Great experience from start to finish! Buddy was helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for! When the spa arrived, the transporters very carefully placed it exactly where we wanted it. We filled it right away and once the water was heated and chemicals balanced, we were able to get in and enjoy it the the next day! A year and a half later, we are still happy with our decision to purchase this spa from Aqualiving!!

Aqua Living has excellent support and customer service. Buddy was patient and accommodating. I had tons of questions and concerns, he took the time to answer all my questions and support my needs transitioning into the first time Hot Tub Owner Club. I felt no pressure to buy and was at ease with all my decisions!

We chose a Tuff Spa 450 and couldn’t be any happier after ordering it the factory let us know what stage the spa was in all the way to shipping. Delivery was spot on. My wife and I shopped around to many hot tubs sellers and were very happy to find Buddy at AquaLiving Spas in NJ. We have had 2 other hot tubs and was familiar with features we wanted. We found the Catalina brand by AquaLiving had way more features and several thousand dollars less than everything else we saw with comparable features. Features like a 7HP motor, UV light sanitation in addition to ozone, more jets than needed, plus many great showy features like changing LED lights, built in waterproof Bluetooth speakers and multi fountains. We also got a fire feature kit w 2 stainless steel canisters and glass cylinders on 2 corners that we use when company is over for nice ambiance. We had an issue with the UV sanitizer small leak and the AquaLiving corporate arranged a repair within a week and covered under warranty. We have had our new tub for 8 months and are very happy with it. We highly recommend Buddy in the Sayerville NJ showroom and the AquaLiving Spas! Buddy was very helpful all thru the process. The hot tubs are custom made, ours took about 4 weeks, every week we got an email with production updates.

We chose to order our new hot tub from Buddy at Aqua Living. Well worth the price for what we got. We love our hot tub and I've used it year round. We ordered during COVID so we had to wait a little longer for it to come in but I'm so glad we ordered it. We saw almost the same exact hot tub for sale at another big name vendor and when I saw their sticker price, I laughed out loud. Ours with delivery and a few extras was much less than what they wanted. So glad we took the drive down to purchase with Aqua Living and Buddy.

Love our new Hot Tub. We had to wait several months for it to be delivered, but the wait is truly worth it. Buddy is an excellent salesman and won’t sell you anything that you don’t need. He’s ver knowledgeable and will guide you on your needs and will make sure your satisfied. They use a 3rd party to deliver & setup the hot tub, and delivery people are absolutely great. Be sure to tip them for their hard work.

We went to look at spas after visiting the expo and being disappointed. Buddy was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He explained each model to us and was patient with us when we chose not to purchase same day. When we did purchase, it was a smooth process and everything went well. We are enjoying our spa!

Purchased a hot tub from buddy in Feb 2022 and had a fantastic season with it thus far. We opted for a simple version of all the choices Aqua Living had mainly for easy maintenance as we don't actively live at our vacation home. Buddy was super helpful, responsive, and install was super easy. Electrical tie-in took just an hour, and the maintenance of the tub with a simple chlorine system has been great. Thanks again!! Absolutely the best choice we could have made! Buddy from Aqua living in Sayerville made purchasing our spa a breeze I’ve actually never been there or seen there products other than online. It was an easy process and the items arrived for the most part on time ( some things were back ordered and took a little longer but arrived nonetheless) we understand things are not always cut and dry and we were assured and happily answered when emailing for eta of our extra filters and lift for the cover. Aside from the very small issues with everything arriving the spa is more than we could have expected. It is extremely well built and exactly what we hoped for the color the lights and the absolutely amazing sound system are awesome and the Bluetooth wireless controls are the best! Again we had the very best experience and when the time comes to replace our spa we know where to go!!

I have been looking for a replacement for our old spa and found this place. It has all the features we wanted plus more. I love the color design and the Bluetooth speakers. We don’t have to bring our wireless speakers to play music while enjoying and relaxing anymore. We got the tub during a sale event so it was a lot cheaper than the one’s being sold in stores. My husband and I were so happy for this purchase. Buddy was so helpful in helping me make the decision which model was best for us.

We purchased our spa from Buddy (Aqua Living) 2 years ago and waited to review to fully use it. It has been perfect! It was a great deal, delivery and installation went smoothly.
