I think this store is great the manager was so kind and helpful. Have been in a few times with her and she’s helped me pick out so much cute stuff! Also loved the assistant manager she was also so stylish! Both women who helped me were so great and made me feel so safe with the current situation. So so grateful for such a positive experience at Francesca’s in Hoboken.

I visited this store for a quick spare outfit for a night out. I was greeted by the store manager who was super friendly and showed me the current discounts around the store. She made me feel really welcomed! The assistant manager with the purple hair was seriously helpful! I told her I wanted a edgier outfit with a bold look to it. She was quick to piece together a few outfits fitting style requests. I ended up buying two of them! Overall, I would recommend this store.

I love this store, they always give great advice!! Even when I've returned things I buy, they take them back with a smile and find me something perfect!

Haven't been to this location in a long time. Old staff were nicer than the new ones. The manager with the accent, completely rude and the associate with the purple hair has no style and her input on items seem FAKE!

I came in to take advantage of the "First Time Ever $5 Clearance" Promo and upon purchasing, the associate with purple hair is so rude and inconsiderate marking red on tags when it's already final sale. She has no style!! Not what customer service is about! However, the other associate is nice and patient; need more workers like her. 2/14/21

The staff is very friendly here and they have some cute stuff even though it is a small location and it can get crowded in here on the weekends! The staff comes around the counter to hand you your purchase (which I think is kind of unnecessary and awkward), but I suppose they are trying to be extra personal with customers. Love how they have ready-to-go bags with tissue paper for last minute gifts.

The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wanted to try on an item that needed to be opened and without hesitation they helped me try it on! They clearly went through the latest sale in the store and looked for sizes when they weren't on the racks. This is one of the best locations of Francesca's that I've shopped!

Love Francesca's!!! Great array of different items, clothing, shoes, cute purses. Scarves, unique items u can't find around. The whole staff is very helpfull and pleasant!! Will continue shopping at Francesca's. !🤗🤗

I was there an hour or so ago and had to write a review about the customer service! The lady who works there is sooo soo nice and very helpful! A++++++ The store also has very cute finds and great discounts! Will deff go back!

Very rude staff.... hated the experience. If you had a bad day don’t take it with your customers. I always spend A LOT OF MONEY at Francesca’s but today I felt unwelcome. Shame shame... I guess it saved me some money!! Lol
