Harlem Cigar Room is great. I’m a cigar newbie and have learned a lot here. They are super approachable, helpful and full of knowledge. They always send me home with the perfect cigar for my taste. Customer service is incredible and if you’re new to cigar smoking, don’t be intimidated. They make you feel like family. Can’t wait to enjoy a cigar in the lounge!

One of my favorite hidden gems of Harlem. I stopped by after seeing it featured on @humansofny. If you're a cigar aficionado; they have an excellent variety that doesn't rely heavily on bigger brands (i.e., Gurkha, Drew Estate, Diesel). Got to explore their huge selection of Nicaraguans especially; I tried one of their house blends and definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city. Locals are friendly too. Angie was working when I visited and she's very knowledged + hospitable. Ask for a Cuban Coffee if you visit! 10/10 will come back soon.

As two women going to purchase cigars the Harlem Cigar Room made me feel so comfortable. I was visiting NYC on vacation and I wanted to bring my husband back a gift. I had no idea what I was getting but the gentleman in the store was so helpful. I ended up FaceTiming my husband to make sure he didn’t want anything else and he got carried away about all the great cigar options the Harlem Cigar Room had to offer. I'll hit it whenever in town now that I know about them...Friendly regulars! 💨💨Comfy Chairs, good ventilation, TVs, very well dispositioned young lady on duty. She knew a bit about her cigars too. Well stocked humidor... If there's more than 2/3 in your party I'd call 1st; the place is "cosy" & the vibe is chill.

Great place in Harlem to find good sticks. Nice atmosphere as well when you have the time to enjoy it.

Wonderful place. Amazing environment. Every one was very hospitable, firendly, and welcoming, from staff to patrons. Great selection and quality of cigars. Will definitely come back and bring my fellow cigar smokers.

Was a last minute decision to head out to cigar bar after a concert at the Beacon. Upon entering, everyone made us feel at home. The humidor is a good size with a broad selection of cigars. The ventilation system is one of the best we have experienced.

They have all types of cigars. I go there often to get a taste of different cigars.

Found the owner to be very nice. The selection of cigars was many. Nice chairs and the owner offers all customers coffee or tea. Would go back again.

From Germany: vacation: ..just looking for nice place. AAAAND found it right there. Small but very cosy. Realy nice people good filled humidor and the owner.....one of the nices people you can met. Not just to sell you a cigar because he wants to see the guests happy. To sit there is a two cigar policy. But when you buy there an extra cigar( and you will😏) it is not that problem. If you want real people and a good smoke you have to go to this place!

What a lovely spot! I feel bad for the neighbors though cuz I didn't leave til around 2:30am and the place was still jumping. LOLLLL. Decent variety of sticks for every palette, a welcoming crowd, and VERY good service from the young man who looks like he just finished high school. Finding this gem was among the highlights of my trip! Will DEFININTELY visit again!

This was the first time we visited this establishment. This place is in the hood. But, more welcoming the a place not in the hood. It was a BYOBD style location. The cigar was ok, but the quality of the cigar isn't a reflection of the establishment but rather my choice of cigar. There is a walk-in style humidor on site. They do not offer a house cigar from what I seen but overall, the experience was heavy 4 based on my interactions with the staff and the customer
