    ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING FOR BLING JEWELRY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This is why... I wanted to order two of item (Personalized Mens Medium Army Dog Tag Pendant Necklace 925 Sterling Silver Shot Bead Ball Custom Engraved) for my brothers who I will be meeting soon after 3 long years!! While trying to place the order through Amazon, I realized that it wouldn't let me add the item to the cart unless I provided a text to be engraved on the pendants. I wanted the pendants with nothing written on them, so that my brothers could engrave whatever they like as they received their gifts. I, therefore, contacted Amazon customer service on July 29th at 11.11pm to help me place the order. The representative asked me to type "DO NOT WRITE" in the box provided so that it allows me to place the order. I did what I was told to and placed the order. The representative also wrote an email to the seller with my notes at 11.15pm, which was exactly 4 mins after the order was placed. However, I received a response from Bling Jewelry on July 30 at 10.36AM saying that the order was shipped prior to receiving the email from Amazon representative. Even worse... they engraved "do not write" on both pendants. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I spent the whole day yesterday calling Amazon and Bling Jewelry hoping to resolve this. Amazon says it is now between me and Bling since they did everything right from their side and it was the seller's fault not to pay attention to their email before shipping the items. I then called Bling Jewelry, who of course blamed Amazon for making me type "DO NOT WRITE" in the field and for making me place the order without checking with the seller directly. Bling Jewelry also made the excuse of not noticing the email, which apparently got buried in the 500 plus emails that they receive everyday - REALLY??? This whole thing happened in less than 12 hours and how irresponsible can one be! I really have no words to describe the one who engraved "do not write" on an expensive pendant!! Blink Jewelry definitely only cares about the money as the lady who answered my call was not willing to help at all!! I was so excited to order this item for my brothers. But this shopping experience has totally ruined my day, especially since I ended up paying 154 dollars for something I do not want anymore!! I thought it is good to share my experience here so that customers who intend to purchase products from this seller are prepared to deal with similar issues. I do not want any customer to be treated the way I was treated.

    I do not recommend this company. I ordered a bracelet and ring from them. When i received my order i got a ring that didnt look like the one i ordered but it was ok looking. It was however the wrong size. And instead of the bracelet i got a necklace. I contacted them and they asked for photos which i then sent to them. All i got in reply was to send the items back for a refund. They should have did something better. It was their fault and they did nothing to rectify the situation. The worst customer service. Side note i ordered from palmo jewelry in California and they didnt have one of my items and still sent me something similar for free which they didnt have to do. I recommend ordering from them.

    The quality of the engraving style shown on the website did not match the quality of the engraving on the necklace. When I received the necklace, the engraving looked blurred and hard to read. I shipped the product back with the return form stating what issues I had with the product. The company contacted me to say that I should have chosen the print instead of the script and that they recommend that to customers who call about their orders. I told them that I chose the script because on the website it looked good and I expected it to look good in person and therefore, I had no reason to call before placing my order. The rep (Bri or Bria I believe) said that they will clean the necklaces as a courtesy (the necklaces were sent to me "dirty"so it wouldn't be a courtesy, it would be them fixing their mistake). We went back and forth and the rep basically said that if they send me a product with poor quality engraving that I am stuck with it because it says on the website that the engraved products cannot be returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Poor customer service, lack of logic/rationale and a complete waste of money.

    Absolutely love my charm....my mom passed away and we use to call her Queen Bee.... saw a charm with Queen Bee on it made me smile...ordered on the 1/9/2022 received 1/12/2022...

    I had the worst online shopping experience ever with this store. I ordered faux skull plugs that BROKE in my hand when first trying them on. It just crumbled into pieces. Tried to write a review on their site and it didn’t even get published after I submitted it. So here I am.

    Disappointed - - took me a long time to find the perfect gift online, the bag came with an empty pouch and no necklace. They offered to resend, but it won't be here in time for my company Christmas party. I also ordered a pendant - received it, but very cheap looking - sending it back. Two stars because I ordered once from them about 3 years ago and was happy with the product.

    Be wary of their "Standard Shipping" it is a complicated process between UPS and USPS, why they cant use one I don't know. After calling multiple times I did talk to a Manager and she was more helpful than the others reps. Their jewelry is good, I had some previously before our apartment fire and got multiple compliments on it. Just be aware of their possibly lengthy shipping if you choose standard.

    I ordered a Bling Jewelry safety chain for my bracelet from Amazon. Very impressed with the quality. It's a Pandora-style and Pandora-quality for the 1/3 of Pandora's price. I don't know anything about their customer service, but the quality and the pricing are outstanding!

    When ordering, I was given 2 choices. Either to "save" my info or "cancel". I figured it meant "cancel the order", so I pressed save. I wanted the ring for quite some time, but I really don't want my info saved. Thank you for notifying me, that you have my size in stock.
