I took some vacation time and went to a quiet, deserted place to visit. It was healing in itself and I enjoyed the mountain comfortably as the deck road was 600m long. The items that check my health status are broken down into more detailed information. It hasn't been long since I received a health checkup, but I realized that I need to manage it better. It was amazing that my body was checked one by one, right arm, left foot, and leg. It's a shame that I couldn't go on a personal tour because the weather was cloudy and it looks like it's going to rain soon, and I hope to go again.

It is a perfect place to feel mother nature. The well maintained wooden decks lead you into very heart of the old forest which provides nice scenery and serendipity. I visited during cold spell and because of cold there was no one. If you are bundled up properly, go enjoy your alone time.

A mountain with thick trees - the scenery is beautiful - there is a pension near the Healing Forest - there is only a restaurant - it is a good place to enjoy healing itself - but I think you should prepare the necessary items from the convenience store in advance.

This is a colony of Geumgang pine trees that have been cultivated by the government for over 100 years. Sitting on a wind bath and feeling the wind blowing through the pine forest with your whole body, it couldn't be more refreshing.

7월20일에 방문했었는데, 코스가 난이도에 따라 설정되어 있어서 자신에게 맞는코스로 걸을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 좀 더웠지만 힐링 잘 하고 왔습니다.

There are many trekking courses of different levels of difficulty, so choose the course that suits you. It's a great walk and it's a short distance away. There is a cool stream, so it's a great place to soak your feet and take a rest.
