The Sara Hotel is a new luxury hotel in Balotra, Pachpadara. The first experience of its type here. It has all the amenities from great food to meeting halls, swimming pool to beautiful rooms etc. We went there for family lunch. The food was awesome. Above that the whole team has great code of conduct. Highly recommended.

Still the location is under construction but the location is ultimate and easy for a day visit in refinery.

Worst experienced hotel in balotra. Rooms are OK OK. But the millet staff is so misbehaving. We have their booklets and they are trying us not to apply the coupon in millet. They also created a seen and wasted our time around 30 minutes. I recommend not to visit here

Place is middle of nowhere. This is the only place of decent stay near the refinery and serves real good food. Decent stay for foreigners as well and they can provide less spicy meals to their liking.

Today i visited Sara hotel I have dinner at milet restaurant A heir was on my biryani I asked about this but manager didn't come I have called manager many times Waiter came and they have changed my biryani to same biryani with some more rice I asked about it they again heat the rice and came again. I have also ordered pineapple colada drink was sour not good because they don't have barmen to make drink so I ordered mountain fist but they gave me watermelon mojito which is okay okay not good not bad Spoiled my dinner worst experience. They have given me same rice heating again and again three times I have also visited Sara hotel 4 days ago that day I give them 4 star everything was very good. I am a regular visitor to Sara hotel. But today is the worst experience for me and my wife had at Sara hotel. Don't recommend anyone to go there as the staff was very unresponsive and manager didn't come single time to attend. They were giving me some complimentary cold coffee but i denied it I don't want there free food. I have enough money And I went there for some quality food and good ambience . Spoiled my evening.

Firstly, I am very much thankful to the Manger who had helped me in every circumstances. Excellent service from F&B staff & also food was also very great. Rooms were very neat and tidy with well furnished with full of luxury living and air conditioning. Swimming pool was also very clean with great amenities offered by the hotel. Front office staff were also very helpful to me while the process of check in and check out & I had also loved the way they are welcoming to the guests. Lastly, I would highly recommend to everyone to visit the hotel for the stay. The Food was awesome but costly as compared to nearby places. Worst service. We have been shifted to 7th floor for lunch but after completing they said that lift is not working. The waiter said that due to power cut lift stopped and we are forced to use staircase. Worst service ever

Third class hotel please do not go there water bottle can’t be given even after 3 hours and we provided Ro water only bottle .
