Comparing to mural Village in Seoul, this one is really worth visiting. A lot of great mural art, cuty cafes, beautiful views.

A very short walk from Omokdae and Imokdae. A short walk up stairs but very tired if you visited all the historic places in Jeonju prior. I was there just in time for the sunset. And the sunset looking over the city is absolutely breathing. The view points aren't that well know, so there aren't that many people during the sunset. Highly recommend for those photographs enthusiasts

Very quiet but lovely to walk around. Lots more art compared to ihwa in Seoul. Wouldn’t go out of our way to visit but if you’re in the area for the day why not.

Really great colorful street murals along the looped path. If in the area, it’s worth the visit. It’s not far from the village. Great view of the cityscape as you crest the stairs, so before to look back. There’s no shade. Other than that it was a great experience to see the vibrant colorful pieces.

One of my favourite places in korea. This little village is tucked away but a hidden gem. Me and my husband had a wonderful time exploring and finding all the graffiti art. It took about 1.5-2 hours but would have to stay and eat around the area next time.

Cool local part of the city with many murals. When we visited on Monday in March it was literally empty, no other tourist in sight. Nice atmosphere with small local cafes and interesting murals. Good idea for 30 mins walk - just getting there is a bit of a steep path.

beautiful murals. nice walk thru the village. its still an occupied village where residents are staying in so visitors are to be mindful about noise

Little huts and houses with beautiful murals. Paths are small and steep, making this place very adorable just like a similar place in Busan, just smaller.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in Jeonju! After Omokdae and Imokdae you can continue your visit to the mural village. I went on a Saturday early afternoon and it was super quiet, perfect for photos.

Our first Mural village visit in Korea. It was a good experience. Something to see and discover in every corner. The art was excellent and it made for a fun day out. Worth a visit.

Very beautiful village up the hills where all the walls are decorated with colourful murals depicting Ghibli scenes, famous people or simply beautiful drawings. The village is right outside the hanoks, walking distance and actually only 10 minutes by foot away from where we were staying. I recommend going but be prepared, the alleys are really steep.

It's quiet but still good to visit and take some pictures there. It was raining when I visited but the pictures still came out good haha. It is located near the Hanok Village so you can have a short visit here when you are going to Jeonju Hanok Village.

2x there... I realised they refreshed/ change up the murals. Thats alot of effort to keep it new for the visitors. #newstuff I like that its a good way to explore the village abit more. Since the village is on/around the hill... I thought the art was a good motivator and encouragement to trek up. Theres a good cooffee place too, near the start of our trail. Alot of M&M toy models in it. Personally, their heir java chip drink bested starbucks'. Would recommend coming. :)

Colorful and unique village near Hanok Village. The whole villae is lined with various murals and it adds so much to the experience. Very lively!

Oh wow, this place is just so cute! Great experience just walking around and taking in the artwork. Nice view of the city, too. Also, there are lovely cafes dotted about.

I don’t understand the negative reviews, I thought this place was amazing and a welcome change of landscape after 2 days spent in the hanok. The colourful houses and cosy cafés create a dreamy atmosphere. People who live there are so lovely, I even went to a small painting exhibition and met the painter who was a sweetheart. Really cool experience

The place was somewhat similar to Gamcheon Village in Busan, but this was small. Anime lovers will enjoy this place

It is just a village with paintings on the walls everywhere. Nothing more than that. It is a very quiet area and I only see a few locals, probably going there to just take photos. As a tourist, I would not visit this place unless I have spare time and have nothing else to do.

Quiet and colorful place, full of art pieces. Kind of place that should be in "must visit" list

The mural village is nice and worth a visit if in the area. Wouldn't go out of my way to see it.

It’s located on a small hillside, with plenty of nice murals on the walls. Please remember to keep your volume down as the village is home to locals. There are a few cafes serving food and drinks in the village area, overall it’s a nice sight seeing spot for tourists and locals alike.
