I had an issue with the car, where the battery died, and he helped us get everything back in order, the remotes and the battery! I came to PC Richard’s with my mom to buy new appliances. She did not know what she wanted or needed and had not bought a new appliance in over 15 years. Jason was amazing in working with us, explaining everything and making sure they would fit and explaining the whole process so kindly to us. What an amazing salesperson! He was so patient and went over every possible situation including the installer. He every figured out we needed a small truck because of the development gatehouse. What a wonderful experience.

Excellent service from Warren at the Hauppauge store helping us with an exchange. Refrigerator was delivered promptly. Manuel and Johnny were careful with moving the appliances in and out as well as doing the necessary connection adjustments. Hope the new appliance garners the same excellent review. I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location with my significant other. We were greeted by Jason, who provided excellent customer service. We left to think about the mattresses he had shown us, but returned later that afternoon to purchase because he had let us know about an ongoing sale. The staff (including Jason, Jane, and Ray) as a whole were absolutely delightful and knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company history. Went in for a fridge, I had found one I liked at Home Depot hoping PC would match. Unfortunately they did not have it, I worked with Phil and Ed who tried to find me something similar- showed me a gorgeous whirlpool refrigerator that turned out to be bigger and better than what I came in for.. and for an excellent price!! Couldn’t be happier with the service and how quickly and effortless they made my experience!! Will highly recommend them to friends and family!!
