I
went
to
the
store
on
a
Sunday
visiting
my
sister.
First
I
want
to
say
that
whoever
was
in
charge
of
the
sales
floor
and
keeping
it
neat
and
tidy
did
amazing!
Everything
was
organized
by
size
it
was
very
easy
to
find
everything.
But
the
checkout
process
was
not
as
Smooth.
After
paying
for
all
my
items
all
of
the
items
were
thrown
into
the
bag
and
crumpled
all
together.
When
I
got
home
from
visiting
my
sister,
which
keep
in
mind
this
store
is
three
hours
away
from
me.
I
noticed
that
an
item
was
missing
from
my
bag.
I
called
the
store
the
next
business
day
and
inform
them
of
the
situation
in
which
they
told
me
that
I
would
have
to
drive
three
hours
back
to
them
and
prove
that
I
did
not
have
the
object.
I
informed
them
that
I
was
visiting
my
sister
from
out
of
town
and
that
it
was
not
feasible
for
me
to
drive
three
hours
and
if
there
was
some
thing
they
could
do
or
check.
I
had
my
receipt
in
hand,
could
name
the
exact
object
and
what
it
looked
like
and
size.
The
store
in
for
me
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
for
me
because
they
could
not
prove
if
I
was
being
truthful
or
not.
The
woman
on
the
phone
was
incredibly
rude
and
explained
that
it
was
not
her
problem.
Frustrated
I
called
corporate
and
explained
what
happened
in
the
store.
Corporate
informed
me
that
they
could
have
checked
in
their
system
about
the
item
and
possibly
even
sent
me
a
new
one.
Corporate
did
Check
the
address
I
live
at
and
the
store
and
also
noticed
I
lived
over
three
hours
away
and
said
it
was
not
doable
to
drive
that
distance
to
pick
up
the
missing
item
they
left
out
of
the
bag.
Thankfully
corporate
Was
nice
enough
to
understand
what
was
going
on
but
I
will
not
be
returning
to
the
store.
