La parte de ocio y recreo es excelente. El precio del parque infantil de lo mejor que he visto en centros comerciales. El resto de atracciones: bolera, maquinitas, etc bueno también (la bolera es amplia). En cuanto al centro comercial en sí: no está muy lejos del centro, se llega con facilidad, el parking es gratis y tiene las tiendas abiertas incluso los domingos. Buena experiencia y totalmente recomendable. La restauración es la habitual de los centros comerciales con el salero de Cádiz 😊

We love to bowl and play at your arcade. I went yesterday to do a reservation for my son's upcoming birthday. I am so grateful that Rocío spoke English, because I am not very fluent in spanish. She spent a good amount of time to explain the birthday packages, rules, etc with me. She was so very patient, nice and professional. She also had the young lady in the cafeteria show me what the merienda snack would consist of. The cafeteria worker was also very kind too. Rocio also allowed me to see the ball park in advance. The only thing I would recommend is for you to update your birthday fliers. It shows that all the package included the refresco, merienda, along with the bowling and ball park. But I was told that I would need to pay for that separately? It is a bit pricey to pay for the package deal which doesn't include the refresco or merienda. Majority of other indoor parks do include at minimum a bottle of water and chips. So that was a bit disappointing . But professionalism and customer service from Rocio was outstanding. Thank you. I hope my son will have a great experience soon at his upcoming birthday at your place.
