This review is specifically for Dr Sorvino. I would give him zero stars if I could. Far and away the worst experience with a doctor and staff in my LIFE. Waited nearly 2 hours for my 2 year old to be seen. Then they acted shocked when we wasn't cooperating. Well, you used up all his cooperation time making us wait for 2 hours past the appointment time plus the 15 minutes before they demand we arrive to fill out paperwork. Then in not so many words he told me my sons hearing was fine, he just wasn't very bright. Bottom of the bell curve were his exact words. Horrible dr and even worse human being. Avoid him at all costs!!!!!!! In fact, avoid the whole practice. It is a factory, an inefficient one at best. This man is the worst dr I've ever had the unfortunate luck of meeting. Run.

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. The wait was minimal, especially since I filled out my forms prior to arriving. And Dr Immerman was great at explaining her findings and giving reassurance. I also had a hearing test with the Audiologist and that also was quick and pleasant. The most difficult part of visiting this practice was the parking scenario and finding the office once inside the building. But I would highly recommend this doctor and practice. Wish I had gone sooner.

Dr Seth Kanowitz has been an excellen ENT for both my wife and myself. as well as my grandson. He took care of my wife's sinus infection with surgery and she has been great ever since the operation. He also continues to help my hearing issues. I will recommend Advocare Ear, Nose & Throat of Morristown and Dr Kanowitz to everyone.

Dr. Lee is fantastic !! I was a first time patient of his and he made me feel absolutely comfortable. He completely listened to me, answered all my questions, and came up with an action plan. Finally, a doctor who takes his time with his patients and is thorough with the tests he has scheduled for me to ensure an accurate diagnosis. I absolutely recommend him. Thanks Dr. Lee

Dr. Sorvino is a pleasure to see. He listens carefully to what you say and is thoughtful in his responses. I think he really knows what he is doing and I have faith in his evaluations of my issues. My only (minor) criticism is that he sent me for a hearing test, which was very quick, and I thought it was not as much in depth as others I have had in the past.

The office and staff were outstanding!! They were fully booked but the got me in somehow. I was in horrible pain, and they got me fixed up great!! Best Doctors in NJ!!!

Dr. Renato Giacchi was informative, thorough and gentle. My husband accompanied me for my visit and we were both pleased with him. I have taken my mother to several other ENTs and was not pleased with them, so I am happy to have found one that I would use again, if needed.

I really enjoyed my past visit with Dr. Giacchi. He was thorough and had a great attitude. However, when I tried to get another appointment with him this time, he was "not available." Since I was in pain and needed help right away, the office switched me to his fill in. I left a message which they never returned. When I followed up, I was told that no one was available to treat me, but if there was a cancellation, they would let me know. Over a week later, they send me a text with an appointment confirmation. By that time I had already seen my primary and found a different ENT provider. What a waste of time!

The office staff was courteous, the wait time was very minimal, and Dr Immerman was awesome. She was personable, thorough, and efficient. She listened to my concern and successfully treated my condition. Would highly recommend

Amazing experience. They were great with my son, they listened to me, and they explored all alternatives! Quick to get an appointment due to the urgency of my son's needs.

Dr. Immerman and staff are great. It would be so much easier if the new patient form was emailed ahead of time. I could not get on your website. It kept taking me to the wrong location and returning me to the beginning. Nothing worse than having to rush through such a LONG questionnaire while the doctor waits for you.

The entire support staff at Advocare was very professional, and organized. Dr. Kanowitz made me very comfortable, and explained his plan of action for me in a way that could be easily understood. Today, 10/31/23 he placed an ear tube in my right ear to help alleviate fluid, pressure, and tinnitus. This was a well thought out plan that he had for me, and we are hoping for success. He is a consummate professional and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend him without any reservation.

My second surgery with this group, very happy with outcome. Doctor Lee is wonderful. What was so impressive, right on time, promised various things in the hospital and did all, again in a timely manner, honest and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Sara Immerman is the absolute best. She helped my son when he was 15 months old by giving him tubes. She made me feel comfortable having to do something as hard as leave my baby in her care while she performed surgery. They stayed in place for 6 years! He did great. Today he had tonsils and adenoids out and again I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is absolutely wonderful and caring with her patients as is literally everyone in the surgical center. They cared for him so well and were all so nice and sweet with him! Thank you everyone!

Advocare ENT has been amazing, they got my son in immediately for an appointment to see Doctor Kanowitz. Dr K was nothing less of amazing, he was understanding, compassionate, but to the point. He listened to all our concerns and was very knowledgeable and informing. We got in within the week for surgery, the surgery team where Dr. K operates was very clean, the nurses were so sweet, and loving towards our son. They gave out a stuffed dog with a hospital band to match the children to keep them more calm. I highly recommend Advocare ENT, and Dr.Kanowitz!

Dr.Lee was fantastic. My 2 year old needed a cyst removal surgery on his neck. I was obviously nervous and concerned, but Dr.Lee really made me feel at ease and was wonderful with my little guy.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Lee explained all the necessary information that was needed to make an informed decision for my care. There was no pressure to make a decision at the moment. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Dr. Kanowitz performed nasal polyp removal surgery and realigned my deviated septum. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered my questions in depth. I have been to two follow up visits and the care he has given me and my nose, is second to none. I highly recommend him!

The office environment, by the way, is an added attraction as it is a pleasant place to wait without an ounce of intimidation:-) A great experience.

I love Dr. Immerman ! She put tubes in my daughters ears when she was a baby. I have been with her for almost 10 years now. Anytime I need help she has always been there to get me better. My little girl and son like her too. She is great with my children. -Kimberly

My daughter and I both visited the office as new patients. The staff was efficient and courteous and completing paperwork through the portal ahead of our appointments made check in seamless. Dr. Kanowitz was thorough and respectful, especially with my daughter who was nervous. Would highly recommend the Morristown office and Dr. Kanowitz.

Set an appt because I had tested positive for strep twice in a months span but was told by urgent care I should see an ENT because I had no symptoms besides uvulitis which was particularly odd. So I set an appt after that which was scheduled about 3 weeks after I was sick. But I thought I should go in regardless because of the weird situation. As soon I get called in the doctor rushes me in obviously can see she is in a rush. I let her know my general situation yet she was still being very adamant on getting me out of there. I personally am not one to go to a doctor. But from this appointment im back exactly where I was when I made it. She basically asked me if I had did my own research which I have but I wanted to go to a doctor to further assess. Basically rushed the check up and told me everything I had already searched online. In general you go to a doctor for professional opinion not reiteration of the problems you had already known about. But since I was not sick at the moment she deemed it none of her concern in my opinion rushed me out and gave me the doctor advice I could look up myself on web md. If patients can all self diagnose we should have doctorate degrees as well. The appointment lasted all but of 5 minutes then I was rushed out the back door. Generally saw no care or concern. I will not be going here again since I basically can make the same judgment a licensed professional can. I guess I am a doctor after leaving this place.

Extremely friendly people that you speak to on the phone. Minimal waiting time in the office. Great doctor. Very personable.

Dr.Sorvino and MaryLou are absolutely incredible. Dr. Sorvino is a top notch surgeon and extremely knowledgeable in the field of ENT. I wouldn't let anyone else operate on me. I love going to see him! His assistant MaryLou has always been so caring and helpful for me as well.

I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I got lost 🤷‍♀️. The office staff still fit me in and were very helpful. Dr Kanowitz was very thorough and professional. I would use him again.

Appointment was easy to make. Staff follow up to be sure I had all my paperwork prepared ahead of time was great. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was taken in right on time. Dr. Giacchi was great - listened to why I was there and took a complete history.
