인적 드문 밤 골목에서 여기만 와글와글 핫플이네요. 예전에 포장해온 황태를 먹어보고 반해서 이번에 직접 들러보았는데... 역시나 그 맛이 여전했습니다. 톱밥?같은 서걱서걱함 뒤로 잘 마른 황태의 고소한 맛과 적당히 꾸릿한 향이 뒤따르는데, 청양고추 들어간 짭쪼롬한 마요네즈 소스 맛으로 한 번 덮어주고, 맥주 한 모금까지 곁들이면 텁텁할 뻔했던 입 안이 한 방에 가십니다~ 황태를 어떻게 말리고 가공하신 건진 몰라도 다른 데서 먹던 황태포들보다 훨씬 통통하고 바삭합니다. 씹는 맛이 있어요~ 컵라면, 계란말이도 판매하고 계셨습니다.

4.5 / 5 여기야 말로 전주에서만 경험할 수 있는 가맥집입니다. 메뉴판? 없습니다. 그냥 가서 황태 주문하시고 부족하면 계란말이 주문하시면 됩니다. 수저? 없습니다. 그냥 손으로 찢어서 먹으면 됩니다. 그게 재미입니다. 소주? 없습니다. 맥주만 파는 그런 낭만 터지는 곳입니다. 이쪽 가게 오기 전까지 사람 하나 안보일 정도로 조용한데 여기만 사람이 많습니다. 사람이 많고 유명한데에는 다 이유가 있습니다. 여기랑 초원편x점이 제일 유명한데 둘이 많이 달라서 어디가 더 좋다는 취향차이라고 생각합니다. 전일갑오만의 특징이라면 1. 맥주만 팝니다. 2. 황태 크기가 초원 보다 더 크지만 뼈는 안발려서 나와서 먹는데 불편할 수도? 고소함은 여기가 더 좋습니다. 여기도 좋은데 제 개인적인 취향은 초원이 더 좋은거 같습니다.
