I was hesitate to buy jewelry online and I would rather to be in person but I am in different state and couldn't find this particular model anywhere cheaper and if I did it wasn't certified dealer which they are, on top of that the customer service is outstanding very polite, professional and friendly. Everything they poste on the site match the pictures and descriptions, Adam was very knowledgable about what he selling they know what they are doing, my watch came in perfectly package, 2 days and warranty card was stamped, what I can say %1000000 highly recommended and will use them always for any jewelry I would buy. I’ve been dealing with them for many years and they are the best in the business. After almost 20 years of daily use my clasp finally gave up. They ordered me a new direct replacement clasp from Movado and installed it, as well as buffed the watch to a brand new shine. This watch was very well used when I brought it in and they made it look perfect again. Will be twenty years old next year. I have used these guys for multiple purchases, and for some repairs - they never disappoint.

My husband and I got married in October of this year and were so pleased with our experience here at Eli Adams! I went in alone to get my ring size and try on the style I wanted. They took down all of my information and saved it for when my husband went in to actually purchase the ring. We did everything very last minute, but the engagement ring was ready within a month right before the wedding. We did call a few times to check in because we wanted at least the engagement ring for our wedding photos and they were always patient with us and kept us posted on how long it would be. We also went wedding band shopping a few days before the actual wedding and didn't expect to find anything for the courthouse ceremony itself, but they ended up having one wedding band in my size, so it worked out! My husband didn't have his on time, but that's not their fault at all considering how last minute we did everything. They gave him a nice rubber wedding band in place of it and my husband got his wedding band about a week later. They were great! We will be back for our jewelry for the actual wedding reception next year!

I bought a special edition engraved watch from this store while overseas, and everything from payment to collection was straightforward. I travelled to Rochelle to collect my items and that is when the staff here really came into their own. I'm sorry I didn't;t get their names. But they were really friendly, courteous and professional with me. There was a slight issue with my watch strap that I may have just accepted, but they insisted on getting it right for me, and I am so glad I let them do it. Later I brought in an old watch that I had not worn for 20 years because of a broken clasp. I had given up on it as the watch was discontinued and the band could not be found. They drilled a hole and fixed it in an hour. Thrilled to be wearing it again. Personally worked with Eli, one of the owners and he is the best. In addition to watch repair, they also do any type of jewelry repair and can even create new pieces from your old gold. Bringing in my rolex to be serviced here. The man who helped me was called Eli, he was very good and showed me different rings and different shapes. We called my friend and he showed her a couple of rings and she liked one of them. I am really satisfied with Eli Adams. I am living in Germany. I ordered a US limited watch from Seiko with their online website. They shipped on the next day and it took just 2 weekdays to arrive here. The watch was properly packed and is perfect. This shop is Seiko authorized dealer, but the price was a lot cheaper than RRP. I really recommend Eli Adams to those watch guys in Europe as a good way to get US models safely with good prices.
