Terrible experience. Rude staff. Bad customer service. Will never shop here again. I purchased a few items for my girlfriend. She didn't like the fit so she went to return them the following day. I gave her my credit card and the receipt. I was told there was a ten day return policy. The staff did everything they could to get out of the return. Finally saying they needed me there in person with my ID. They said it was the law. Which it isn't. They also told my girlfriend she couldn't shop there anymore because she got upset over the unnecessary hassle. I had to leave work early to make it to the store. Finally when I get to the store to make the return in person they didn't even check my ID. Horrid gypsy like people. I plan on sharing this experience with all of my designer friends. Hopefully they will learn how important good customer service is.

Wow. We were just strollin’ around town, as one does on a weekend trip to the Big Apple, when I stumbled upon this gem of a place. Being from Europe, living between Amsterdam and Berlin, I have many cool designers and retailers at my fingertips. Yet still, this store was surprisingly different, in a good way. It’s like walking into a treasure room. Wonderful, beautiful items. An eclectic mix of items, some expensive some more affordable. Truly a beautifully curated collection, def worth visiting this store. For myself I bought the pigeons you see in the picture.

Visited their Howard street location when I was in NY for business in November. Seriously beautiful and overflowing shop where I wanted to buy almost everything. Ended up going home with a lovely large brass and onyx ring and Hayley was most helpful in my selection. I look forward to visiting their Brooklyn location next time I am in town.

Go. Come. This is the place for quality gems such as tableware to garnish your home-made brunch, pillows for display, art to accentuate your walls, etc. ✧

This is one of those stores where I want EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. IN. THE. STORE. Particularly the jewelry. But also the lamps. And the vases. And the cutlery. And the pillows. I think I'm making my point.

OMG loved this store! Great place to go if you love furniture and eclectic things. There is a gem shop upstairs, as well. The two swinging chairs in the front of the store are really comfy, I would've loved to sit in them all day. Even though some of the stuff is a bit pricy and we just browsed through the shop (couldn't buy bigger things cuz we are from out of town) we weren't made to feel like a burden at the store. Def will be going back again!

A beautiful boutique with unique gifts for others (and yourself). I didn’t take photos while inside but it’s a very charming place. I purchased beautiful, natural woven wool placemats for our home (pictured) and a lovely piece of pottery for my husband. Happy to stumble upon this place on a Saturday afternoon walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly too (which is always a bonus)!

Another case of snob rude store people. Ignoring me and looking at me like I couldn’t afford anything at their store. Terrible.

I found this place totally by chance, and it increased the surprise ! The ambiance totally inspired me. I found some brand that I love so much, like Seletti neon lights. You should really have a look !

I was buying a vase and asked if they have a new one. When I was checking out, I asked the stuff to check the stock for me and that lady(mid-aged, short) just said: didn’t I just told you? Okay well I will check it again!! ( she raised her voice with a angry tone) I just froze at that moment cuz I would never expect to get such a rude response. I will never shop there again and it ruined my day. People deserve better service and at least some respect.

I went in this morning and the service was sour and off-putting. No one bothered to acknowledge me at any point. When I asked for assistance, one particularly dour woman who was behind the till was extremely brusque. In hindsight, I should have just left the store altogether. I won't step into that store again. I don't expect retail staff to be constantly smiling at you like muppets but I do expect a level of professionalism. This was not it. After I left I went one door down to Mud Australia - where they have gorgeous homeware AND somehow manage to be polite and helpful at the same time. Imagine that.
