One of the best gyms in Gunsan! They have really affordable rates for gym membership and personal training. Tons of different equipment - multiple squat racks, multi-cable equipment, hec squat, v-squat, hip thrust machine, etc! Definitely a lot of bang for your buck 🤗 I personally did 30 pt sessions and lost 15pounds of pure fat alone xD
