Long process in choosing a diamond and setting for an engagement ring but trusting the process and Stew was definitely the way to go. Somehow made the ring of my dream comes to life. I’ll be honest that I was anxious for about half the process (the ring setting portion) but everything felt right and settled as soon as I saw the final product. I think it’s important to have a set month you want the final ring to be done by. I didn’t voice that in the beginning because I didn’t know early on in the process when I wanted the ring done by. But without that set deadline the process dragged out which I didn’t appreciate. TLDR: loved the ring, craftsmanship, service, employees, but didn’t appreciate the unnecessarily dragged out, long process.

Customer service friendly and attentive! Appreciated the attentiveness and patience in dealing with the many questions I had. Work on my jewelry was excellent. They also had a wide assortment of fine pieces. Highly recommended!

P i’ve only had the greatest experiences when I go to Silverman‘s. They are kind patient and very knowledgeable. They show you pieces that they know will be beautiful on you and within your price range I don’t buy my jewelry anywhere but Silverman’s for the service, and the quality of the merchandise is perfection.

I was in the area and decided to stop into this store to see if I could replace a wedding band that had broken. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Taylor was able to find an exact match to my previous band and in my size. There was no pressure to buy and she even stated that I could have my previous band repaired instead if I wanted to. It was an impulse buy though, as I should have checked prices before purchasing. The price seemed reasonable to me, but afterwards I saw that I could have gotten the same ring online for less money, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. But still, this is a lovely store, with good selections and very nice sales people, so would still recommend if you want to see something and try it on before buying.

I recently bought an engagement ring from here, and I worked with Stew through the whole process. I was fully informed what to look for and Stew recommended a great selection of diamonds within my budget. He patiently worked with me over multiple visits to find the right diamond and setting.
