Hands down best around. Authentic Valencia paella, cooked in an open kitchen. Recommended reservations since it's a small restaurant out of the way but with in walking distance to parking lot and all attractions. Will be coming back again.

I touring Spain and ended up visiting a friend in Rota Spain. We decided to take a day trip to Jerez for lunch & sightseeing. We stumbled across this place because she told me I had to try Fideuá. The whole experience at this restaurant was a delight! We wanted to eat outside because it was a beautiful day, they set us up with tablecloths and silverware we ordered some Spanish cider (pear/pineapple) and were greeted with some of the best olives I have had in Spain so far! : ) We had ordered the Seafood Fideuá (takes approximately 30 minutes or so to make) we were recommended this wonderful salad while we were waiting which was cucumber and peppers with sesame seeds in some kind of seasoned oil- olive, I assume & the flavor was beyond excellent! It started to get VERY WINDY/cold and they were very accommodating to move us to an inside table. The inside is cute and quaint approximately 7- 9 tables- if I remember correctly. We then were served a basket of bread and this Wonderful Cod and apple skewer dish- once again the flavors did not disappoint! The Fideuá was served! What a beautiful presentation and very delicious 😋 lots of seafood & flavor- don't be afraid to scrape the bottom of the Skillet with the large spoon that they give you! As if this was not enough the sugary donuts were recommended to us, we were so full already but they brought them out complimentary w a chocolate liqueur for dipping! We had to Roll out of there!!! 😄 I don't think I've ever eaten so much food before in my entire life at one sitting!!! But it was SOOOOOOOO GOOOOD!!! Just the friendliness of the staff, the cute quaintness of the place (which by the way was very clean) and the deliciousness authenticity of food- We would be back & Highly Recommend! Oh, btw, we do not speak Spanish but we were able to communicate everything that we wanted and what we were eating 😊👍Try it, you'll LOVE it!

An experience not to miss when in Jerez. Paella is not from this region and you will not find many restaurants serving it here. But go and see Carlos at Chè Craft Paella and you will be in paella heaven. He is Valencian and also a big Bruce Springsteen fan, who is passionate about his home rice dish (paella). You have to order the day before to enable Carlos to get the ingredients for the next lunchtime. You will not be disappointed as you will be treated to a superb paella as you watch the world go by. The perfect dish to share with friends
