Staff/ service - There were 4-5 employees on hand during our visit. This made it easy for us to be attended to right away upon arrival. My daughter’s esthetician was very friendly from the get go. Her enthusiasm matched my daughters, which made it a pleasurable experience for her. She gave her a lot of choices and did not rush her to make up her mind. She asked me for permission to cut down her nails and give her her treat. Environment- the place is smaller than expect. Love the contrasting blues and white. But, it definitely needs a good “refreshing.” The walls are dirty, part of the nail drying table is peeling, wood is chipped by the pedicure station, etc. Nail polish- needs a total update! They did not have a great selection of colors; very limited for a spa! A lot of them were less than half-full, some practically empty. The color that my daughter chose was tacky like glue. When it dried (no top coat) it was just flat. Cookie bar- chocolate chip or sugar cookie available. Only had cows milk available. Was informed by an employee that if they had prior notice, they would get a small jug of alternative milk. (Wish someone would have told me that when I booked on the phone 🙄) While I am pleased that my daughter had a great time, I think I’ll stick to at-home manicures. Wasn’t worth the 1 hr 20m drive from Brooklyn.

Oh my goodness, this place is THE cutest! My daughter was delighted!!! I surprised her with a mani/pedi and they squeezed us in for a quick trim. She even braided my daughter's hair back away from her face like a flower princess and gave her a ribbon and some sparkles. Finished with a cookie and milk... It was a HUGE hit. We we will be back with friends to try the facials and body scrub making bar.

This place is incredible. The atmosphere, service, milk and cookies! My daughter loved every detail. I brought her here with a friend and they had such a great time. A song from the Little Mermaid came on and the ladies doing the nails started singing beautifully in unison. It’s happens to be my daughters favorite movie and song. My daughter felt like she was getting a Broadway performance while getting her nails done. She had the biggest smile ever. It was just the best moment. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who made the girls feel so special!!

such a great kids spa!! i brought my sister in & she got a trim, cute style & a pedicure! she claims her feet smell like marshmallows haha she thoroughly enjoyed herself & her cookie at the end. the staff was amazing!! will be back again

This. Place. Is. Amazing. ✨✨✨✨✨ I brought my 11 year old niece up from Washington, DC with me for and Auntie & Me weekend and took her here for our first day out. From the way the staff warmly greeted us at the door to the way they “ripped the runway” with my niece after spoiling her with the best services…it was all top notch and above & beyond. She was able to create her own lotion with various selections to choose from, including glitter which she went to town on. Then she was whisked away for a fabulous pedicure (with glitter), manicure (with charms), facial, and eye dusting. I’ve never seen her smile so wide. They took their time with her, asked her about herself, and genuinely engaged with her as they rendered services. They also had a pretty impressive menu with the cutest package names. I was very impressed. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming. I was offered something to drink while I waited and made conversation with everyone. It felt like a throw back salon in my youth where the women socialized & fed off of each other’s great energy. After my niece was finished with her services, she received a delicious (her words) snack of strawberry milk & a sugar cookie. I wish there was one in my area because I’d take my niece there all the time. We were both treated so amazing and the services were wonderful. My niece hasn’t stopped looking at her nails and make up since we left. She hasn’t stopped smiling either. I’d definitely recommend Milk & Cookies. As a mom. As an aunt. As a licensed esthetician (yes, I was even checking out their product selection 😩). As a customer for life. Book the service. They even have birthday packages. You won’t regret it. I’d definitely travel 5 hours again for another visit…and will :)

Very good the girls love it. It's very packed. The staff is very nice. They have a waiting room and a game room. There pretty fast. They give kids milk and cookies. They have 2 types of cookies sugar, and chocolate chip cookies. They have milk 3 types strawberry, vanilla, chocolate milk. I really like it here. Very good for kids and they do kids parties. They are very patient and very nice I love it. I had a great time. The bathroom is very clean. They are very clean they clean after everything the spas the manicures and everything. I so loved it

This place is amazing!!!! been here several times and every time we've had an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place for your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins. And my advice is to visit rocio the hairdresser/nail tech, and Rhonda who's the general manager. Too bad this place doesn't do nails for grown ups LOL!

We came in from Philadelphia to experience Milk and Cookies. My twins went for the yummy facial. The staff really made us feel at home.
