The employees are professional, friendly and go out of there way to make me feel comfortable and safe💕 They also have a chiropractor on site to see me after my workout! Another thing I like is they give me rides to and from my appointments. I highly recommend Sports Med, it is awesome👍🏾👍🏾

The staff here at sports med are amazing the workers are very professional , friendly and caring They take there time to make sure each and every patient are comfortable.before and after each exercise. The ladies at the front desk are excellent with customer service and very friendly as well. I will definitely recommend everyone to spots med for physical therapy. I give them all five extra stars. Excellent staff and amazing PTs. Everyone is courteous and makes sure you are well supported through your recovery. The PTs are all fantastic and pay attention to your feedback to tailor the therapy as needed. Recommend it to anyone considering physical therapy.

Dr. Toni Li took into immediate consideration my emotional, physical, and life style realities in order to assess my needs to create an effective and successful therapeutic journey. From day one the team at Sports Med have supported me with great care. Sheriff, Thalia, Johanna, Fern, Jenny, and Kenny as well as others have encouraged me through the physical and psychological challenges. When frustration sets in the staff remind me “it takes time”. When in my perspective I have made “tiny” steps forward with Dr. Li’s instruction , the staff members remind me of how far I’ve come along. At times just their cheering smiles makes a world of difference. The staff also maintains a high standard of cleanliness with Covid-19 protocols in place. This has been of great support to patients and the McGinley Square/ Journal Square community at large. Their empathy, dedication, and professionalism is experienced by many fellow patients.

I really like sports med physical therapy! I love the fact that they have transportation for free and the therapists are very friendly and professional. I am never kept waiting long my exercises are suited just to my own personal needs. It is a wonderful place that I hope to be staying there for a while I think it will help me with my legs and my lower back. Thank you sports med!

Realizing I was unable to walk, sit or stand. The team always brought me right in. They adjust treatment plans to what I can do. Most importantly, everyone on the team has a super-positive, encouraging attitude.

Kind and competent staff! I'm going there for a wrist injury and symptoms of chronic illness (pain, fatigue, deconditioning), and am already seeing a difference. They've even got other kinds of therapy you may need to get better, like OT, chiro, and acupuncture too! I highly recommend them.

SportsMed staff is AMAZING!!! They are passionate about the work they do with everyone they work with. I had a Total Hip Replacement, and by the 7th week, my therapist Rachel had me walking already without a walker or cane! They definitely know their stuff !!!!

The staff is friendly. The PT's are professional, they take their time to find out about your injury. Explain everything before it's done and the messages aren't too bad either 😄
