican goes taco bell is ok, well most of them. But this location has yet to deliver even mediocre food, service or atmosphere. The taco shells are always stale and soggy at the bottom, the staff is always rude and will stand around goofing off with each other even with several customers waiting to order. The lobby is seldom open for customers to go inside to order. And if you should choose the drive thru" be prepared to wait a half hour or more AFTER you place your order to get room temp stale soggy tacos. It's not unusual to see five to 10 people that have placed their orders at the drive thru and been told to pull around and wait.

This is the worst Taco Bell location in the area. I’ve experienced unprofessionalism, coming from the crew all the way to managers. They can’t get simple orders right, and it takes them forever to make a single item. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Save your gas, time and money and go to a different location.

This location is constantly failing at getting my order correct and now they have LIED to me to get me to not order here anymore by telling me that they do not do breakfast after 10 and that a district manager said so. I called every Taco Bell in the Tulsa area and all of them are until 11 but just this one? Only when I come through do they say they don’t do it. They gave it to the person in front of me but targeted me by lying. They new me by name and I’m positive they don’t want me eating here do to the fact that when they mess up my order I always put in feedback about it.

Tired and close to home after a 6 hr drive I stopped in this drive thru. I didn't read my message right so I ordered what I thought I read . Rereading it I realize it was Mexican Pizza on the bottom message. So I hurried up and got to the window I honked my horn to make sure they didnt already start the order. I wanted to correct the mistake I made. The Man that came to the window acted like I offended him by honking with the other employees staring at me behind him Really?! I told him to make it Mexican pizza instead of the burrito. I apologized for my mistake and proceeded to pay he asked if I wanted hot sauce I said Mild. When I got my order it looked literally like someone just threw the Mexican Pizza in the bag maybe in anger. It was broken apart and had sauce every where. I didnt eat it. I was disgusted. These employees need to either look elsewhere for a job they're happy with or management needs correcting. Because it was horrendous in appearance and worst in customer service. Yeah we can cook at home if we're not traveling nurses. It costs nothing to be a decent person. If you ain't happy go somewhere else. They just think they're entitled enough to give bad customer service. Horrible humans don't make Taco Bell look good. Trust me the other one closer to my neighborhood in Brookside is just as worst. They make feel like you're a bother to them. No more Taco Bell for me. Do better...

Went through the drive thru a little before two. This establishment closes at 2:30. We proceeded to wait in front of the order speaker for about 10 minutes with literally zero words spoken. We said "Hello?" About 3 times and never got a response. So we pulled forward and watched the car in front of us wait in between the windows, pull forward after 5 minutes, and get food that they did not pay for. As we pulled up to the window, we said, "Hello, we were waiting but never got a response so we pulled forward." The lady responded "What do you want" in a very rude tone. We responded kindly with our order of a quesadilla and were told that we would have to go back around to order. At this point we left because why would we wait another 15 minutes in front of a silent machine. Thank you for your time, and may taco bell fire and find new late night staff. Amen.

Had to wait literally 10 minutes after ordering on the drive thru, then got the wrong order and had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes, someone needs to check on scheduling the right crew. The people here were working hard, but just were overwhelmed.

I ordered ahead through the app. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready after 10 minutes. I was told to go back through the drive thru and it would be ready when I got back to the window. But if I had ordered right then they would have just made it. When I did finally get my food, it was wrong. Won't be back to this location.

The evening manager is very rude. The staff feeds off of her. I live in the neighborhood, so I hope you understand how excited my community was to have a fast-food restaurant on our side of town! But since the beautiful structure has been opened and we packed that place up, we accepted the fact everyone was new patience we had. But that manager??, she is absolutely the worst! You have to know you're losing a lot of business and it will be a shame to see it closed. However I won't go back. And I know alot of people that feel the same.

Great job this particular location not only is extremely convenient and saves the trouble/ hassle of crossing the river on 44 and then dealing with brook side traffic nor must I any longer deal with 71st streets notorious traffic (now on both sides of river with Tulsahills) to stop by a Taco Bell. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Order has thus far always been correct , piping hot when received and tasty. As well as NOT EVER nearly as chaotic and crowded as the other two closest locations (mentioned above) so the wAit time in the drive thru or in store is always quick . And the building is brand new so Dining In store is also more comfortable and suitable than the older locations mentioned above . 5 *’s!

This location is absolutely awful. They don't know how to make a burrito, the chips taste and smell like the employees personally dipped each and every one of them in bleach. If your hungry for tacobell, I would highly recommend the location on 71st st.

Love Taco Bell but this is the last time I will go to this location. We had a group and did not want to use the self-ordering-kiosks. They had plenty of people to wait on us but kept insisting we use it. Well #1 we had questions that you can't ask a kiosk and #2 we were paying cash so you still have to go to the register to pay. In an effort to force us to use it, they said we'd have to either wait or use it. After about 20 minutes, one of the guys who had been doing nothing but mopping the kitchen was told by the manager to go ahead and wait on us. He put down the mop, blowed his nose without changing gloves and then proceeded to reluctantly take our order.

I mean it is just fastfood.. but it tells you when it's crazy salty and has tons of vegetarian options and even some vegan food that is tasty. It's nice to order online for the customization and I highly recommend it because ( treat yo self ).
