Update 5/6/23: Changing my rating from a 1 to 4. The salon manager contacted me and offered me a complimentary acrylic redo with a different tech (Stephanie) at the Polaris location. I was a bit hesitant to go - but glad I did. Stephanie is a nail goddess and I love how the redo went! Definitely big kudos and thanks to both the manager & Stephanie! ********* Terrible nail service today by Belle. The shape is bumpy and uneven, there are cotton hairs in my nail polish. The nail shape looks embarrassingly bad. I could do better myself. I will not be back.

Jay is so amazing, encouraging, and great at making my unique hair ideas become a reality! She's super fun to talk to and she always teaches me new, fun, and easy ways to style my hair when I come in. I highly recommend her to anyone who likes fun colors and unique styles. I have been going to Kenneth's to get my hair done for a while and I'm so happy every time!! :)

Not very pleased with my experience at Kenneth’s. I had taken my daughter to Kenneth’s last month for a creative hair coloring. We were there for 7 hours because the appointment setter overbooked our stylist, and the pricing for our services was not stated until the hair coloring had already started. I paid over $700 (services, tip, and products) for a hair coloring that has started to fade before 4 weeks. This was not explained to me. I’m aware hair coloring will fade, but expected it to last longer than 3-1/2 weeks. Had I been told this information I would have had our stylist done something else to my daughter’s hair. We also paid for a hair cut, which could not happen on the same day because there was not enough time. I was fine with bringing her back the following week. All told l, I paid over $750 for this experience and feel short changed.I called a couple of weeks ago to ask if it’s normal to see dye after a wash and was told I could bring her back. We came in today and was told by the salon manager and the stylist I was told this information. Not sure if you have recordings of the salon, but I’m pretty sure none of this was stated until after the fact. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Kim gave me an amazing, relaxing massage. She made helpful suggestions on stretching my neck and shoulders which always seem to be stressed. I have another massage scheduled. Can't wait!

I have had my haircut twice so far at Kenneth's at the Mill Run Location each time by Chelsea and it has been great so far! She is easy to talk to and listens to what you are looking for while also offering suggestions. Each time my hair has always came out really good and feels so much better. I plan on going more!

I got a $200 gift-card to go this spa… and left incredibly dissatisfied every time. I got dip powder nails that came off literally hours after my appointment. After that, I wanted to try the spa side to see if it would be different, no it wasn’t. I got a lash lift & tint that was 125$…. For my eyelashes to look the exact same. Don’t waste your money here, trust me it won’t be worth it.

Kayla is amazing! I trusted her completely with my hair: partial foil and the best layering I have ever had! I visit Kenneth’s each time I visit Ohio and am never disappointed. I hope I can catch Kayla during my summer visit--because my hair is stunning!

I’m not the typical client. I’m a bit of a low maintenance person, but I have tricky hair and have had far too many bad cuts in the past. Alyssa does a wonderful job on my hair and has an amazingly open mind about my aversions to engaging in lots of conversation, booking appointments within standard timeframes, or additional services. I appreciate you and thank you so much for taking such great care of my hair.

I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He had an appointment today and received a very rushed haircut. The stylist didn’t follow the style that he asked for, and now one section of hair sticks up above the rest (see pictures). Not even styling gel will get it to stay down. She also didn’t clean up his neck properly. After using trimmers to shape the bottom, she left a line of hair in the middle of his neck (see pictures). During the cut her scissors and comb even got caught on his hair. He paid $45 when he could have gone to greatclips for a better haircut at half the price.

My stylist retired after 42 year and the search for a new stylist started. A friend referred me to her stylist at Kenneth's Mill Run, unfortunately there wasn't an appointment for several weeks. I took an online 'Quiz' on the Kenneth's website that matches you with a few stylist at the location. Cheryl was one of my options and what a great match. Thank you for making me feel like I've known you forever!

I did my haircut with Chelsea and I am so pleased and happy with the results! She is very attentive with what you want and definitely knows what she’s doing! She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and did an amazing job! I 100% recommend her and will be back soon!

The service at Kenneth's on Mill run is definitely worth praising. My relationship with the salon started off on a wrong foot but the staff made sure I am well taken care of when I decided to come back. Finding a professional that you trust with your hair is hard enough on its own, but I think I found "my person" in Tiffany! I honestly haven't felt this pretty in a while! And my unruly hair feels light and soft! I feel confident enough to say that I will be back.

Annika always does an incredible job! I went in the first time not knowing if I should get bangs cause I didn't know if I'd like them and she made me feel so good about doing it!! Overall she's incredible and makes the best suggestions based on the questions I ask her! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to go to Kenneths.

I've been a client at Kenneths for many years. The stylists are great. Tiffany, Jasmine, and Ruba to Mill Run, Lyndsay, and Tyson at Avery are all excellent choices. Never a bad cut, color, or extension. Short hair, longer lengths, color, and highlight; all have been great. I feel like I sound like a commercial, but honestly... No bad hair at Kenneths!

I had a great first time experience with Ruba. She is quite knowledgeable on how to care for curly hair and even gave me helpful tips. I really appreciate the fact that she was willing to see me even though I was late.

Brooke I had a first appointment with Brooke at the Hillard Salon and not only was she just a fun person but she did a great job on my hair and made my appointmentvery enjoyable. She listened to everything I said with my cut and my toner. Couldn't have asked for more. It was a little pricey but I am sure they have to follow guidelines. Don't hesitate to have her as a wonderful stylist. What a great personality! Thank you so much for everything Brooke. GREAT JOB!

I am embarrassed that it's taken me a couple of years to write this review. After each massage, I plan on going straight home and writing a review. Then I get sidetracked. -- However, people need to know how great Kim, the massage therapist at Kenneth's is. She is at the Mill Run location. In the past I've gotten a relaxation massage once her twice a year from her for special occasions. One year she helped me immensely with heel and hip pain, that I thought was from walking on concrete too long and she also told me what to do to stop it from happening again. It was awesome. I didn't know that as massage could do that. A couple of months ago, I had neck/shoulder pain and nothing was helping. So I thought about Kim. I made an appointment. I didn't know what I needed, I just knew that she might be able to help. I booked a full body relaxation massage and she suggested that I do a "computer massage" instead. She also told me that both massages were the same length of time and the same price-- it was just focused on different parts. I was amazed. I can't believe that it helped so much. ---More importantly than the wealth of knowledge and fantastic massages, Kim is kind. Oh my gosh, is she kind. She makes suggestions and explains why. She never comes across She is as genuine as she is kind. I trust her. If you ever need a massage, go visit her! You will not regret it!

I consistently get my eyebrows done by Kam here at Kenneth’s. She is always willing to hear you out if you have concerns or questions and she will make suggestions or adjustments based on your personal needs. She is kind and patient and my brows always look AMAZING when we’re done!
