    I had a problem with a dishwasher arriving busted so it was waiting in the middle of my room as I was waiting for the rep to get back to me. He kept giving me the excuse that they are so busy right now and he will get back to me in a few moments. I always had to call back and he would fumble over his words saying he will get right back to me with my request and that I am in good hands. More time went on with this dishwasher in my room and I decided I could not wait any longer and went elsewhere. They still did not get back to me after acknowledging how urgent this was to me. Just tell me you don't want my business from the jump so I could go elsewhere, I would have respected that. I can't respect lies and false promises.

    My experience actually started of phenomenally with Blue Vision. They were extremely helpful over the phone and came to my house to diagnose the problem. I paid them an $85 service fee and they told me they would contact me to fix the issue. After a week went by with no contact, I reached out to them. They told me they were locating the part. Another two weeks went by and they told me they had emailed me. I never got an email. After that, they said they would text me. No text. They wouldn't return my calls or emails after that probably because they didn't know what to do. Such a shame as my first experience was great. Follow up: After I posted this review the owner messaged me saying he would return my $85 or fix my dishwasher. I told him I would be glad to give him another chance and he could keep the $85 if he sincerely wanted to fix it. After that I never heard from him again.

    These guys are top notch. They came out and fixed my dishwasher months ago. Today I called for a washing machine repair, they helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Problem solved Thanks!

    For starters, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most horrible experiences I have had dealing with a repairman. Frstly, Mounir is never ever on time. Throughout the painful 2 weeks I worked with this guy, he promised to call me with updates, but never did, he gave me 3 windows of time that he was going to come to my house, but missed them all (one of them he missed by 2 full days with no phone call telling me he wasn't coming), and even when he did send me a text message follow up on a time he was coming, he still missed that by a full 3 hours. Mounir didn't put any protection under the feet of my oven the first time he took a look at it, and then proceeded to drag it out from where it was, putting two large and deep scratches in my $14,000 flooring. Lastly, I called Mounir after this whole debacle to get a simple question answered on my oven's state/repair and he proceeded to scream at me over the phone saying he's too busy to speak on the phone and that he has too many customers to spend time on my issue. I was so disgusted with the service that I received from Mounir that I called Homserve (this was Homeserve case) to close my case and just went out to purchase a new oven on my own dime. I have filed a complaint with Homeserve about this company and filed a property damage claim with them as well for the floor damage Mounir caused. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional company for your appliance repair needs. Terrible terrible experience, do not recommend at all.

    Zline stove under warranty. Technician Mounir made diagnostic visit, then returned to install replacement parts. He is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s great to know I have someone who can repair my appliances!

    We have used Mounir several times and each time he was extremely knowledgeable and able to repair our appliances. When you call him he tries to trouble shoot issues before he even comes to your house. Besides trusting his information on what the issues are he is also extremely professional and such a nice person. We highly recommend Mounir and will continue to call him in the future.

    Our technician was superb. He was on time. They had the part available. He also gave me tips on how to properly take care of our other appliances I asked him about (apart from the Dryer he came to fix). They also had no hassle payment with Zelle. Everything was easy peasy.

    I called Blue Vision Appliance Repair when my oven malfunctioned. I was so scared I couldn’t get it fixed by Thanksgiving. Mounir was super helpful, he came to fix my appliance the same day. And the price was super reasonable for such short time, I highly recommend Blue Vision to anybody who needs their appliances fixed.

    The technician showed up to my house right on time and called me 10 mins before he showed up to confirm his arrival. He managed to repair both my oven and my refrigerator on the same day. He had conducted himself very professionally and spoke to me about the problems of my appliances to give me a better understanding what was going on. I can finally use my oven and refrigerator without any problems.

    My dishwasher started leaking over the weekend. I called Blue Vision, left a voice mail and within 5 minutes received a return call. He came the same day, checked the dishwasher, cleaned the gasket, made sure it wasn't leaking and only charged me for the service call. He didn't want to do any unnecessary repairs. He said if it starts to leak again he will replace the gasket and not charge the service call. This gentleman (and he is a gentleman) is a gem. He is polite, prompt, clean, efficient and I simply cannot say enough good things about him. I would recommend him to anyone who need an appliance repaired.

    Very satisfied. Service was efficient and my dryer was repaired. Price was reasonable and I felt very comfortable with process. When the service tech put on plastic covering for his shoes I knew I was dealing with a professional. I would use again.

    When Mounir came to fix my refrigerator, it was pretty obvious that it was still not cold enough shortly after he left. He insisted that i must pay him immediately, but he would guarantee he would come back within 24 hours and rectify the issue. It took quite alot of follow up calls and texts to get him to come back, but he did end up coming back after a few weeks. The issue now does seem to be fixed.

    Our trusty Maytag dryer error coded and the Maytag solution of unplug-Re plug did nothing to help. Nor did they. I called Blue Vision cold and the owner Mounir was full of great information, discussed the possibility of a new dryer with terrific knowledge and openness. Ultimately, when we decided on repair vs buying another, he was responsive to our calendar and urgency, came out to the East End, explained everything that he was doing, ordered a new control board and delivered on time as promised β€” and also took care of some additional issues that may have contributed to the problem. A really outstanding repair experience. Highly recommended!

    Blue Vision Appliance tried to fix an old but very good stove; it didn't work out and he made good on his offer to refund us the amount invested in the repair minus the service fee. I was very appreciative that he was good to his word and he really tried to fix the stove.

    Although the owner-repair technician was polite and tried his best, after over $1,000 work of payments, it was clear that the repair was not successful. He offered to refund my money minus the initial service fee and he made good on his promise.

    Had an issue with my washer not having hot water. I called as I have used them before and they were really good. Mounir was able to walk me through the repair over the phone so no visit was needed. That level of care and customer service is extremely rare these days. Highly recommend this place!

    Blue Vision appliances was extremely helpful. I needed help with my propane tank and they walked me through the process and was extremely polite while doing so. He even answered me while out to dinner with his wife. All my appliance repairs will be handled by Blue Vision moving forward.
