I Absolutely LOVE the Entire Staff there. Most Comfortable place I’ve ever been to… I’m so Grateful.. I Love Dr. Alice & her right hand woman Tara!!! Also, Very sympathetic followed through with complement tests. Dr. Alice is extremely thorough & knowledgeable… I’m extremely grateful to have them in my corner….

Prompt and courteous service. I received my results within hours, and the PA also took the time to call me to go over them with me and plan the next steps. My primary is with this group, which is a plus for me. I am very pleased with Middletown Medical.

Doctor A is very skilled. Great Bedside Manner. I was hesitant to get cortisone shots (after a prior bad experience at a different Podiatrist office)…But Im glad I trusted Doctor A to do my cortisone series. Doctor A is helping me with a chronic issue. I have high hopes.

The telemed visit was great. I felt listened to and there was good communication. However, having to go in to an office to complete testing was a nightmare. I understand being short staffed (we are short staffed where I work too) but if someone is being sent in for testing, they shouldn't be waiting over an hour to be seen for what took literally 2 minutes.

Dr. Patel is excellent. My mom and I have both had GI issues and Dr. Patel was thorough in his exams and his treatment was good. In my case I needed further surgery and he recommended an excellent doctor to care for me. He is always helpful, and he has a great smile.

Office staff is great. Dr. Uri Napchan is very thorough with his assessment. Called me with my MRI and CT-Scan test results. We are now discussing treatment. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Steve Shah is best I’ve been at Middletown medical. He is very thorough and went above and beyond for me. He saved my life and highly recommended. He is very personable and I am delighted to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Palmer is one of the most thorough and articulate doctors I’ve ever met! He is kind and cares very much about his patients! He even brings his patients into his office after every visit to make sure you’ve had all your questions answered. Makes it very personable! Great Doctor!
