The food is really good. The speed of the service is adequate. The price of the food is ridiculous. The people working there seem to be a little on the rough side. I don’t really like to put people down, so I’m trying to tell the truth & be nice at the same time. I can deal with the people, I will not do the very high prices.

I loved the entrance the design the branding of this Mediterranean restaurant. You get to chose between a bowl or Pita and customize the meat, salad and toppings. The prices for this range between $10 to $14 and you get a heavy bowl full of food which is worth. If you feel like customizing is confusing like I felt, you can go with preset bowls and u can choose the toppings I had taken a lemon chicken bowl (preset) and had veggies like pickled onions, cucumber, corn, feddar cheese and lemon grass syrup. The bowl tasted really good and healthy. I loved the service and pricing as well. Definitely on my fav list.

I absolutely love CAVA, and am so grateful for a decent salad place in Tulsa Hills, but here's the thing-- you will never get a full bowl at this location unless you are annoying and ask for more ingredients. I'm constantly having to ask for more greens, more rice, etc. I hate being annoying and bugging the workers, but if I don't request more ingredients, I will 99% of the time end up with a bowl that is only half full. Strangely enough, my husband doesn't run into this issue as much as I do, for some reason. I suspect it's because my fave is the chicken and right rice bowl, and they end up skimping on the right rice for some reason. I haven't been back in a couple of months because the last time I was there, I had to ask for more arugula, and upon getting home, realized that 1/3 of the arugula was barely edible. Look at the picture and see how tough and big those stems are!! I love you, but please get it together CAVA Tulsa Hills. Their pita chips are downright amazing if you can get em fresh tho.

The energy when I walked into the restaurant was very settle and chill. I was so excited to start my order Felicia was a big help to helping craft the perfect pita wrap! I will definitely be back all the the workers had such great customer service from the time I walked in until the time I left!

Located in Tulsa Hills' extensive shopping district at 71st and Hwy 75. Excellent Mediterranean-store food served build your own ala Chipotle. Really enjoyed the lentil avocado salad. Highly recommend!

I'm always on the lookout for places I've never tried, expanding my pallet & all. CAVA is SO good!!! You have to try it! The atmosphere is a vibe. The staff are kind & helpful. I was nervously excited and she (staff) explained everything, happily. You can even taste all of the items before purchasing, just to make sure. I didn't, but that option is great. They are very accommodating concerning gluten and dairy issues. Try them! I was fulfilled but not in that heavy, weighted way.

This may be my new healthy fast meal! I opted for the green and grain bowl although I skipped the grain this time. Mixed super greens, lentils and more.

Ordered doordash for my husband and I. As you can see on the ticket, I ordered olives, and tomatoes and onions & extra pita crisps. Got none of the above. I literally got rice, falafel, sauces, dips and corn and a couple pieces of cabbage. Third time eating here and I’m super disappointed. However my husbands had all of his toppings

My family and I ate here for dinner recently and the food was not only healthy and fresh but also delicious.... there was something for everyone. Amy, the manager, was awesome and made recommendations to suit all of our tastes (kids are picky, what can I say?) and she was right on! All of the employees were friendly and the place was clean and inviting. Highly recommend!!

Everything was really delicious my biggest issue is the consistency the first time I went to cava it was amazing and they gave me a ton of food the second and third time it was disappointing and I was missing ingredients and sauces and the sauces that I did get were packed inside my bowl so there wasn’t very much rice or salad I seem to get much better service with the opening shift then the afternoon and evening. I just wish they would give you your moneys worth.

Inside is very nice, clean, and modern, ingredients are fresh. Bowl is far superior to peta. Store just opened so staff still learning and wait times can be long.

Went to this location 2 times so far and both times the food was EXCELLENT, however the first time they charged me $3 for a drink I didn’t get and I didn’t notice the charge until after I left. The second time they left one of the main ingredients out of the chef curated bowl I ordered. Food is delicious so I will probably just hit up a different location next time.

CAVA is delicious. I went in this evening and Michelle was so kind and helpful. I was indecisive and she was so patient with me, she made informative suggestions while helping me create a delicious bowl. Clean restaurant, fresh food & drinks with kind and helpful staff. I love CAVA.

Cava is very good for couples on dates. Cava is not great for entire families with children. Although my children and I loved it I paid 50 dollars for 3 bowls and 5 drinks and pita bread. now dont get me wrong the food was good and delicious and still had that mediterranean style of food. Zoe kitchen was amazing because you could get 40-50 dollar family meal that fed 4-5 people you got the main meal which was chicken, or kabobs fish, steak or chicken, and you got a salad and you got hummus and pita bread for that price alone. whereas CAVA i bought 3 bowls and 5 drinks and pita bread and it just wasn't the same. Now I can bring my girlfriend out here on a date and that would be fine but their bowls are pricey but worth a date.

The food choices were plentiful. The staff was friendly. The mint lime cucumber tea was AMAZING! The pita chips were hot, fresh and delicious! The red pepper hummus was my favorite! A little pricey if you plan on paying for more than just yourself. The sitting area & drink area were a tad messy but I did go right after lunch. I will definitely return♡

I’ve never been to a Cava before, but I was craving a chicken Caesar salad. The employee who helped me was extremely patient and kind, I wish I caught her name to give her a shout out. I was even offered a drink since it was my first time. The salad I got was great, especially the chicken and the dressing (which I’ve experienced big flubs at other competitors). I also got the blueberry lavender drink which was very good. All in all, this place was excellent for a quick and refreshing lunch. Will definitely be coming back!

Every time my husband and I come to this Cava, Jami is such a joy and puts a smile on our faces! The food is amazing and fresh- you can tell it’s high quality ingredients that doesn’t make you feel gross afterwards like other fast food restaurants. Great food and GREAT customer service!! :)
