Not
very
pleased
with
my
experience
at
Kenneth’s.
I
had
taken
my
daughter
to
Kenneth’s
last
month
for
a
creative
hair
coloring.
We
were
there
for
7
hours
because
the
appointment
setter
overbooked
our
stylist,
and
the
pricing
for
our
services
was
not
stated
until
the
hair
coloring
had
already
started.
I
paid
over
$700
(services,
tip,
and
products)
for
a
hair
coloring
that
has
started
to
fade
before
4
weeks.
This
was
not
explained
to
me.
I’m
aware
hair
coloring
will
fade,
but
expected
it
to
last
longer
than
3-1/2
weeks.
Had
I
been
told
this
information
I
would
have
had
our
stylist
done
something
else
to
my
daughter’s
hair.
We
also
paid
for
a
hair
cut,
which
could
not
happen
on
the
same
day
because
there
was
not
enough
time.
I
was
fine
with
bringing
her
back
the
following
week.
All
told
l,
I
paid
over
$750
for
this
experience
and
feel
short
changed.I
called
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
to
ask
if
it’s
normal
to
see
dye
after
a
wash
and
was
told
I
could
bring
her
back.
We
came
in
today
and
was
told
by
the
salon
manager
and
the
stylist
I
was
told
this
information.
Not
sure
if
you
have
recordings
of
the
salon,
but
I’m
pretty
sure
none
of
this
was
stated
until
after
the
fact.
I’m
very
disappointed
and
will
not
be
coming
back.
