    I am so frustrated with this insurance. Every time I call I am transferred at least 5 times along with 0 help and cluelessness from everyone I speak to. I want to speak to someone in the building not over seas. Do not recommend if you are looking to submit bills from out of network providers. It is physically impossible to get in touch with their reimbursement claim center and the fax doesn't ever receive. No one says the same thing twice. One day they will tell me I will be reimbursed for my mental health bills and the next day they tell me medicaid doesn't do reimbursement. They tell me they're forwarding my call to the medicaid customer service and then the lady says she doesn't work for medicaid. I can't contact anyone from this place. Useless.

    Not contracted with any reputable cancer centers. So unorganized. Unprofessional handling of authorizations. So far 1 week waiting for authorization for live saving med. Give you the run around between their internal departments. Each department gave me a different answer!

    I have been on the phone with them for over 35 mins. (Currently on the phone now as im typing this) I have gotten nothing resolved. I went in for a eye exam and some glasses and they (the eye doctor) says i do not have insurance any more. I have clear and present proof that i am valid but i still have to have my so called insurance company update and verify in order to proceed. They are on their end lollygaggin. Mind you my appointment was over a hour ago Thanks

    SHould be ZERO stars! 40 minutes on the phone switched to 4 people- mary, tina , neka no help just verifying your account and either disconnect or pass along to the next station so that next person can verify your account. Waste of time agency that is handsomely reimbursed by our Federal Govenment. PErsonel is clueless of what they are suppose to be doing. most work remotely and have zero sence of accountability to elderly they are suppose to help. I hope deep state discovers that this office is just bleeding govermnemt kiddy without providing any services to citizens they were contracted to help. Stay away from this company!

    Impossible to reach at local and 800 numbers listed. Completely frustrated. Not interested in any or all excuses given if I do reach them. Hard to recommend WellCare given the set of circumstances.

    This is the first year's experience I have had with the WellCare Health Plan. I am so pleased with the level of Customer Service that I have received. I even had assistance with securing my first appointment! So far, so good!

    Stay away from this insurance you can’t find a provider nor a specialist the website list is false they add names of doctors that won’t take this insurance , after calling 40 doctors listed 0 results.

    The WellCare New Jersey website allows the user to find, review and compare plans and provides a high level of detail into the plan costs and options. Once I contacted them via phone, the representative did a very good job of answering my many questions and then getting me signed up to the plan of my choice. They contacted me after the selection was complete and continue to offer support to Medicare issues. Thanks!!!

    I have been using Wellcare after i lost my job. Every experience I have had with Wellcare has been positive without exception. They have been fantastic and attentive. Wonderful people!

    Awful, Awful, Awful company to deal with. I told them five times on the phone that I wanted to cancel and they refused to do it. I asked for supervisor. The supervisor said she would cancel this prescription drug coverage. I told her I wanted written verification - she said she couldn't do it- or some other excuse. I called back today to check to see that this prescription coverage was canceled and was told that it was not. The rep I spoke to refused to cancel it - I'll be forwarding a formal complaint to the Attorney General's Office of New Jersey. The customer service department that I spoke to was not located in the U.S. I may look into legal action, as well. I only gave the company one star because I had to in order to post this message.

    I have taken health insurance directly through WellCare New Jersey health insurance. This policy tenure is for 1 year and every year need to renew the policy and the agent shared all the details about the policy and i am really satisfied with overall service.

    One of the worst insurances! Good luck finding a doctor that will accept it!🙄 you will rather die than go through the stress from a process going in circles trying to find a good doctor. Switch while you can this insurance is garbage
