My husband and I stayed at Rhonda's twice this past month. Rhonda worked with us both times on late check in times and was so gracious. Her home is beautifully decorated inside and out. She has a real touch with flowers and home decor. The backyard is outstanding. The beds were very comfortable with nice comfy bedding. Great shower! Robes and slippers for your use. The breakfast was generous and delicious with outstanding coffee. We would certainly make this our home away from home again. The Nielsen's

Here is a list of reasons why we would be happy to stay at Rhonda's Bed & Breakfast again: + The house: The house is like a cross between a lavish hotel and the home of the wealthy, kind Aunt you never knew you had. The interior is full of stunning furniture and decorations; we could easily tell that Rhonda had put a lot of time and effort into making her home into such a beautiful city oasis. She appears to have a love for orchids, candles, and beautiful, dark wood-tones. + The "spa treatment": There were robes and "disposable" slippers hanging on the back of the guest room door and we were greeted with chocolates on the bed (which appeared to be hermetically sealed, both mattress and box spring, to protect against bed bugs, by the way). + The Location: The "G" train is only a few blocks away as are a number of bus lines. It's about 1.5 miles from the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens which, at least for us, is easy walking distance. It's an active community and the neighborhood seems to be very family-friendly. + The food: Rhonda seems to really enjoy cooking. The breakfasts she whipped up for us were AMAZING; I've never felt so full after breakfast. + Rhonda herself: Rhonda's is a sweet, generous woman. She made us feel right at home and was extremely accommodating. A list of reasons why we would NOT be happy to stay at Rhonda's Bed & Breakfast again: - None... I would be thrilled to live at Rhonda's Bed & Breakfast for the rest of my life.

Wow, what can I say this was such a wonderful bed and breakfast! Rhonda's Bed and Breakfast is one of the best experiences I've ever had staying in any hotel, B&B etc. First off, Rhonda's home is beautifully decorated. With ornate furnishings and charming details her home is a joy to take in. When you get to the room everything you may possibly need is laid out for you. Don't worry if you've forgot your toothbrush, or if you may need lotion, it's all there for you. The queen bed is incredibly comfortable and the sheets are both soft and weighty. We arrived in late January and the room was warm and cozy. Speaking of warm, Rhonda is such a warm, kind woman! When my significant other and I met her at her home she was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. We sat down to a cup of coffee and chatted about our travels, and what we planned to do while we were in town. It felt like I was hanging out at my southern aunt's home the level of care and kindness I felt while there. Breakfast each morning was a lovely spread, anything from potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, french toast, fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you name it. It was beautiful to be able to wake up to such a nice meal each morning. Please take a look at the photos I've attached I'm not sure what more I can say about this place, besides stay here if you want to enjoy a relaxing getaway through your NYC travels.

My wife and I stayed at Rhonda's toward the end of September 2023. We were there to visit our son. It rained most of the time we were there. The bright spot during the whole trip was staying here. Rhonda and her husband were so welcoming and accomodating that we knew right off the bat that we picked the right place to stay. Her breakfast is outstanding. The place is beautiful and clean. My wife couldn't believe how wonderful her decorating was. Rhonda has thought of everything you will need for your stay. Please don't hesitate to book your stay here. You will have a great experience. She makes you feel like family.

If you were looking for a comfortable place to stay in bed-stye, Brooklyn look no further. Rhonda provides an excellent service with comfortable lodging and impeccable attention to detail with decor and the needs of her guests. Rhonda is a wonderful communicator and if you have any concerns, she will promptly respond and come up with a solution that will best suit you. I personally stayed here long-term for over three months, and I’ve found myself well-adjusted to the safe neighborhood. I was able to use local amenities such as the park, many local restaurants, block parties, fun runs, and it took advantage of the short walk to the subway station for commuting and to access the rest of New York City for leisurely day trips. I would stay here again if I wanted to have a trip to New York City or Brooklyn again! OK

Rhonda’s became my home away from home. Not only is the place beautiful and clean, but Rhonda is an amazing host. She made my stay away from home so much more comfortable. Her home is conveniently next to a park, near a supermarket, Deli, bus stops and the subway. Her food is delicious and she is so kind and thoughtful! Staying with her was the best decision I made living in Brooklyn.

Rhonda's place was clean and well maintained. She met us at the door when we arrived and was a delight throughout our stay. Rhonda has a great eye for decorating, her home and garden area were beautiful and her breakfast was a treat as well.

We chose this place for its location, walking distance from my son in Clinton Hill. But--as everyone else is saying--it is an extraordinary discovery. Rhonda works so hard at making everything as perfect as it can be. Her house is beautiful--and she is constantly improving it. Her breakfasts are amazing: delicious and sustaining.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Rhonda's B & B! It was our first stay at a bed and breakfast, and our time at Rhonda's has set the bar extremely high. From the moment that you walk into the B&B the warm and luxurious ambiance takes over. I am a neat freak and like my space very clean. Rhonda's space is immaculately clean and I felt it immediately and felt comfortable and relaxed for the entire stay. For those who appreciate interior design you will love this space. The decor is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern influences with gorgeous accented pieces. Rhonda's B&B give you a 5 star hotel experience but even better. My husband and I have stayed in some great hotels but we never had access to a sitting room, a beautiful backyard, an amazing and delicious breakfast , intermixed with a kindhearted and warm host. I would recommend Rhonda's to anyone coming to visit NYC & also to those who already live in the city looking to treat themselves to a "stay-cation". I can't rave about it enough. We will most definitely stay there again.

For anyone who needs/wants to stay in Brooklyn this is a nice and less expensive alternative to an hotel. Very convenient and about 10 min walk to L train. During the day happy to walk around but after dark I would always prefer to take an uber. The place is impeccably clean and the hostess Rhonda is very friendly and helpful. Would certainly return and recommend.

Rhonda's home is so beautiful! She and her family are warm and welcoming and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. My breakfast was a delicious spread and Rhonda was so courteous to accommodate my many dietary limitations. Thank you so much! I will definitely return!

I cannot say enough nice things about Rhonda’s Bed and Breakfast, and Rhonda’s hospitality. I stayed here as a single guest for three nights while visiting family. The home itself is beautiful and the backyard patio is a wonderful place to host a few friends or just enjoy the fresh air. Rhonda even served me breakfast outside on my second and third days. The home itself is beautiful and feels like a true slice of neighborhood history. The breakfasts were delightful and Rhonda was all too amenable to my dietary preferences. She provided oat milk for coffee, delicious coconut yogurt, and plenty of vegetables and fruits. My room and the whole upstairs area was well appointed with plenty of towels, toiletries, a nespresso machine (!), a mini fridge, a safe, and more. It was very humid in the city during my visit, but the AC unit kept my room so comfortable and cool. Rhonda’s was more than just a place to stay— this bed and breakfast made my quick visit to Brooklyn a true vacation and completely amplified my experience as I connected with family and friends and explored the city. I hope to return one day.

If you're looking for a safe and clean Bed and Breakfast in Brooklyn, NY, you will not be disappointed. Rhonda's home has been updated and is extremely clean. Our bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, and "our area" had all the needed amenities. It was quiet, and private as well. She has an extremely quaint outdoor area for morning coffee or a place to wind down in the evening. Best of all, however, was her morning breakfast - absolutely amazing !!!! Rhonda was a great, welcoming host and we loved our stay in her lovely home !!!!!

Here is the review from Theo Krause & Lynn Hoare. "My wife and I booked last minute reservations with Rhonda’s over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting our daughters. We absolutely enjoyed the lovely and festive decor of Rhonda and Andrea’s B&B, the delicious breakfasts and the comfort and amenities of our room. We slept like babies and ate like royalty. We are looking forward to coming back to stay at Rhonda’s when we return to visit our children. "

Rhonda’s bed and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Rhonda and her partner are warm, welcoming people who obviously put a ton of care into making the place comfortable for guests. I went for a 4-day break from an exhausting several months of work and got tickets for shows in bedstuy/bushwick for all 3 nights. Since this trip was not for sightseeing New York (I live in Manhattan), I stayed indoors a lot. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The guest’s bedroom is on the second floor, next to the bathroom and a cute side room, where I spent time reading. Every morning I was welcomed by a big, carefully prepared breakfast. The place is a couple minutes’ walk to a bus stop and ~12-15 minutes from the closest subway line depending on how fast you walk. My only concern was not about the place itself, but that neighbors were sometimes a little loud with their music, so it was a bit bothering when I wanted to read - but that’s just New York. Really there’s nothing much one can do about it anywhere in this city haha. Plus most people likely won’t spend their time in a BnB reading so that wouldn’t be a problem. Overall a fantastic place. Highly recommend.
