    Jane DO has been such a great gym to be apart of. Every instructor has taken the time to make each participant feel welcome and seen, the energy in the room is truly contagious, and having a women-centric gym has been super empowering. The class styles are all so different, yet they always leave my entire body feeling like I DID THE DAMN THING. Some of my favorite instructors include Cristin, Paige and Marisa!

    Jane do is one of my favorite studios in Jersey City. My favs are the Tramp and Sculpt. It is a really fun class and a great workout for your full body.

    I just joined Jane DO and I’m thrilled! As someone who grew up dancing and teaching classes, this is the perfect studio for me (but also for those who don’t have dance experience)! I love their variety of classes and every single instructor is truly amazing. The workouts are challenging and effective for sure!

    Jane Do is my favorite studio. I love the atmosphere and the kind of encouragement, and motivation we get from our trainer is simply awesome. Every class is worth taking. Thanks to the Jane Do community for a kind of studio where we are simply the best version of ourselves.

    Just started coming to Jane Do from a friends recommendation and love the classes! Trampoline class is a great form of cardio if you are like me and don't enjoy running or cycling. The coaches and staff are super friendly and make everyone feel welcome!

    I LOVE Jane Do classes! I just started a month ago and have been coming back multiple times a week. All the instructors are welcoming and motivating. The classes make working out fun with variety, positive energy, and the best music. I’m hooked and haven’t stopped telling my friends to come try a class with me!

    Me and my friends discovered Jane Do about a month ago and have been coming back ever since. The folks who work here are so lovely and the instructors are motivating and inspiring. I love these types of workout classes because you’re having so much fun that you almost forget that you’re working out. We will definitely continue to frequent Jane Do!

    I love Jane DO classes, especially the Tramp class! They are energetic, fun, and effective. The instructors are friendly and curate a welcoming environment that is beginner friendly. I look forward to the days when I have Jane DO classes!

    I love Jane Do! I’ve tried a variety of classes and they’re all so fun and challenging. I especially love the trampoline class, which is high energy but low impact. The instructors are so friendly and give very clear directions so beginners feel welcomed. I hate traditional cardio workouts but the trampoline classes do not feel like a workout at all!

    Highly recommend Jane DO's Trampoline class! A great way to have fun while working out and feel comfortable no matter your level of fitness skill/technique. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, and makes it hard to not want to come back for another class. A workout experience unlike anything else I've found, it's definitely worth a try.

    The workout sessions at Jane Do never fail to surprise me. The class size is small enough for the instructor to pay attention to everyone and for big enough for it to be fun/enjoyable. The staff is extremely polite and courteous.

    Awesome studio and workout classes! I’ve taken about two classes a week for a month now and can feel myself getting stronger. Train Jane and Get Lifted are my normal preference but the dance and trampoline classes have also been really fun to try

    Tons of fun! Love the diverse range of workouts! The trampoline class and dance class have completely won me over. I had never tried them before but the trampoline was exhilarating and the dance is the type of dance that anyone can enjoy to have a blast and chill out. The positive atmosphere and friendly staff make every session a truly enjoyable experience. Located in a great area, starting my day here sets the perfect tone!

    I absolutely love this studio! My favorite workouts are TRAMP and Dance, they leave me feeling so energized. The studio has such a nice vibe, and the trainers are very supportive and motivating. I've seen great progress in my fitness journey since joining. Highly recommend giving Jane Do a try!

    Jane Do is the absolute best fitness studio and I regret not joining sooner! Each of the trainers are super friendly and motivating in their own way - they truly make every participant feel comfortable regardless of your fitness background. I was approached by one of their trainers during an art fair as they were advertising a new client special and I'm so grateful I joined. The workouts are all unique, challenging and incredibly effective. I used to prefer solo workouts at a typical gym, but after joining Jane Do, I feel more motivated than ever and I'm learning new workouts every single class. Every class feels refreshing and I'm always looking forward to my next one :)

    I'm SO happy I joined Jane Do! I've always been too self-conscious and hesitant to join a gym. Signing up for the weekly trial was easy, no strings attached, and no pressure to sign up for membership. Instead, they provide all the information and let you make the decision for what works best for you! I really appreciated that. It's also super easy to book/cancel classes through the MindBody app. The instructors are encouraging, motivating, and push you to your limits, whatever they may be. Staff is welcoming and kind. I've been sore after every class, but you know what they say...no pain no gain ;) Thanks Jane Do!

    I love my personal trainer, Maria! She makes our classes very enjoyable. She knows your body and will modify the class for what works for you best! I was always a little scared that I would be really sore, but she knows just how much to push you so by the next session you are ready to go. She also helps me stay accountable the days that I do not see her. I 100% recommend scheduling time with her! I am already seeing a lot of results <3

    I started Jane Do recently since I am getting married soon. I have tried 4 different types of classes and they are all great. The instructors are super positive and always create great workouts. My absolute favorite is Train Jane. Truly is a great workout!

    I’ve been to Jane DO a few times now, trying a variety of classes & instructors- every single time the instructors make sure to introduce themselves to any new members, and thoroughly review all the moves. Each class has been fun, energetic & a great workout. Love coming here!

    Jane do classes are so much fun! I signed up for the one week trial and decided to do the membership. I always look forward to class and feel great after. I cant wait to see improvement in my strength and endurance. I highly recommend the studio, the instructors are all great and have lots of energy.

    I’ve been to Jane Do for a few months and really liked it. The studio is super clean and they provide all the things you need for a workout. I had hard time carrying my heavy yoga mat to some other studios so I really glad Jane Do provides everything, which is really convenient. The classes are well designed and instructors are all nice and friendly.

    I absolutely LOVE this place! The classes are high energy and lots of fun and the technique is flawless. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. Despite only being in New Jersey for a few weeks I was made to feel extremely welcome and their customer service is excellent too. ‘Tramp Stamp’ is especially great but whatever class you try you will get a proper full-on workout. Please come and set up a studio in London!

    I LOVE Jane Do!!!! I have never felt so comfortable and confident in a workout class. Every teacher I have taken has been so helpful whenever I need improvement without making me feel bad. I have so much fun in these classes, it makes waking up at 6 AM to workout so easy. I find myself excited to wake up the next day to do it all over again. I'm so happy I found Jane Do!!!

    Jane DO is unlike any other dance fitness studio. Each class is different and whatever you end up picking you get a really great workout...and SWEAT (your a** off)! I love the "Tramp Stamp" class - it's so much fun and helps with your coordination. I feel like I'm back in dance school whenever I come here. Love it!

    I only started going to Jane Do within the last month or so, but WOW I cannot say enough good things about this studio!! The environment is so welcome & accepting, which was evident from the very first class I attended. I love Tramp Stamp & Train Jane classes most, and I love that even within the same class type, I've never had the same workout twice. The instructors are motivating & high energy. I love that I look forward to going to class & I always leave class feeling energized! Highly, highly recommend!

    Jane DO is the best work out studio I have ever tried for three reasons: 1. They care about your personal work out goals. Each class they explain that you have to listen to your body. If you can push your self, push, but if it hurts, modify. Their motto is to push two reps more than you think you can and that you are stronger than your brain says you are. This motivation creates the ability to really achieve your goals, at your level, at your time. 2. All of the instructions are friendly and see you as FAMILY. You are not just a member or a number. But rather you are part of the Jane Do family. This means that we are all in it to be better versions of our selves. The togetherness creates friendships that don’t naturally form at box gyms. 3. The variety of classes allows you to pick your poison and the time that best works for you. Train Jane, Tramp Stamp, Dance your A$$ off, and Step are offered at different times and different days. They have morning classes that allow you to get to work on time and evening classes for after work. Weekend and mid-day classes allow for maximum flexibility with your schedule. And they NEVER cancel a class so you can always count on getting a work out in. Each type of class accomplishes different goals. Some more strength. Some more cardio. Some more toning. But all of them are a full body work out, allowing you to maximize your time and achieve your work our goals.
