Just to let others know never to ask for something from their 'specials' without asking the price. We were very misled with one of the dishes. Waiter had said it was prawns and it turned out to be lobster (which hardly had any meat) hence the price of €70!

Nicely set out, met a friend here who chose the venue. Veggie/vegan options restricted but very traditional Spanish restaurant so can't knock them really. I won't go again as although the service and food were very good I can't revisit anywhere that keeps lobsters alive whilst waiting to be eaten sorry 😐

Very nice service and food. Good Spanish restaurant not far from Barcelo Monitcastillo Hotel. Would definitely go back.

este restaurante es la bomba!! esta considerado uno de los mejores de la zona, es un poco caro pero merece la pena, la calidad de la comida es espectacular, ven aqui y come como un rey!! no te arepentiras!😀😀 i live in united states but i am from spain, my family lives here in this area where the restaurant is, everytime i go in vacation i have to come here, the quality of the food is just the best, is considered one of the best restaurants in town, if you want to eat like a king come here, believe me, i have been coming to this restaurant my entire life and even celebrate my daughters baptism in here, coooomeeee!!!

Old style Spanish restaurant with superb service. Can eat either in the restaurant or the bar area which is a bit more casual. Huge selection of fish or.meats.

Lovely food apart from the cheesecake which I think it was from frozen but I've enjoyed starters and mains. It's a shame that the service had to have one star just because of one of the waitress ( the one on white) he replied to our question being ironic and laughing as if we were stupid with I thought it's a really rude way to treat any clients... had no mannerism and a loud voice which was embarrassing. He justified himself with being from ' jerez' in an arrogant manner that made me think even worse of him. No apology just disgustingly treated..... En fin!!!

I ordered lamb shoulder, but the waiter recommended lamb leg as they didn't have any shoulder available. Unfortunately, the leg wasn't freshly cooked but reheated (if you eat lamb, you can immediately notice the difference... the fat looks different, it cuts differently, it has a different texture). The taste was good, but the consistency wasn't. It's not what I expect from a restaurant. I would rate it 3 stars, but my wife's fish was excellent, so I'm giving it 4 stars.

"I ordered the Iberico ham, but suddenly a part of my mouth went numb. The starter was clams in tomato sauce, but they were not fresh and the sauce was thick and sticky like paint. The main course was hake with almonds and leeks on top. When it arrived, I smelled it and left the restaurant.

Fabulous. Experienced waiters, great food and good local atmosphere. Very busy and lively
